Judy Note: Contacts from Hong Kong, to Zurich, to Reno have gone silent and no one seemed to know the date of 800#s release. Although the FISA Report was a dud, disclosure was expected to begin at any time, perhaps during Congressional Hearings on the FISA Report Wed. 11 Dec.
Almost two weeks ago President Trump promised that before Christmas, there would be names exposed of those charged with Treason, Crimes Against Humanity and Sedition by way of the World Court, plus Durham, Benghazi and Huber reports. Such would include insight into the over 144,000 sealed indictments filed against global and political elites in Federal Courts across the nation – the majority of which showed charges of pedophilia.
When the RV was released the Quantum Computer was set to send emails to Currency and Zim Bond buyers worldwide containing the 800#s for each country, along with information on how to exchange and redeem – that also would be placed on certain approved websites and Twitter accounts as below:

WARNING – DON’T BE SCAMMED: There have been continuous complaints about certain group leaders who promised to give sovereign rates and/or said you could be part of a humanitarian project if you placed your redemption monies into an Irrevocable Trust, gave them identification numbers of your currency and/or bonds and/or allowed them to exchange for you. They were also advising not to call the 800#s, even claiming that there would be no 800#s and therefore you should put your personal and currency information onto certain websites.
Such instructions tend to signify that you were dealing with a Scam Artist who was after control of your monies. In the recent past some so-called group leaders have been arrested for doing the same. If you felt you have been taken in by such a person be sure to do your own exchange, plus turn over the person’s identity to authorities at your exchange.
By calling the 800#s and obtaining your own appointment at a licensed Redemption Center you could obtain the sovereign rates just by asking for them, redeem bonds without having a humanitarian project, keep control of your own monies by placing them in a Skeleton Trust set up for you at the exchange and later at your own descretion, working with your own selected money management team, the information for which would be provided at your exchange.
Judy Note: It was my opinion that Zim Currency and Zim Bonds were two very different entities. At present Zim Currency was not available to exchange on the international market, but if it were, it would exchange on a 1:1 with the US Dollar. Zim Bonds have been printed and sold to be used for humanitarian purposes, with redemption at a predetermined rate to be explained at your appointment. It was my understanding that 80% of your redemption monies would go toward humanitarian use, while 20% would be for your own use. There would be a set (and very good) rate for those redeeming Zim Bonds if they did not have a specific humanitarian project written up. There were also international humanitarian projects in which the Zim Bond redeemer could invest and which would be explained at your appointment.

1. The Iraqi Monetary Reform has been completed, but not yet implemented.
2. This week the Iraqi 2019 Budget – that had the new Dinar Rate in it – was going to Parliament to be voted upon. After the vote it would be immediately implemented.
3. Tony felt that the Iraqi Parliament had already voted for the 2019 Budget with the new Dinar Rate in it, but had yet to announce it so it could be official and were likely waiting for the official GCR to occur.
4. The Iraqi 2020 Budget – that had the new Dinar Rate in it – would be effective on Jan. 1 2020.
