Judy Note: A set-in-stone date for 800#s release has been entered into the Quantum Financial System Computer – which upon completion of 27 items of protocol, had been programmed to release the RV. At that same time currency and bond holders would be notified through emails that contained the 800#s and instructions on how to exchange and redeem. None but a very few knew when, though most contacts were now saying the reset would occur sometime Wed. 4 Dec.
Iraqi protesters have also been told that the release date was Wed. 4 Dec. Whatever the date, it was reported that the reset was in motion and nothing could stop it. It would be reasonable to expect action this week and right before the FISA, Huber and World Court Reports came out, the beginning of which was next Mon. 9 Dec. It was believed that the release would be a daytime event and everyone would go at the same time. US Redemption Center personnel were told that once the release occurred they would be working 24/7 for about two weeks exchanging currencies and redeeming bonds for the Tier 4 Internet Group.
MarkZ: Although no one knew for sure, expectations were for 800#s release by Wed. morning 4 Dec. Iraq time. MarkZ’s guess was that it would happen mid-week. His contacts in Zurich were expecting to be finished and fly home by Thurs. evening 5 Dec. Redemption Center Staff and Paymasters expected 800#s release this week.

Once the events finished it would trigger the 800#s notification. 1. A lot of my sources were expecting a daytime event today Tues. 3 Dec. – they believed it would appear before Wed. morning Iraq time. Other sources expected it overnight last night. MarkZ felt it would come mid-week.

1. Wells Fargo was in charge of and has amassed over 4,000 emails of those who purchased currency and Zim Bonds. Emails would be used to send out the 800#s. There were 80% of the people who would get the 800#s through these Wells Fargo emails.

3. There were Event Triggers – 27 protocols that had to happen before the 800#s were released. The Events started Fri. night at midnight 29 Nov. and have been going through today Tues. 3 Dec. As of this afternoon we had only 2-3 protocols left to go. Once the events finished it would trigger 800#s notification.
4. The groups out West should have liquidity or at least see their accounts today or tomorrow.
