The first week of October saw hundreds of banker arrests at Goldman Sachs in NYC. On Thurs. 22 Oct the Department of Justice announced that Goldman Sachs was being charged in a foreign bribery case and would pay over $2.9 Billion in fines. Other revelations were coming out about corruption of Big Tech [Facebook, Twitter, G[oo]gle-YouTube] censorship and the [B]iden Crime Family disclosures through the Tony Bobulinsky interview on Fox News Tucker Carlson. All that news would serve as a cover for GCR redemption/ exchanges.
A. Tues. 27 Oct. – an important day in the Global Currency Reset:
As of Tues. 27 Oct. pre-release arrests operations against Cabal Bankers were largely over.
On Tues. 27 Oct. Trump and his teams finished the legal and organizational framework of the three branches of the Constitutional Restored Republic government with the confirmation and swearing in of Amy Coney Barrett as Supreme Court Justice.
Starting Tues. evening 27 Oct. the Quantum Financial System began running independently of the old Cabal SWIFT System.
There were nine currencies in the RV basket that went up in value after midnight on Tues. 27 Oct.
As of Tues. 27 Oct. six sub-levels of Paymaster accounts had funds needed for the Shotgun Release.
At 12:01 am Wed. 28 Oct. the Quantum Financial System began running independently of the Cabal SWIFT System and Banks were told that the RV Shotgun Start was “ready to go.”
B. Restored Republic: The Restored Republic under the original US Constitution became official on Sun. 25 Oct.
According to Charlie Ward President Trump and the Alliance have taken down the thirteen Illuminati families in Venice Italy, retrieved the US gold from the Vatican, placed the Federal Reserve and IRS under the new US Treasury and was defeating the Cabal, which controlled political parties worldwide. The first ten days of November would be very important.
Deep Underground Military Bases (DUMBS) under the US, Mexico, Canada, Europe and Asia have been emptied of children, gold, diamonds, precious metals, treasures, documents and then destroyed, as military forces across the globe mop up the Cabal.
By the Ides of March 2021 Cabal members across the globe were expected to lose most of their power via complete disclosure of the names of those arrested, tried and executed, including videos of their confessions.
All Hallows Eve (Halloween) – the Cabal’s major S[a]tanic holiday of the year – was fast approaching for Thurs. 29 Oct. through Sun. 1 Nov.
From now through Halloween and the Nov. 3 Presidential Election, the [D]eep State was expected to cause extensive chaos by disrupting food and delivery system distribution, fund riots in major cities, along with causing confusion at the voting booths for a purpose of stopping Trump’s re-election and RV exchanges. We could expect Mass Arrests and perhaps some form of Martial Law.
In preparation for and during All Hallows Eve celebrations children were at High Risk as a prime target for the Cabal’s s[e]x orgies and child s[a]crifice rites in honor of S[a]tan. Trump was predicted to win the election in a landslide, with indictments on global elites delivered shortly after, along with implementation of NESARA / GESARA for all countries worldwide.
C. Thurs. 29 Oct. 8:01 am EDT Fleming’s Military Intel Contact:
1. On Wed. 28 Oct. Trump was pushing very hard to get this RV shotgun start out the door. The president has mandated that no matter what the global start be before the election on Tues. 3 Nov.
2. Trump pressed the RV teams to initiate EVERYTHING in the RV final global payout sequence, consisting of 27 RV / GCR payout categories and 6 levels from top to bottom globally.
3. Trump and team wanted to get the preparations started by Wed-Thu 28-29 Oct, so that we in Tier 4B could receive the notification emails sometime Thurs. 29 Oct. to Mon. 2 Nov, but before the election on Tues. 3 Nov.
4. On Wed. 28 Oct. they initiated multiple levels of the new global sequence and remained on schedule as of Wed. night 28 Oct. (He said prayers would be appreciated that they STAY ON SCHEDULE!!!)
5. The Military Intel Contact confirmed Tony’s sources on Wed. 28 Oct. who said, “Everybody that we have spoken to are all excited and [are being told it’s] full steam ahead. Nothing holding it back. We are just waiting on a go. All saying it is to happen BEFORE the election.”
6. The goal of Trump and the RV teams was that all levels, Tier 1-4A and T4B, get started in exchanges, payouts, accessing funds before the election next Tues. 3 Nov.
7. As of Wed. evening 28 Oct. President Trump, the Department of Defense and the US Treasury’s plan was to start the global public release of the RV / GCR next Tues. 3 Nov (on Election Day in the USA) after they have already started our exchanges in Tier 4B and the Shotgun Release.
8. There were nine currencies in the RV basket that went up in value after midnight on Tues. 27 Oct. (not yet where the public can see the rates). Those were the Iraqi Dinar, the Vietnamese Dong, the Indonesian Rupiah, the ZIM, the Afghani, the Iranian Rial, the Venezuelan Bolivar, the Israeli Sheqel, the UK British Pound, the South Korean Won, & the Japanese Yen.
9. The release was still a Shotgun Release because among other reasons, it would be a logistical nightmare to release separate baskets of currencies at different intervals of time. As MarkZ said, “ Vietnam holds many dinar in their foreign currency reserves. Iraq holds a lot of Vietnamese Dong in their foreign currency reserves. If they allowed them to go (revalue) at separate times, by basic accounting it would create more problems than it would fix.”
10. There would be a final release algorithm run and final rate update to Forex, and final lockdown implemented, to release everything some time Thurs.-Fri.-Sat. 29-31 Oct. so as to start Tier 4B notifications and for the simultaneous global Shotgun Release for Tier 1-4A by the weekend, or Mon 2 Nov.
11. Settlements and closings have been going through globally since after midnight Tues. 27 Oct. in preparation for the global Tier 4B start and the simultaneous Shotgun Start.
12. Everything started last Mon. 26 Oct. after Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed and sworn in to the SCOTUS – which made the Restored Republic Constitutional government complete behind the scenes (after much work by Trump and his team in past weeks to get in place the Constitutional Restored Republic form of the legislative Congressional Branch, the Executive Branch and the Judicial Branch of government).
13. Bankers, attorneys, paymasters and group leaders all remained on standby awaiting the go. On Wed. 28 Oct. a source said that “Everyone is back on standby. Can go at any minute. That is the Paymasters and Church Groups. All were ordered back to the assigned banking center.”
14. Bankers were talking about the old SWIFT system giving way to the new QFS system. Many do not know what to call the QFS. Bankers know that the banking system was moving into “real time banking” [or called the “real time payment system” or the “digital ledgering system” of the QFS] and that many bankers do not know what to call it, but they see many changes in the banking system and they know that the entire backbone of global banking was changing.
15. The rioting as seen in Philadelphia on Tues. 27 Oct. may be erupting in other urban areas across the country as the election and the RV approached.

E. ***Keep It Quiet!!!*** On Thurs. evening 22 Oct. a new communications systems monitoring of Social Media posts, Emails, Text messages, Discord DMs, phone conversations, etc. became effective through the NSA and military Intel (DIA). After you digitally signed a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain a exchange/ redemption appointment and then another NDA at your appointment, you would be legally obligated not to discuss or write anything about the Global Currency Reset (GCR), Redemption, Exchange, Revaluation (RV), Currency exchange rates, Dinar, Dong, ZIM, etc. and Quantum Financial System (QFS) for at least 90 days, or whatever time period was on your NDAs. To do so would break conditions of those NDAs and your monies would be frozen.

A drug called Remdesivir, manufactured by Gilead Sciences, was reported as the ultimate "CURE" for C19. The patent for Remdesivir is held by China through an agreement with Gilead's drug patent sharing subsidiary called UNITAID – which has an office near Wuhan, China. Dr. Fauci authorized millions of American dollars to be sent to the Wuhan Institute for the study of [Corona]viruses and Dr. Fauci's wife works for Gilead Sciences.
