Charlie Ward, Phd. has worked and been friends with the Chinese Elders for over 15 years. He was highly trusted in the financial world and has moved money around the globe for private clients ranging from the super-rich to different global governments. This past year his team moved US gold out of the Vatican back to Fort Knox and other US Treasury locations. Presently he was moving monies, gold and valuables for the Global Currency Reset. A lot of Ward’s info came from what he called the Four Walls of Power, which included the White House. He was directly connected to the Trump Team, has been a main contact to release information, though not all, from the Alliance since being under an NDA for the last two months.

James McConville, Adm. Michael Gilday, Gen. C.Q. Brown, Gen. Paul Nakasone and Gen. Jay Raymond), [Q]Anons (headed by JF Kennedy Jr?), the National Security Agency and various militaries across the globe, including the international force authorized to make arrests in any country, Interpol.

Thurs. 22 Oct. Bond redemption had finished processing, plus Paymasters and attorneys had finalized paperwork for the UST & DoD deadline and then were put under gag orders.
Thurs. night 22 Oct. Militaries worldwide were placed on High Alert for arrests of high end individuals, voting in the US and a Global Currency Reset over the next 48-72 hours, or by Sun. evening 25 Oct, while Fleming’s Military Intel Contact said Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) should be ready for notifications any time between now and Tues. 27 Oct.
On Thurs. 22 Oct. a number of American banks closed for two weeks to Fri. 6 Nov.
Last Fri. 24 Oct. Charlie Ward said, “It’s being done in tiers and there’s certain people in Hong Kong cashing in right now. I’ve been contacted to take currency and Zim Bonds from Mexico and Spain to be redeemed in China. The Chinese Elders were monetizing ZIM, Dong and Dinar.”
The bulk of exchanges/ redemption would be completed before the election on Tues. 3 Nov.
The C19 lockdown, although caused by the Cabal in an attempt to bring in the New World Order, has been used by the Alliance as a smokescreen to bring in the GCR/RV.
