The Bahamas announced they were resetting their banking and monetary system next Tues. 20 Oct, while NBC News reported that some time during October Cuba was resetting their monetary system to be at 1:1 parity with the US Dollar.
On Sat. 17 Oct. an Iraqi Parliament vote on the new Iraqi Dinar rate was seen as the legal kick-off for the global RV Shotgun Release from this weekend through this coming week. By that Sat. evening 17 Oct. the RV teams in DC, Reno and elsewhere went under lockdown.
Dr. Charlie Ward who received Intel direct from the White House, reported that all 176 countries and 31 territories of the world that signed on to the 2013 Gold Treaty were now on the Quantum Financial System and were implementing GESARA measures.
The World Health Organization (WHO) was now saying that the C19 lockdowns needed to be lifted. 1. All things were largely decided in terms of timing and payout sequences this coming week with Tier 4B falling into the payout sequence event time-line sometime between Tues. 20 Oct and Thurs. 22 Oct.
2. On Sat. 17 Oct. the Iraqi Parliament voted on the HCL (Hydrocarbon Law profit-sharing percentages shared between Baghdad and Kurdistan) and on Article 140 so that the final Dinar RV international rate would be official and legal for the world going forward.
3. That Iraqi vote on Sat. 17 Oct. was seen as the official and legal kick-off for the global RV Shotgun Release from this weekend through this coming week.
4. The White Hats intended that news and disclosures continued through the weekend into next week of [D]eep [S]tate treasonous crimes by the [B]iden crime family, [O]bama, [C]lintons, [B]rennan, and by [O]bama[gate] & Spy[gate] bad actors, as the GCR / RV preparation for the payout sequence was finalizing this weekend for the Shotgun Release when Tier 4B notifications were released this coming week.
5. Evidence that the GCR/ RV final release was happening in Oct:
(1) On Thurs. 15 Oct the IMF made a soft announcement of the GCR / RV by saying that the world faces “a new Bretton Woods moment” (google “IMF new Bretton Woods Moment”) referring to the post-WWII monetary and banking system in the Bretton Woods Agreement, and hinting that the new digital QFS monetary system was being released through the GCR / RV and GESARA.
(2) Dr. Charlie Ward’s info that all 176 countries and 31 territories of the world that have now signed on to the 2013 gold treaty were now on the QFS, plus all were implementing GESARA measures, as the final reset roll out was being implemented this weekend into next week.

6. All RV teams were synchronizing and organizing according to a whole series of standards and thresholds that have been established from a security standpoint and other standpoints for the release payout sequence this week.
7. Everyone on the RV and banking teams believed that we were now on the final path. This was reflected last Thurs.-Fri. 15, 16 Oct. in the 11 am EDT and 11 pm EDT daily RV team meetings at the White House.
8. News from these meetings was that all was going well and Trump must move the money out for his own re-election and in order for the world economy/economies to recover from the [scam]demic lockdowns.
9. Wonder of wonders, even the wonks at the World Health Organization (WHO) now say the [scam]demic lockdowns needed to be lifted because they did not want Dr. Reiner Fuellmich and his international attorney team’s class action lawsuit to clean their clocks. (which they richly deserved for their fraudulent C19 test data and predicated lockdown demands that made the poor much poorer in so many countries!). 10. As of Sat. evening 17 Oct. the RV teams in DC, Reno and elsewhere went under lockdown.
11. The release payout sequence would start on Sun night to Mon 18-19 Oct.
12. Once things were formally locked down with rates and procedures for all of the sequential payouts, the sequence would start with the Global Collateral Accounts releasing the assigned liquidity to be accessed by end-recipient account holders and paymasters and payouts would begin to Downline Accounts in all 27 categories of the GCR / RV payout sequence.
13. All would be accomplished very quickly with access to initial liquidity being released to all tiers beginning when Tier 4B notifications went out this week.
14. They upgraded the QFS system technology and removed blockades and bottlenecks.
15. The Department of Defense security teams have removed and replaced many [D]eep [S]tate serving people who have been resistant or hesitant about doing their job in the QFS to push the GCR / RV through so that Trump and RV teams could get this global release accomplished this week. Some of these “bottlenecks” were simply replaced and some were arrested for willful resistance ([D]eep [S]tate dimwits Trump calls them).
16. Trump was still on a mission to make this GCR / RV release work NOW. Trump could not afford any more delays to releasing the GCR/ RV monies into the US and world economies.
17. They were determined to get this out the door come Hell or High Water, remaining [D]eep [S]tate dimwits notwithstanding. At 11 am EDT on Mon 19 Oct. there would be one last RV team meeting at the White House to coordinate and brief teams on final timelines and procedures.

You were asked to pray over all the payout sequence and Shotgun Release when Tier 4B started, that all parts and pieces go through as planned this coming week with no further interference from any not-so-bright “lightbulbs” who might try to fall on their swords and interfere for the [D]eep [S]tate Rats.
