Also on Mon. 12 Oct. documents were released proving Hill_ary Clin_ton’s Benghazi Scandal was over sending arms to Syrian Rebels, Al Qaeda and ISIS.
A. Tues. 13 Oct. 7:35 am EDT Fleming’s Military Intel Report:
1. The roll out of the RV Shotgun Start was still this week and before the election.
2. Claims that the release was planned for after the election was misinformation deliberately put out to throw off the bad guys.
3. The Shotgun Release roll out continues this week.
4. Iraq was a marker of how far the USA was allowing the Shotgun Release to move forward.

On Sun. 11 Oct. at 12 Noon there were orders from the Department of Defense and US Treasury to move things forward and allow Iraqi CBI governor Ghaleb and Iraqi Finance Minister Hussein to send the "White Papers" (Iraqi economic reform measures including the new Dinar RV rate) to the Iraqi Parliament for a vote on Tues. 13 Oct.
6. On Mon. 12 Oct. 7:30 pm EDT there was a global release to push things through the QFS system toward Tiers 3-4A, B being started and released to access liquidity this week.
7. The decision-makers were making timing decisions partly utilizing the mathematical formulas of the release algorithms in the QFS monitoring global GESARA progress, security and economic and legal markers, and other factors relevant to the RV Shotgun Release as part of the war to defeat the Deep State in this country and globally.
8. Right now this week was still on for the release, which was why the US allowed Iraq to proceed with the vote on the White Papers RV reforms and Dinar RV rate right now.
9. 11. He confirmed that “The World Health Organization (WHO) has suddenly backpedaled on the C19 scam, as criminal and civil charges are filed against their leadership. Reiner says that WHO officials and other defendants patented fake positive result C19 tests years ago that produced demonstrably false C19 infection rates in the US and many other countries over the past six months.
