Judy Note: The three branches of the Restored Republic government was complete as of Barrett’s swearing in as Supreme Court Justice on Tues. morning 27 Oct. At midnight Tues. 27 Oct. the Cabal fiat dollar SWIFT financial system was no longer in use, as at 12:01 am Wed. 28 Oct. the global financial system was solely functioning on the Quantum Financial System. Since last Thurs. 22 Oct, Tier 1 Bank Redemption Centers have, with some of their select customers, doing an average of 30-40 exchanges a day according to Bruce’s contacts in the banking industry. As of right now these exchanges were likely continuing, although no one would be paid out until we, the Internet Group Tier 4B, were notified to set appointments.

The old SWIFT financial system has been running in parallel with the Quantum Financial System (QFS) so they could use it to clean out the bad guys. At midnight Tues. 27 Oct. the SWIFT would no longer be in use and by 12:01 am Wed. 28 Oct. we would be completely on the QFS system.
