Judy Note: A US federal agency well-connected Source predicted that the release would happen sometime between Wed. 30 Sept. and Sat. 3 Oct. – plus on that same Sat. 3 Oct. NESARA was set to be announced. Fleming’s Military Source reported that Bankers and Paymasters were told that the Shotgun Release would take place sometime between Tues. 29 Sept. and Thurs. 1 Oct.
The Tier 4b (us, the Internet Group) start was planned somewhere within that 72 hour period.
It was well known that by Thurs. 1 Oct. the Global Financial System’s fiscal year would start, while GESARA and NESARA manifestations would become more visible as the Quantum Financial Computer became fully functioning online, plus they had been testing the Emergency Broadcast System for “Ten Days of Disclosure” which would begin on that same Thurs. 1 Oct.
The deadline for Redemption Centers across the globe to exchange currencies at Contract Rates and redeem Zim Bonds has likely been extended, though that date was yet to be announced.
Overnight Sun. 27 Sept. all Paymasters across the globe were fully connected to the Quantum Financial System; new currency rates were locked in and a release algorithm was run to prepare for a Shotgun Release on Mon. 28 Sept. – when Debt Forgiveness programs were started behind the scenes.
Last Fri. morning 25 Sept. Spec Ops troops blew up a DUMB eight miles north of Palm Springs under Desert Hot Springs where the Deep State was coordinating nationwide operations against Trump, the White Hats, GESARA, the RV, a COVID-19 scamdemic nationwide shutdown operation and Antifa anarchist riot operations in cities across the country. By blowing up the DUMB Spec Op troops produced near Palm Springs, two back-to-back earthquakes with 3.0 and 3.6 magnitudes.
Over the weekend US and Alliance Spec Op missions have been taking out Deep State leaders and targets in Switzerland (specifically the Committee of Eight, or “Octagon Group” in Zug Switzerland who ran the Deep State throughout the globe). They were also cleaning out DUMBs in Portugal - rescuing children and blowing up bases and tunnels.
A. Mon. 28 Sept. 6:58 am EDT Fleming’s Military Intel Contact:
1. Over the weekend Paymasters in different parts of the world who were not connected to the QFS, were being connected so they could do their payouts in the Shotgun Release this week.
2. A source said, "There was a delay, as not all Paymasters were connected to the QFS yet. It's a technical hitch. Zurich banks were taking the risk of forwarding small amounts of liquidity to bond and currency flippers, etc. This could take more than a few hours as Paymasters were scattered all over the world."
3. As of Sun. 27 Sept. this process was largely done; the rates were being locked in overnight on Sun. and a release algorithm was also being run overnight to begin the Shotgun Release sequence of events on Mon. 28 Sept.
4. On Mon. 28 Sept. GESARA Debt Forgiveness programs were starting behind the scenes.
5. Behind the scenes Paymasters and Bankers were told that the Shotgun Release would take place between Tues. 29 Sept. and Thurs. 1 Oct. as Isaac in Zurich reported on Fri. 25 Sept.
6. Tier 4b start was planned to start some time in that 72 hour period.
7. He knew that it's tough when the Intel about the Shotgun release has always gone to next week, week after week ad infinitum ad nauseum, but he said those who complained about that, were ignoring the fact that Dr. Charlie Ward, our guy and countless others have repeatedly said that the RV release and GESARA were part of the war to bring down the Deep State.
8. The Deep State has been desperately trying to stop it all, so Trump has had to make sure that 9/11 does not happen again and that the release was done correctly with no cracks for the Deep State to hijack the release, or to hijack us post-exchange!
9. The schedule has been largely set behind the scenes but adjustments have to be made as in any war. The enemy has been defeated and it was expected that the RV could finally be released.
10. These were the same people who have been routinely trafficking, raping and killing hundreds of thousands of children in the global trafficking cartels to produce their Adrenochrome.

Look carefully at column 7 of the following list of children from one of the Adrenochrome manufacturing bases, listing the blood type of each child and column 7 entitled "Adrenochrome quality" for each child (google "twitter @atma_shanti Look very carefully at this. 12. These were the same people who murdered JFK, did the 9/11 Twin Towers implosion killing 3000+ people and who brought us the COVID-19 bioweaponized virus & pandemic false shutdown + 5G radiation killing 100s of thousands of people in China, Italy, Iran and the US.

He said that you who were complaining would go slow too if you were in charge of releasing the RV and at the same time, trying to contain these Nazi lunatic Deep State maniacs doing the daily fake stream news, censoring everyone on social media, wanting to bring their Anarchist riots to you and your city, to your neighborhood, to your home and to your local Redemption Center.

16. These missions have been taking out Deep State targets in Switzerland (the Committee of 8 or "the Octagon Group" in Zug Switzerland running the Deep State globally) and cleaning out DUMBs in Portugal - rescuing children and blowing the bases and tunnels up.
