Judy Note: Overnight Mon. night 10 Aug. into Tues. morning 11 Aug. the old fiat dollar Cabal SWIFT global financial system changed over to the new transparent Quantum Financial System, the new international currency rates appeared on bank screens, Tier 4b Contract Rates were activated on back bank screens and the US national debt was erased. During this time and for his own safety, President Trump was out of country flying in Air Force One.
As of Wed. 12 Aug. the new QFS instant settlements were working at all Central Banks worldwide, all Exotic Bonds had processed, with liquidity placed in respective Paymasters’ accounts, who were waiting for codes to be entered to release the monies. Wed. night 12 Aug. at 9 pm EDT there was a meeting in Hong Kong to finalize the RV schedule, meaning that they were ready to release the Shotgun Start for Tier 4b (us, the Internet Group) at any time.

2. The 7.35% was put out intentionally to see if anyone would catch the mistake. It was actually 17.37% China, the IMF and US signed off on it last week. The reason it was high was because the US keeps violating the World Court Order.
3. The HSBC order in Hong Kong and the US that would give them permission to send out the numbers was being blocked by the US.
4. The money was being put into accounts but cannot yet be spent.
5. Three different US citizens were supposed to go in before everybody else and provide liquidity for everyone. Those individuals have not yet been contacted.
6. If the US does not pull this off the meds from China may be cut off.

1. Late last night Wed. 12 Aug. the Treasury RV team was, “trying to get all the last submissions of SKRs processed up to the deadline of last Mon. 10 Aug. so they would be converted to accessible liquidity after the RV Shotgun Release. Now they were taking those SKRs and setting them up for payment much like the last of the Tier 4a folks’ SKRs.”

J. Exchange of Foreign Currencies and Redemption of Zim Bonds: The below was a compilation of information received about exchanging/redeeming and written in my opinion only. Official instructions would come out with release of the 800#s and could easily differ.
The reset would occur in a Shotgun Start where everyone went at once. Zimbabwe’s Zim Bond was backing the reset.
800 # Notification: Several Tier 1 banks would send out 527,000 + emails to currency and Zim holders containing a Secure Website link and coded 800 number to call for appointments and obtain redemption/exchange information.
The code was an individualized ID number connected to your Social Security number for you to take through the redemption process. Take that ID number to your appointment. Do not give out the coded 800# to anyone as it was connected to your Social Security number and personal banking account and could only be used once for your personal appointment.
If you did not receive an email, then you could find the Secure Website on the websites as below. That Secured Website would have instructions on how to obtain your personalized coded 800# ID number for the redemption process.
