Judy Note: Word was that the GCR started up again on Tues. 5 Aug. in a slow rollout toward a Shotgun Start for Tier 4b (us, the Internet Group) funds release before or on the weekend.
At 12 noon EDT Mon. 3 Aug. steps had been taken so that Tier 4b could obtain a Secured Website that contained instructions on how to obtain an individual 800# to call and receive a redemption/ exchange appointment. That evening of Mon. 3 Aug. at 11:15 pm EDT all currencies came up on bank screens with live new rates.
The Zim currency (not the Zim Bond) didn’t make it, but was supposed to be live at around 9 pm EDT Tues. 4 Aug.
Evidently around 7 pm EDT Wed. 5 Aug. they were processing the Yellow Dragon Bonds. The new gold/ asset-backed US Treasury Note (USTN) and Dragon Bonds were still trading to allow for Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) notification, but only if the Deep State Democrat Pelosi blocks were stopped (the White Hats and President Trump were working on it right now).
Rumor was that this last week several Intel providers were asked to sign Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Evidently, certain politicians headed by Nancy Pelosi were paying hackers to block the release and the RV couldn’t happen until the problem was resolved.
Sun. night about 11 pm EDT and because of the complications of China being ruled by a communist party, it was the last country to go off the Cabal’s SWIFT Global Monetary System and onto the new and totally transparent CIPS Global Monetary System.
For several days after the Secured Website came out you could exchange/ redeem at Contract Rates. Because Zim was backing the entire Global Currency Reset, Zim holders were asked to redeem within the first four days.
Sat. 15 Aug. forward the General Public was still the date set to begin exchanging at the new International Rates of 209 nations.

NESARA was a debt-free law freeing the US Taxpayer of rule by the Cabal that was passed by the Supreme Court back in the Clinton era, though only began implementation upon President Trump’s inauguration on 20 Jan. 2017.
GESARA was a global version of the debt free law that freed all of humanity from the financial grasps of the Deep State, or Cabal.
On July 4 2020 a Melania Trump Tweet showed President Trump signing the Declaration of Independence – indicating the US was no longer legally financially bound to the Deep State as we had been since the Constitution was changed back in 1913.

1. I heard the GCR started yesterday (Tues. 5 Aug.) …..and it’s a slow roll out.

3. The Quantum Financial System was going through beta tests. There were two parallel systems in place: the QFS and Fiat. Before one could unplug the Fiat system, the QFS must be running properly. This was why there were random debts that are removed. Please be patient, because the fiat system will be completely drained by paying off debts (not personal loans), it will collapse and their power gone.
4. The gold backed new system will replace it and we will see new random reports of deposits in the new system accounts before the final switch is pulled. So when we see these random debts being removed, it is going through the beta test stages.

I. Exchange of Foreign Currencies and Redemption of Zim Bonds: The below was a compilation of information received about exchanging/redeeming and written in my opinion only. Official instructions would come out with release of the 800#s and could easily differ.
The reset would occur in a Shotgun Start where everyone went at once. Safe Keeping Records (SKRs) were given to those who have already gone through background checks, turned in their currencies, had it authenticated, been given a certain rate for it and deposited it in an account. When the reset occurred they would have immediate access to their monies, while the rest of us would need to make an appointment and begin the process.
The First Basket of Currencies to Revalue: Afghanistan Afghani (AFN), Kuwait I Dinar (KWD), US Dollar (USD), Russian Ruble (RUB), Chinese Renminbi, or Yuan (CNY), UK British Pound/Pound Sterling (GBP), Qatar I Rial (QAR), UAE Emirati Dirham (UAE), Indian Rupee (INR), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Mexican Peso (MXN), Venezuela Bolivar (VEB), Brazil Real (BRL), Saudi Arabia Riyal (SAR), Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and the Vietnamese Dong (VND). Zimbabwe’s Zim Bond was backing the reset.
800 # Notification: Several Tier 1 banks would send out 527,000 + emails to currency and Zim holders containing a Secure Website link and coded 800 number to call for appointments and obtain redemption/exchange information.
The code was an individualized ID number connected to your Social Security number for you to take through the redemption process. Take that ID number to your appointment. Do not give out the coded 800# to anyone as it was connected to your Social Security number and personal banking account and could only be used once for your personal appointment.
If you did not receive an email, then you could find the Secure Website on the websites as below. That Secured Website would have instructions on how to obtain your personalized coded 800# ID number for the redemption process.
