Judy Note: Evidently at midnight EST Tues. 3 March the RV officially began as per order of the World Court. Paymasters and Groups were being paid out in sequence through private appointments. According to Bruce at 3:40 pm EST Wed. 4 March the Sovereign Groups (Church Humanitarian, Indian Nations, CMKX, etc. – those of Tier 3 with fixed rates) were paid out. Intel has been cut off, most sources have gone silent, those in the know have signed Non Disclosure Agreements and Tier4 (the Internet Group) awaited notification for appointments to redeem Zim and exchange currencies.
Thurs. 5 March DinarAngel: On Tues. 3 March the Powers that Be released the RV. The information came from levels directly above us. I was told that everything that was needed to be done in the background was completed shortly after midnight EST Tues. 3 March. We were told to expect that the first closing engagements started on Wed. 4 March. It appeared that they were in the process of sorting and paying out to those individuals in sequence through private appointments. The US Treasury started issuing sellers as well as other Sovereign Contracts on Wed. 4 March. Funds were now flowing. These private appointments they refer to were for those above our level. We would have a different procedure using email contacts and 800 numbers that we would need to call in order to set our appointment times for the Tier 4B(Internet Group).
Thurs. 5 March MarkZ: In Zurich Issac was looking at getting liquidity after the US banks opened today Thurs. 5 March. The new US Treasury Notes were being distributed to banks across the nation today Thurs. 5 March. I was told that when finished, they would pull the trigger to release the 800#s. That green light could be given today, tomorrow or next week.
Midnight Sat. 14 March was the deadline to redeem Zim and exchange currencies at the Contract Rates, after which the Zim could no longer be redeemed.
On Mon. March 16 the General Public could begin exchanging at the new international rates.
It was rumored that the economic crisis in China because of the Corona Virus epidemic put pressure on China to sue Trump in the World Court for continuous delays in doing the Global Currency reset. Evidently the World Court then ordered the US to get it done by Tues. 3 March. It was said that two Democrats in the House and one in the Senate had been holding the reset hostage and “they were taken care of.” The World Court deadline appeared to be met a day early on Mon. 2 March when some Sovereigns were reported to have been made liquid. Since then others have reported being made liquid, though were under NDAs not to disclose anything.
On the Restored Republic: On Tues. 25 Feb. Mass Arrests appeared to begin when over 600 Italian police officers arrested 65 members of the Vatican’s powerful Ndrangheta Mafia, an International Child Sex Trafficking, Human Organ, Gun and Drug Running Ring. The next day on Wed. 26 Feb. US troops landed in Europe and then dispersed to major Cabal economic centers. Arrests on over 463,320 indictments against global and political elites filed in federal courts across the nation has been ongoing since at least January 2019 when Military Tribunals began at GITMO on the treasonous 9/11 tragedy.
On Fri. 14 Feb. President Trump and his top intelligence officials activated CyberNYC, a massive Cyber Security center in New York City that in turn, deployed Elite Tactical Agents to ten Sanctuary Cities. Their main purpose was to funnel Intel to John Durham’s ongoing investigation of criminal activities of US intelligence agencies including the CIA and FBI under direction of the Obama Administration.
Globally, a new Intel system was gathering information on terrorist acts against nations. 1. What I am hearing from Isaac (in Zurich) was that he was looking at today once the US banks were all opened. I assumed he meant once the West Coast banks were also open. He was expecting liquidity on at least one of his deals today Thurs. 5 March.
2. They were distributing the new US Treasury Notes to banks across the nation today Thurs. 5 March and when finished, would pull the trigger. That could be today, tomorrow or next week.
3. Package deliveries would go out when the reset happened.
4. On the sinking Repo Market: On Thurs. 5 March, just so the banks could open, 100 billion of fiat US dollars was deposited.

4. First email this Morning Thurs. 5 March 2:50 am from XXXXXXX: Already this morning I was briefed from the high level that the US Treasury started issuing sellers as well as other sovereigns contracts yesterday (Wed. 4 March). Funds were now flowing.
5. Second email received 3:38 am regarding Wed. 4 March Update:
a. I am told that everything that was needed to be done in the background was completed shortly after midnight EST Tues. 3 March. We were told to expect that the first closing engagements started today, Wed. 4 March.
b. To all who have submitted their documentation, get ready. You were registered with our sovereign buyer and were in line to be contacted for your closing. If there were anything needed, your seller consultants would have been notified.
c. Based on the powers-that-be who were regulating the Global Currency Revaluations, there was predetermined pecking order criteria that would have every registered client contacted for scheduling for their closing.
d. For security reasons we would not know when any client would be called until that individual seller's time was set for closing scheduling.
e. Please be patient until your name was called. At that time you would be able to privately address all questions, personal preferences or needs.
6. Bear in mind that there was always a lag in time in receiving these Intel notifications, but as you can see from the time stamps in the emails above, they were referring to this process flowing yesterday Wed. 4 March.
7. These private appointments they refer to were for those above our level. We would have a different procedure using email contacts and 800 numbers that we would need to call in order to set our appointment times for the Tier 4B(Internet Group).
8. Much was being accomplished between times. We expected our notifications at any moment.

G. Currency Exchange/Bond Redemption:
Each country had their own 800# or website code for use of currency exchangers/ bond redeemers that would be sent out by email, or found on certain websites as below. Clicking on that web link on your computer or phone, would create your own unique signature to receive an exchange/ redemption appointment, along with exchange/ redemption information.
We were told that US Securities expert Mike Cottrell’s signature was on the Gold Treaty and he would push the liquidity button. Just an hour or so prior to liquidity release, Wells Fargo and HSBC Banks would be sending out over 400,000 emails to currency and bond holders, along with instructions on how to exchange and redeem. That information would also be available on certain websites as below.
Redemption Center Staff were told that upon liquidity release, they would be working 7 am to 11 pm for about 10-12 days or until midnight Sat. 14 March. The Tier4b Internet Group (us) would have those 10-12 days to exchange at the higher Contract Rates. On Mon. 16 March the General Public could exchange at regular banks, receiving the new but lower, International Rates of exchange.
At your exchange you would watch a 15 min. CD that would explain the exchange/redemption process before you began. If you held Zim expect to sign a 4 ½ page Non Disclosure Agreement. If you held both currencies and Zim expect that NDA to be 5 ½ pages. If you held currencies and no Zim, that NDA was expected to be around 1 ½ pages.
H. Judy Note on Zim Bonds: Keep in mind that the Zim was a bond, not a currency, and it’s redemption monies were designated for humanitarian needs. The Zim Bond redemption deadline appeared to be at midnight on Sat. 14 March, after which you could no longer redeem the Zim.
It was my understanding that if you had Zim Bonds and a specific humanitarian project, your Zim rate would be determined from costs of that project. It would be wise to type up a short 1-2 page outline of your project including your goals. Have an estimate of monies needed to accomplish those goals and the years you wished in your long term payout.
If you had no specific humanitarian project you would be offered the Zim default rate – that had no restrictions on how to use your monies. Either way you would be offered opportunities to invest in international humanitarian projects. Some of those humanitarian projects gave interest on monies invested (see Okie statement below).
Tilton: The rate for Zim will be 1:1 if you have projects. If no projects, you will be given a default rate (see Okie statement below). 80% of your Zim payout will be dedicated to global humanitarian funds. The 20% is for you and your own projects. You will be able to get access to 1% immediately, and the remaining 19% in the next 90 days (paid out quarterly on a long term payout of your choice of 5, 10, 15, or 20 years).
Okie: “I understand that your rate may be contingent on the type of projects you will be doing. If you have a large project you may get a large rate. It is also my understanding that the default Zim rate had a limit of 33 million per 100 Trillion Note. There is a rumor that from a Chinese Contact (that pays interest on your monies invested) had a designated amount of Zim they would take. Be sure to get in as quick as you can with your Zim so that you do not fall into the “dead letter” category and miss your opportunity. Do not wait for weeks to get in with your Zim.”
Either way you would determine the amount of years you wished for your long term payout (5, 10, 15, 20 years) while being paid interest on monies left at the bank during that payout (said to be 2% to 9% dependent upon on how much you had and length of your payout period).

Abbot Downing Wealth Managers will be represented at each Redemption Center, though you could choose another Wealth Management company if you wished.
If you don’t have a trust, the bank will give you one for 90 days, during which time you will be able to arrange for your own specially designed trust.
You will get a black debit card loaded with up to 15 million dollars.
