Judy Note: Intel sources in general widely believed that the reset had started, would roll out to Tier4 (the Internet Group) sometime this week, that we would have until midnight Sat. 14 March to exchange at the Contract Rates, after which the Zim could no longer be redeemed, plus the General Public could do exchanges at the new international rates as they appeared on the Forex starting on Mon. March 16.
March 3 Bruce and Philip Tilton: China was in such bad economic shape and needing this to go that they sued POTUS for the delay in GCR. The World Court gave POTUS what was believed to be a deadline to get it done by Tues. 3 March. (It was said that deadline was met on Mon. 2 March when some Sovereigns were made liquid).

1. An Intel source contacted me at 10:16 this morning Wed. 4 March. This individual is in contact with one of the largest brokers who deals with Exit buyers, Hart buyers, Treasury buyers and regularly sends files to the Rodriguez Trust. This broker holds more assets from sellers than anyone I know and I trust this source and what he provides explicitly.

3. When someone with the resources such as this broker has, confirms this type of information, I do not take it lightly. They have millions of dollars riding on the accuracy of their Intel.
D. Sat. 29 Feb. Philip Tilton Facebook: Since the You Tube has been taken down on this, this was a reconstruct of some of what was said. This was not Fleming who gave this update. Tilton said it came from a call he listened to:
• China has sued POTUS for the delay in GCR. China is in bad shape economically, and needs this to go. World Court gave POTUS a very short deadline to get it done. Deadline was met. There were 250 times that the RV was stopped.
• 2-3 in congress have been removed for their attempt to stop the RV. Bruce mentioned this, as did one other of my sources.
• RV should go this week.
• QFS is now to be called RTGS, which is Real Time Gross Settlements. As I said, RTGS has been around for years, but my experience was that no one was using it. Was part of the Central Bank system. The Central Bankers themselves told my people about it when we asked about it in an attempt to accommodate Tank and KIMpossible.
• Everyone exchanging will have a Treasury Direct Account, and your funds will go there. The TDA may be set up before you get there, to save time.
• There will be UST people there to train you about accessing your TDA/QFS/RTGS.
• All redemption centers will be representing the US Treasury.
• US Treasury will have 2 DVDs to tell you what you need to know.
• You will have 20 minutes for your appointment, which is what Bruce said so the 2 DVD have to be given on a website which he did not mention.
• ABBOT DOWNING will be represented at each RC. You may choose another Wealth Management company if you wish.
• If you don’t have a trust, the bank will give you one for 90 days, during which time you will be able to arrange for your own specially designed trust.
• The rate for Zim will be 1:1 if you have projects. If the projects need more funds, you can negotiate.
• If no projects, you will be given a default rate.
• The 80/20 system will be in use for Zim. 80 pct of the funds will be for global humanitarian funds. You may be able to get access to these funds, if you have projects, but it will be difficult.
• The 20 pct is for you and your own projects. You will be able to get access to 1 pct immediately, and the remaining 19pct in the next 90 days.
• You may set up periodic payments for that 19 pct over a period of years, 5, 10, 15, 20 years.
• Unclear; he seemed to shift into talking about 1 pct of your 20 pct. It was not clear to me what funds would be the scheduled payments. Is this the remainder of your 20 pct? If so, then what are we getting over the 90 days?
• You will get a black debit card loaded with 15 million dollars.
• You can put the funds from your currency into the same account as the Zim proceeds if you want, or you can get the currency exchange up front. If you have a lot of currency, you may like to have it paid out in a scheduled manner.
• Get a Treasury Receipt for you funds placed in the TDA.
• NDA seems to be geared to source of funds. Only give info on a need to know basis, which probably means accounting wealth mgr attorney. Did not mention duration.

J. Currency Exchange/Bond Redemption:
Each country had their own 800# or website code for use of currency exchangers/ bond redeemers that would be sent out by email, or found on certain websites as below. Clicking on that web link on your computer or phone, would create your own unique signature to receive an exchange/ redemption appointment, along with exchange/ redemption information.
We were told that US Securities expert Mike Cottrell’s signature was on the Gold Treaty and he would push the liquidity button. Just an hour or so prior to liquidity release, Wells Fargo and HSBC Banks would be sending out over 400,000 emails to currency and bond holders, along with instructions on how to exchange and redeem. That information would also be available on certain websites as below.
Redemption Center Staff were told that upon liquidity release, they would be working 7 am to 11 pm for about 10-12 days or until midnight Sat. 14 March. The Tier4b Internet Group (us) would have those 10-12 days to exchange at the higher Contract Rates. On Mon. 16 March the General Public could exchange at regular banks, receiving the new but lower, International Rates of exchange.
At your exchange you would watch a 15 min. CD that would explain the exchange/redemption process before you began. If you held Zim expect to sign a 4 ½ page Non Disclosure Agreement. If you held both currencies and Zim expect that NDA to be 5 ½ pages. If you held currencies and no Zim, that NDA was expected to be around 1 ½ pages.
K. Judy Note on Zim Bonds: Zim Bond redemption deadline may be on Sat. 14 March. It was my understanding that if you had Zim Bonds and a specific humanitarian project, your Zim rate would be determined from costs of that project. It would be wise to type up a short 1-2 page outline of your project including your goals. Have an estimate of monies needed to accomplish those goals and the years you wished in your long term payout.
If you had no specific humanitarian project you would likely be offered the Zim international rate, plus opportunities to invest in international humanitarian projects – whereby you could earn interest on your monies.
Okie: “I understand that your rate may be contingent on the type of projects you will be doing. If you have a large project you may get a large rate. It is also my understanding that a limit of 33 million per 100 Trillion Note is being talked about. There is a rumor from a Chinese contact that they have a designated amount of Zim they would be allowed to take. Be sure to get in as quick as you can with your Zim so that you do not fall into the “dead letter” category and miss your opportunity. Do not wait for weeks to get in with your Zim.”
Either way you could receive all, or a percentage of Zim monies for your own use. You would determine the amount of years you wished for your long term payout (up to 25 years) while being paid interest on monies left at the bank during that payout (said to be 2% to 9%). You should have a figure in mind of your interim financial needs until your first quarterly payout was received (expected in 90 days).
