Judy Note: Last Thurs. 27 Feb. the last piece of the GCR puzzle was locked into place and such event was said to confirm that the 800#s would go out this next week according to a high-up and very valid source. Another reliable Intel source, Oakie, has confirmed the same, saying that we were only hours away, or at most, within a few days. His sources said there was a probability of 800#s release at any time, but more likely after Sun. 1 March.
No one knew the exact time when the 800#s would be released, though rumored consensus was that since things had been rolling out for two weeks as shown below, Tier 4 Internet Group could receive emails and 800#s to set appointments anywhere from now to Tues. 3 March.
Which leads one to ask the What If Questions:
What if the manmade Coronavirus was deliberately released in China so as to cause so much chaos that it shut down Chinese production/ exportation and cause a worldwide pandemic that resulted in the Stock Market crash – which was exactly what happened last Fri. 28 Feb? Would that be a Chess move of the Cabal?
What if that release of the Coronavirus was done to destroy the US economy and thus such failed economy were blamed on President Trump to cause him problems in the upcoming Presidential election? Would that be another Chess move by the Cabal?
What if the Stock Market crash of last week was not necessarily because of the Coronavirus that shut down China’s manufacturing and exports, but was planned a long time ago to get rid of the fiat US Dollar so as to make way for gold-backed currencies and the Global Currency Reset? Was it just happenstance that the Stock Market crash happened with the Coronavirus outbreak (or perhaps a great Chess move by the White Hats to make use of what the Cabal had done)?
What if this past week’s large number of high-level CEO’s of big corporations (IBM, Salesforce, Gates Foundation, Disney, Uber and others) who resigned within 48 hours of each other, had to do with the over 1,400 sealed indictments said to contain charges of pedophilia and bribery related to using US taxpayer monies laundered through the Central Banks – and such Cabal banks were now going under with the Global Currency Reset? Was that a great Chess move by the White Hats?
What if the Stock Market crash that took place last week was designed to take down those big corporations who for decades have used US taxpayer monies laundered through the Central Banks? Or was that another great Chess move by the White Hats?
What if on Sun. 1 March a huge amount of monies were pumped into the Stock Market (another chess move by the White Hats) so as to make a sudden rise in the Market on Mon. 2 March and thereby save the Market?
What if in connection with the Mon. Stock Market rise, the Global Currency Reset released funds to investors and that further built up the US economy/Stock Market on a permanent basis? That is, what if all of the above were true, and the White Hats were about to make Checkmate via the Global Currency Reset?
The GCR rollout so far:
Sun. 16 Feb. at midnight the Cabal’s fiat US Dollar was officially bankrupt
Mon. 17 Feb. the Chinese Elders released funding for the Global Currency Reset (GCR).
Tues. 18 Feb. Dragon Bond exchanges were taking place at the IMF.
Wed. 19 Feb. the new US Treasury Note (USTN) was gold-backed.
Thurs. 20 Feb. Bank derivatives were paid off with gold-backed monies.
Wed. 26 Feb. beginning of Mass Arrests and processing of RV algorithms.
Thurs. 27 Feb. After ridding Congress of three Democrats who had held up the reset, Adjudicated settlements, Fines and Penalties, Sovereign accounts such as Indian/Native American, Farm and Church Claims were paid out on that same Thursday that an important (secretive) GCR Event also took place.
Fri. 28 Feb. The Stock Market failed to bounce back from the past week’s losses of wiping out all gains for the year, freezing the Stock and Global Futures Markets and stocks that had posted the worst five day point loss ever. By midnight all banks worldwide were connected to the Real Time Payment System (RTPS).
Sun. 1 March With the US Dollar already asset-backed, would those gold-backed monies be pumped into the system to save the Stock Market?

1. This was supposed to go the morning of Thurs. 27 Feb, but we had resistance in the House and Senate – two Democrats in the House, one Democrat in the Senate – who were resisting the release of everything. They were given until 1:15 pm EST Thurs. 27 Feb. to decide otherwise and if not, they would be removed. I believe they ended up getting removed.
2. The Native American and Farm claims, Church groups, Adjudicated Settlements, Fines & Penalties – all those larger Sovereign groups – were paid out Thurs. afternoon 27 Feb.
3. All banks around the globe were connecting to the Real Time Payment System (RTPS) – which was a ledger to ledger transfer that took no longer than 32 seconds to send a wire globally. There were three Central Banks around the globe that were not yet connected to the QFS and RTPS, though would be by midnight EST Friday night 28 Feb.

1. Today is Saturday 29 Feb. and a lack luster day for some and a day of revelation for others.
2. We are only hours away and at most, a few days of receiving our blessing.
3. Many things have transpired – some good – some that could be better. Sources were stating of the probability (possible) of the release at any time, but more likely after March 1. That means that anytime after tomorrow Sun. 1 March we stand an excellent chance of receiving our notifications.
4. I have intel regarding rates: The Zim Contract Rate available to those who were prepared may have changed because the IMF mandated that bonds could only be redeemed at face value. The rates on the international currencies remained high and Contract Rates even higher.
5. Regardless of whether you have only currencies, or have Zim, you would have to make a case for elevated rates based on your Humanitarian Projects. Plan for big projects in order to justify the higher Contract Rates on your currencies.

Mass Arrests were a result of over 463,320 indictments on criminal activities of global and political elites that had been filed in federal courts across the nation since Trump took office. #3587 Q: Indictments as of Feb. 20 2020: Sealed: 134,570; Unsealed: 14, 957; Total: 149,527 +Non-Sealed: 313,293, for a Grand Total of 463,320.

3. A Stock Market Crash: The Gold Standard of the Global Currency Reset would come in after a Stock Market implosion that rid us of the fiat US Dollar. The Market was extremely volatile this last week. On Mon. 24 Feb. after being manipulated for over 100 years, the Market began seeking a true Fair Market Value and closed in the red at 1,031.61, wiping out all gains for the year and freezing the Stock and Global Futures Markets. The shutdown of Chinese manufacturing because of the Coronavirus had infected world economics as to where some international trade was almost nonexistent. By Wed. 26 Feb. stocks had posted the worst five day point drop on record, and on Thurs. 27 Feb. the Dow dove nearly 1,200 points into the red in the biggest one day loss ever – where it remained on Fri. 28 Feb.
4. U.S. Dollar Futures Index (USDX): A 1:1 on the US Dollar with world currencies was needed for the Global Currency Reset to take place and predicted to occur at the same time as a Stock Market Crash. The Index was the value of a U.S. dollar relative to the value of a basket of currencies. H. Currency Exchange/Bond Redemption:
Each country had their own 800# or website code for use of currency exchangers/ bond redeemers that would be sent out by email, or found on certain websites as below. Clicking on that web link on your computer or phone, would create your own unique signature to receive an exchange/ redemption appointment, along with exchange/ redemption information.
We were told that US Securities expert Mike Cottrell’s signature was on the Gold Treaty and he would push the liquidity button. Just an hour or so prior to liquidity release, Wells Fargo and HSBC Banks would be sending out over 400,000 emails to currency and bond holders, along with instructions on how to exchange and redeem. That information would also be available on certain websites as below.
Redemption Center Staff were told that upon liquidity release, they would be working 7 am to 11 pm for about 10-12 days. The Tier4b Internet Group (us) would have those 10-12 days to exchange at the higher Contract Rates, after which the General Public could exchange at regular banks, receiving the new but lower, International Rates of exchange.
At your exchange you would watch a 15 min. CD that would explain the exchange/redemption process before you began. If you held Zim expect to sign a 4 ½ page Non Disclosure Agreement. If you held both currencies and Zim expect that NDA to be 5 ½ pages. If you held currencies and no Zim, that NDA was expected to be around 1 ½ pages.
I. Judy Note on Zim Bonds: Zim Bond redemption deadline may be on Sat. 14 March. It was my understanding that if you had Zim Bonds and a specific humanitarian project, your Zim rate would be determined from costs of that project. It would be wise to type up a short 1-2 page outline of your project including your goals. Have an estimate of monies needed to accomplish those goals and the years you wished in your long term payout.
If you had no specific humanitarian project you would likely be offered the Zim international rate, plus opportunities to invest in international humanitarian projects – whereby you could earn interest on your monies.
Okie: “I understand that your rate may be contingent on the type of projects you will be doing. If you have a large project you may get a large rate. It is also my understanding that a limit of 33 million per 100 Trillion Note is being talked about. There is a rumor from a Chinese contact that they have a designated amount of Zim they would be allowed to take. Be sure to get in as quick as you can with your Zim so that you do not fall into the “dead letter” category and miss your opportunity. Do not wait for weeks to get in with your Zim.”
Either way you could receive all, or a percentage of Zim monies for your own use. You would determine the amount of years you wished for your long term payout (up to 25 years) while being paid interest on monies left at the bank during that payout (said to be 2% to 9%). You should have a figure in mind of your interim financial needs until your first quarterly payout was received (expected in 90 days).
