On the Global Currency Reset: Evidently because of the overload to exchange in Reno, some groups have been moved to Zurich, Virginia, Hong Kong and other places to speed up the process. More Paymasters were being flown to Zurich expecting to get paid on Wed. Oct. 30. Paymasters from Hong Kong, Zurich, London and Reno were given Swap appointments up to Thurs. Oct. 31. Rumor was that as early as as Thurs. Oct. 31 the IMF could make an announcement about global currencies going to the Gold Standard. It was predicted that a NESARA/GESARA announcement could come out the next day on Fri. Nov. 1.
On the Restored Republic: On Fri. Oct. 11 10,000 Marines were activated for a Civil War against the Deep State. By Sat. Oct. 19 those Marines had combined with Navy Seals to rescue 2,100 caged children in underground tunnels beneath a military base in southern California and on Thurs. Oct. 24 children were said to have been evacuated from more underground tunnels beneath a military base in northern California.
According to a Pentagon source, over 500 Federal Reserve employees have been arrested since Oct. 16, plus prominent political elites such as Presidents Bush, Obama and Clinton, plus HR Clinton, Pelosi, Schiff, Brennan and Kerry have gone missing from public appearances since being accused of perpetrating treasonous acts.
With the continuing 9/11 trial at GITMO confirming evidence of treasonous acts by political elites and the raid on ISIS leader Al-Baghdadi producing evidence that the ISIS leader regularly communicated with the US State Department, more arrests of the Cabal were expected shortly.

1. Banks were told yesterday Tues. Oct. 29 that they would see this within 4-5 days, or by Sun. Nov. 3.
2. According to the US Treasury, everything was done and everyone was waiting to go.

4. No demonstrations would have any effect on when this would happen because it had gone too far.
5. It would be highly advisable not to take your currency out of the country because it would be highly valuable after the reset and could easily be held by customs somewhere.

1. During the raid on ISIS leader Al-Baghdadi, US Special Forces obtained evidence of hardware that was used to communicate with the US State Department, according to leaks. Sources suggested that deceased ISIS leader Al-Baghdadi was in contact with Deep State Cabal players within the US State Department. Al-Baghdadi was not warned of the raid and was not able to destroy the evidence in time.
2. This was why President Trump kept the military operation classified. Any government official who complained about the military operation being classified was now a target of suspicion.
3. The Alliance now has even more incriminating evidence against Deep State Cabal players. It was now game over for several US government officials. These several individuals were expected to flee the US and request amnesty from other countries very soon.
4. H.R. 5404, the bill to bring back the Gold Standard should be activated after 30 months of its introduction. Deep State Cabal players within the US Government do not want this bill passed.
5. The US was expected to adopt an asset-backed monetary system prior to returning to the Gold Standard. The main asset to back the US Dollar would be oil.
6. The revaluation of multiple currencies was expected to occur after each country began adopting asset-backed monetary systems and the Gold Standard.
7. Debt forgiveness (limited to US for now) was expected to occur before the end of the year.
8. GESARA agenda reforms would begin in the US first before being implemented worldwide.

The purpose of CIA Mind Control programming was to secure life-long power over an individual, creating super spies, terrorists and assassins. As found by research of Nazi Mind Control experts brought into the US and Canada by what was to become the CIA after World War II, multiple personalities controlled by the perpetrator were most easily created in the developing brain of a child subjected to prolonged trauma.
In 1950 CIA experiments began on humans including innocent children. Survivors of the program say it involved international child kidnapping, sex abuse and exploitation networks.
The CIA program eventually known as MKULTRA consisted of 149 sub-projects, plus another 33 closely related programs. There were 80 participating US and Canadian institutions including 44 colleges and universities. All were, and it is suspected were presently, funded by US taxpayers through a CIA Black Budget.
In 1964 after a successful lawsuit by mind-control survivor Linda MacDonald, Congressional inquiries supposedly ended MKULTRA. Though, the torture of children was known to continue but curtailed in 1967 and thought extinct by 1973 after MKULTRA documents were destroyed by CIA Director Richard Helms prior to his resignation and another Congressional inquiry. The 1977 Freedom of Information Act was able to uncover 20,000 MKULTRA financial documents.
Yet, CIA mind-control survivor Christine Nicola testified before the 1995 President’s Advisory Committee on CIA Human Radiation Experiments claiming she was subjected to human experiments from age 4 through age 14, or until 1976. Victim C who testified in the same hearing said she was in the experiments from age 7 through age 24, or until 1984 (20 years after the supposed closure of MKULTRA – videos of their Congressional testimonies have been scrubbed from the internet).
In the 2007 Extreme Abuse Studies (http://extreme-abuse-survey.net/) 147 mind-control victims stated “yes” when asked if they were currently being accessed and abused by ritual abuse mind-control perpetrators against their will.

Colin A. Ross, MD stated in the biography’s foreword: “According to many patients with similar memories, Green is a German mind-control specialist who came to the US after World War II. In the 1990s therapists were accused of ‘implanting’ false memories of ritual abuse, including recollections of Dr. Green and his Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma and Omega mind-control programming.” (Twenty-Two Faces, Byington, Tate Publishing: Oklahoma, 2012)
Dr. Green was also described by CIA Mind Control survivor Christine Nicola in her testimony before the 1995 Congressional hearings on CIA Human Experiments.
In a 2007 Extreme Abuse Survey, 234 ritual abuse survivors stated that they remember being used in government-sponsored mind-control experiments in the US, while 83 said they remember being used in government-sponsored mind-control experiments in Canada.
In reviewing ages of the over 1,471 severe abuse study participants, over half were born after 1964 when MKULTRA was supposedly no longer functioning and many were abused after 1973 when Helms resigned and destroyed MKULTRA documents.
Even after two Congressional hearings with ritual abuse survivors testifying of their childhood horrors of CIA Mind Control and with high suspicion that the CIA was using US taxpayer dollars to continue their kidnap, rape and torture children even today, Congress has not acted on crimes of the CIA, nor even opened an investigation on the now-deceased head of the program, Dr. Green.
G. Predicted Global Currency Reset – Restored Republic Events:
Oct. 31 2019 – the end of Red October: Q reported big events would be happening by the end of October, though didn’t reveal what. It was suspected that Q was referring to the Global Currency Reset and Mass Arrests of prominent members of the Cabal.
All Hallows Eve was celebrated Oct. 29 to Nov. 1 through kidnapping and the torture of children in Pedophilia Parties that lead to Child Sacrifices. This High Holy Satanic Holiday was considered Satan’s Birthday according to the Occult Calendar of Demonic Holidays (pulled together in the late 1980s by a professional organization of therapists treating Satanic Ritual Abuse Survivors, the International Society for Study of Trauma and Dissociation, ISSTD).
The Justice Department Inspector General's report on Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Abuses (FISA Abuse) would be released by the end of Red Oct., if not before. The report was said to be as thick as a phone book and contain charges against 80% of the Democratic Congress, plus several on the Republican side. Dramatic changes and reforms within the US government were expected to take place thereafter.
The first Q drop on 28 Oct. 2017 indicated that Cabal Head Witch Hillary Clinton would be arrested right before Halloween.
Towards the end of Red October, the IMF was expected to make a Global Gold Treaty announcement that called on all countries including the US, to use the Gold Standard. Currencies of 209 nations of the BRICS Alliance would revalue their currencies and complete the move to a gold-backed Global Monetary System.
Jan. 1 2020: A National Retail Sales Tax Code would become effective, replacing the bankrupt Federal Reserve and IRS tax system. A 17% tax was expected to be levied on new items only, with no tax on earnings, food or medicine. On July 3 2019 President Trump signed an Executive Order, content unknown, covering tax laws until Jan. 1 2020.
March 2020: Arrests of anti-constitution/NWO/Cabal/against President Trump would be expected to wrap up by March 2020.
End of the year 2024: Restoration of the US Republic completion was planned for the end of President Trump’s second term in 2024.
H. On the 800#s:
The below is a compilation of information gathered from various sources and should be considered rumor. When the 800#s were released specific official instructions on Zim redemption and currency exchanges would be published on approved websites as below.
As of Oct. 9 2019 the 800#s were in place and operational. Each country and region has been assigned certain 800#s. The US Treasury and the banks would be emailing Zim holders an 800#. Call the 800# for your region or bank, tell them the bank you wanted to exchange with (Zim holders would need to redeem with either HSBC or Wells Fargo unless your bank had made special arrangements to redeem Zim. HSBC ran the Exchange Centers and would have representatives there). They would then transfer your call to the proper Exchange Center to talk to a live person and make your appointment.
WARNING: When you call an 800# DO NOT give out the serial numbers of your currency or bonds, nor how much you had. The only things the person or computer on the other end of the line would need to know was the bank and zip code where you wanted to exchange and what you had (Zim, Dinar, Dong, etc.) so you could be directed to a Redemption Center in the proper area to speak to a live person and make your appointment.
I. Currency Exchanges and Zim Redemption Appointments:
Important information on how to exchange and redeem for participants worldwide would be on certain websites authorized to publish the 800#s so you could have a firm grip on appointment strategy prior to going in.
If you obtained your appointment through an 800# you would automatically receive the Contract Rates (with the exception of Zim holders, whose bonds were worth so much that Contract Rates would likely be saved for others).
The 800#s for currency exchanges would be out for 8-10 days. You would have those 8-10 days to make your currency exchange appointment and then 30-45 days to go to your appointment at a Redemption Center. After that you would need to exchange at a regular bank at a rate appearing on the Forex at the time of your exchange.
The 800# appointments for Zim redemption would only be available for a short period of time, said to be Nov. 15. After that you would need to make special arrangements to redeem your Zim. You could exchange both your currency and Zim at the same time, though only at a certified Redemption Center.
You don't need a project to redeem Zim. Zim would have a walk away rate (default package) for those without specific Humanitarian Projects.
With the exception of those over 70 years of age, all Zim would be paid out on a long term contract, with your choice of five to fifty years. The longer your contract period, the higher the interest rate you would be paid on your monies left at the bank during your contract period.
Seniors over 70 could get all their money up front with no reduction in currency rates, though would be given a lower default rate on their Zim.
Your Humanitarian Project could run up to 25- 50 years.
