Judy Note: Indications were that the Mass Arrests have begun and 800#s should soon follow. Interpol told Mike Cottrell that he would be authorized to release the reset codes within hours of Mass Arrests beginning. Sources have said the GCR could go at any moment and had to go before the end of the month Thurs. Oct. 31.
On Sun. Oct. 27 ISIS head Al-Baghdadi was killed by a US special task force. Sources have been told that the kingpin of the GCR, the Iraqi Dinar, would go international soon after the capture of Al-Baghdadi. A week ago on Sat. Oct. 19 the Iraqi Dinar revalued in-country.
This weekend a reliable source in the Pentagon reported that at least 500 Federal Reserve employees have been arrested within the past ten days.
On Thurs. Oct. 24 Inspector General Horowitz announced that very soon he would release the IG Report that had national security implications. On that same Thurs. US Attorney John Durham announced he had shifted the Russian inquiry into a criminal investigation, giving him authority to subpoena and make arrests, likely on some big name people.
On Tues. Oct. 23 US Treasury authorities in Reno were arrested for interfering with the RV, while others were moved to Hong Kong to speed up the reset process.
Evidently a planned reset for Thurs. Oct. 24 was stopped because they had to regroup after deciding that all world currencies would revalue at the same time. At least that was the excuse that was released.
On that same Thurs. Oct. 24 there was reported to be a major explosion in northern California above San Francisco. Children were said to being evacuated from what was suspected to be underground tunnels. The explosion was suspected to be connected to Marine training exercises at 29 Palms Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in southern San Bernardino California. On Fri. Oct. 11 those same 10,000 Marines had been activated for a Civil War against the Deep State. Eight days later on Sat. Oct. 19 those same Marines combined with Navy Seals to rescue 2,100 caged children in underground tunnels beneath a Navy base in southern California.
It was rumored that on Fri. Nov. 1 announcements were set to be made on NESARA/ GESARA, plus that 207 nation’s currencies would be gold-backed in order to be at parity with each other under the Gold Standard.

Judy Note: The Finders Case has been well known among the Satanic Ritual Abuse community of survivors and therapists. It exemplifies the extensive cover up of the Satanic Ritual Abuse of children led by the CIA and connected to Satanic Covens across the nation and globe.
The subject of my book “Twenty Two Faces” was abused by a Satanic Coven under direction of a CIA agent known as Dr. Green. Dr. Green was head of the CIA MKULTRA Mind Control program and mentioned by SRA survivors in Congressional testimony back in 1977, yet the Congressional findings were covered up, as was this Finders Case.
At one point a prominent editor at Penguin Putnam was very interested in publishing “Twenty Two Faces” and looking into the Finders Case along with it, though was promptly told to back off by unknown sources.
1. FBI Document Dump From The Vault – The Finders: The FBI has unsealed a 324 page document that details this operation and the US Intel Communities role in ritual child sexual abuse.
2. The “Finders” were a CIA Operation, often described as a 1960s-style commune, in reality they were a cult that conducted “brainwashing” and used children “in rituals.”
3. [Redacted] After the imposition of prison sentences on both [redacted] became convinced that numerous other children had been abused and that the abuse was part of a large, well organized scheme. Subsequently, [redacted] has attempted to interest congressional members and the USCS in his efforts to enhance efforts in the area of child sexual abuse and investigating claims of organized sexual abuse.
4. During October 1993, [redacted] met with United States congressman Rose (Florida) to discuss allegations concerning a group know as “Finders” both congressman Rose and [redacted] subsequently provided information concerning these allegations to DOJ.
5. As a result of information developed during these arrests, the TPD contacted the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), Washington, D.C., and provided information concerning [redacted] and their association with a group known as “Finders” based in Washington, D.C. On 2/5/87, The MPD executed search warrants, prepared by the United States Attorney’s office, District of Columbia, Washington, D.C., On two properties owned by the “Finders” in Washington, D.C...

DOJ review of USCS documents indicates that during the execution of the search warrants by the MPD at the two “finders” properties, USCS SA [redacted] claims to have observed a substantial amount of computer equipment and documents purportedly containing instructions for obtaining children for unspecified purposes. The instructions allegedly included the impregnation of female members of the community, purchasing children, trading children and kidnapping them.
7. [Redacted] he stated, has maintained that there is a nationwide conspiracy among individuals involved in Satanic worship and sexual child abuse, with members being located in Stuart, Florida area.
8. Tunnels & Occult Symbolism: 45 foot tunnel. 9 foot wide subterranean entrance found under west wall of the “Dog” room (Classroom 4 [redacted] classroom).
9. [Redacted] has alleged that The Finders are involved in a well organized child abuse scheme, and that [redacted] in conjunction with the state department, and the FBI’s foreign counterintelligence section, conspired to cover up those abuses.

The F.B.I. has contact with the Finders since 1971 including a recent report dealing with the C.I.A. involvement with at least one of the members of the Finders passing information overseas concerning activities of the Central Intelligence Agency. When it became apparent that no Federal Laws were violated the F.B.I. vacated the investigation.
11. [Redacted] contacts MPD Intelligence and advises that all reports regarding Finders are to be classified at the Secret level. [Redacted] also advised that no information was to be turned over to the FBI WFO for investigation, and that the WFO would not be advised of the [redacted] involvement/contact.

G. Predicted Global Currency Reset – Restored Republic Events:
Tues. – Wed. Oct. 29-30: The first Q drop on 28 Oct. 2017 indicated that Cabal Head Witch Hillary Clinton would be arrested Oct. 29 or 30 – right before Halloween. This High Holy Satanic Holiday was considered Satan’s Birthday according to the Occult Calendar of Demonic Holidays (pulled together in the late 1980s by a professional organization of therapists of Satanic Ritual Abuse Survivors). This All Hallows Eve was celebrated Oct. 29 to Nov. 1 through kidnapping and the torture of children in Pedophilia Parties that lead to Child Sacrifices.
Thurs. Oct. 31 2019: The Justice Department Inspector General's report on Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Abuses (FISA Abuse) would be released by the end of Red Oct., if not before. The report was said to be as thick as a phone book and contain charges against 80% of Congress. Dramatic changes and reforms within the US government were expected to take place thereafter.
Thurs. Oct. 31 2019 was also the Brexit deadline in the UK. Towards the end of what was referred to as Red October, the IMF was expected to make a Global Gold Treaty announcement that called on all countries including the US, to use the Gold Standard. Currencies of 209 nations of the BRICS Alliance would revalue their currencies and complete the move to a gold-backed Global Monetary System.
Fri. Nov. 1 2019: Q reported big events would be happening, though didn’t reveal what – though it was suspected that Q was referring to the Global Currency Reset and Mass Arrests of prominent members of the Cabal.
Jan. 1 2020: A National Retail Sales Tax Code would become effective, replacing the bankrupt Federal Reserve and IRS tax system. A 17% tax was expected to be levied on new items only, with no tax on earnings, food or medicine. On July 3 2019 President Trump signed an Executive Order, content unknown, covering tax laws until Jan. 1 2020.
March 2020: Arrests of anti-constitution/NWO/Cabal/against President Trump would be expected to wrap up by March 2020.
End of the year 2024: Restoration of the US Republic completion was planned for the end of President Trump’s second term in 2024.
H. On the 800#s:
As of Oct. 9 2019 the 800#s were in place and operational. Each country and region has been assigned certain 800#s. The US Treasury and the banks would be emailing Zim holders an 800#. Call the 800# for your region or bank, tell them the bank you wanted to exchange with (Zim holders would need to redeem with either HSBC or Wells Fargo unless your bank had made special arrangements to redeem Zim. HSBC ran the Exchange Centers and would have representatives there). They would then transfer your call to the proper Exchange Center to talk to a live person and make your appointment.
WARNING: When you call an 800# DO NOT give out the serial numbers of your currency or bonds, nor how much you had. The only things the person or computer on the other end of the line would need to know was the bank and zip code where you wanted to exchange and what you had (Zim, Dinar, Dong, etc.) so you could be directed to a Redemption Center in the proper area to speak to a live person and make your appointment.
Important information on how to exchange and redeem for participants worldwide would be on certain websites authorized to publish the 800#s so you could have a firm grip on appointment strategy prior to going in.
If you obtained your appointment through a 800# you would automatically receive the Contract Rates (with the exception of Zim holders, whose bonds were worth so much that Contract Rates were saved for others).
The 800#s will be out for 8-10 days and you will have 8-10 days to make the appointment. Then you will have 30-45 days to go to the bank appointment.
You don't need a project to redeem Zim. Zim will have a walk away rate (default package).
Seniors over 70 can get all the money up front. If you had currency, there was no reduction in rate. If you had Zim, then you would get a default rate.
Your Humanitarian projects could run up to 25- 50 years.
The 800# appointments for Zim redemption and special Contract Rates would only be available for a short period of time – said to be to around Nov. 15. After that you would need to exchange at a regular bank at a rate appearing on the Forex at the time, plus make special arrangements to redeem your Zim.
