Judy Note: Unless the 800#s came out, it was unlikely that a Restored Republic Update would be published for Sun. Oct. 27. Saturday has traditionally been a no news day, no one was talking and most of my regular intel providers have been under NDAs for over two weeks.
On Sat. Oct. 19 the kingpin of the GCR, the Iraqi Dinar, revalued in-country.
By Tues. Oct. 23 US Treasury authorities in Reno were arrested for interfering with the RV, while others were moved to Hong Kong to speed up the reset process.
Evidently a planned reset for Thurs. Oct. 24 was stopped because they had to regroup after deciding that all world currencies would revalue at the same time.
Interpol (the international police force working with the Alliance) told Mike Cottrell that Mass Arrests of political elites would begin within two hours either way of when he became authorized to release the reset codes.
Evidently they were preparing to make those Mass Arrests on political elites real soon because yesterday Oct. 24 Inspector General Horowitz announced that the IG Report had national security implications and that he would very soon release that report (that was bound to implicate many powerful political elites), plus that same day US Attorney John Durham announced he had shifted the Russian inquiry into a criminal investigation, giving him authority to subpoena and make arrests, likely on some big name people.
On Sat. Oct. 26, or sometime over this weekend Iraq determined to go international.
Several sources have indicated that the reset would happen within the next few days (meaning over this weekend) and had to happen before Thurs. Oct. 31.
The next day on Fri. Nov. 1 announcements were rumored set to be made on NESARA/ GESARA, plus that 207 nation’s currencies would be gold-backed in order to be at parity with each other under the Gold Standard.

1. There are a lot of people under NDA's and looking at their money, but unable to touch it because the US has not released yet.
2. The Admiral's Groups, and the Inner and Outer Core, can see funds but are waiting for liquidity to be able to disperse to members. We do have people in Treasury working to slow this down.
3. We were supposed to have 800#'s today Thurs. Oct. 24. It was not done. There were certain promises made that were not fulfilled. The US is not believed anymore.
4. People in Reno are trying to stop this from happening and wanting to let the banks implode, here and across the world.
5. They are trying to make the books look good because the Banks are not liquid. They are robbing the Social Security to keep themselves afloat. They called it borrowing but don't have the funds to pay SS back. Now they are calling SS an entitlement.
6. The Chinese are mad because the USA did not go today Thurs. Oct. 24 as promised.
7. They are saying they need to tighten up security. Really? If security gets any tighter no one will be able to go in!
8. Some people are turning around and blaming MarkZ and myself. Mark isn't giving out any information because he doesn't want the headache and problems it creates, or the emails. So, you can't take any information from here to MarkZ side. We are standing alone.
9. People are lifting info from here and taking to other intel rooms and claiming it as their own. That's not right. At least give credit to the person originating the intel.
10. Iraq was saying they were putting the rate for Dinar into the system Friday night Oct. 25 and announcing it on Sat. Oct. 26. They were doing it in a hidden sort of way. That's what happened last week and the rate went to $8.83 and stopped there.
11. They don't want you to know the banks are broke. And, they are putting out disinformation to prop up their story.
12. There is no reason for not going forward today. The Chinese are very angry, but the USA is still at stop. They blamed it on the Trade agreement. Trump and Xi got what they wanted. We didn't.
13. Nothing has changed. We are still waiting. No country can go forward until the US goes. Everyone can see their money but can't access it.
14. There are those hoping this would be put off to the first of the year. Not saying that they will succeed. Just that's what they are trying to do
15. We need to stay positive and knowing this is going forward. Something has to happen soon, because otherwise we will implode.
16. The spin put on this needs to be watched. Ask the question and get the answers. If the first person doesn't answer the question, move on to the next.
17. There is no income tax after the first of the year that I know of. Everything is going to a flat or VAT tax.
18. You can redeem as much Zim as you want. There is no limit. Nothing about the Zim rate has been verified, or in writing anywhere that we can find.
19. I felt strong about this week being THE week. There are people involved with different personalities, and it's a process. I would like to see it go this week. We have to soon to avoid all the economic issues. We will implode within two weeks without this influx of real money.
20. The paperwork has been completed for Iraq’s revalue.
21. Everyone would like to believe there is a rate for up to 500T Zim but no one really knows. There was supposed to be a 10 million limit on Dinar, then the rest dropped to screen rate. That's the only one we know about.
22. The reset was supposed to be a two year process. But they are trying to stop the person exchanging and going to buy currency in another basket. That would be double dipping. The NDA was supposed to keep that from happening anyway. It will be better this way but slower.
23. If you have a lot of Zim, and a lot of projects, the NDA could be really long. It is 3 - 26 pages depending on your circumstance.
24. Circumstances in the world are creating this to happen now. The derivatives, bubbles, etc. are causing this to happen now to avoid implosion.
25. There are still some functions of the FED operating. They may not be fully resolved until the first of the year.
26. We don't know what the contract rate is on the Dong. Trump and Iraq came up with a new rate. But, from what I've seen, the Dong will be within 10% of Dinar.
27. The liquidity release order to release our notifications has been done.
28. Phones are 24/7. Redemption Centers are open 7 -11
29. Certain Intel providers have been told to shut up because they are giving out bad info. They were threatened with being unable to redeem or exchange if they didn't stop.
30. Your Humanitarian projects can run up to 25- 50 years.
31. Each country will have its own 800 number and published there.
32. You can take pictures of currency before you go in to your appointment to confirm they are yours if given back. You are not supposed to scan them.
33. If someone made a purchase of Dinar through Sterling Currency and never received it, you have to go to the government about that. If under layaway, you may not get that. Contact Attorney General. You can find the case online and contact them. They should be able to tell you.
34. You will tell the operator your Zip Code and what KIND of currency you have. If you have Zim, they will transfer you to another person. No one should know the amount of each currency you have until you get to the bank.
35. The Federal Reserve can't even print money. They are not even doing gold-backed currency. They made an agreement with Tier 2 via contracts. When we all go, there will be money to put into the system.
36. You will have 8-10 days to make the appointment. Then you will have 30-45 days to go to the bank appointment.
37. You don't need a project to redeem Zim. Zim will have a walk away rate (default package).
38. Seniors over 70 can get all the money up front. If currency, no reduction in rate. If Zim, then a default rate - but no one knows what that is. Will get more if you have projects. Probably will be happy with the default package.
39. It was supposed to start today Thurs. Oct. 24 with 800 numbers out last night. I really don't know when it will come out now.
40. You have 90 days to convert a skeleton trust to your own named Trust. I don't believe there will be bad apples in this. They will be closely scrutinized.
41. The 800#s will be out for 8-10 days.
42. Trump and Iraq agreed on a rate for the Dinar. When the rate was hit, Trump signed the order to go ahead. The military signed to go ahead. People in Treasury are holding it up and several have been arrested this week.
43. The Chinese are in charge. You have Honk Kong and Reno with records in both places. But, there are still certain things that have to be done in Reno. China said go - and someone in Reno doesn't see it or is hiding that info, for whatever reason. Makes sense to them and no one else. Then it becomes a political football.
44. Iraq does what they want when they want to and don't need the US Treasury to go forward. Tomorrow Fri. Oct. 25 Iraq will have people in the streets rioting because they don't have money.
45. Iraq starts everything. The Chinese wanted it done yesterday because their economy is getting ready to implode.
46. What you have to look at are conditions and circumstances now. When everything was flourishing no one was inclined to do this. Now, the implosion of financial markets is causing this to be absolutely needed. If it doesn't the US will be a 3rd or 4th World country. Those in the 1% with money won't be hurt. They will be average people. Most of their money will lose value because the value of the dollar will drop. It will be next to worthless. If it doesn't go we may have to issue 100T bills to buy a loaf of bread.
47. It's all politics. What may be true today is not true tomorrow. The spin says things that are believed, but not true. We were told certain things, all looked good. I was told things from HK HSBC - but Treasury stepped in.
48. The Swift system isn't going to be turned off overnight. The DeLaRu machines have been wheeled in to the bank as I watched. Some will try to stay and use the Swift system, even though it is the most corrupt system going.
49. I haven't seen the NDA about the claw back, nor have I seen the new NDA. This is a true story. A guy in Reno had redeemed his Zim. He rented a room in Reno and went to the bar where he bragged about his redemption and how much money he made. People overheard the conversation, they arrested him on the spot, and took his money.
50. We are very close, but until we are in the door there isn't much we can do.

6. Mike Cottrell:
Mr. Cottrell has always believed that because of corruption around the globe, all currencies of the world would go at the same time, not in baskets that would reval later. For some nations’ currencies which were not quite ready for the reset, there would be a transition period where their currencies would float.
Only the Golden Dragon and President Trump, along with the Pentagon and perhaps Interpol, had influence over when this would happen because of the war going on with the Cabal and five banking families.
The Chinese families were putting up the gold for the GCR through complete transparency and with intent to create equality among peoples of the world.
Mr. Cottrell was told by Interpol that the IRS was gone.
It was actually Obama who gave Interpol the authority to make arrests.
All monies held in personal bank accounts would be held safe during the reset.
After the reset all currencies of the world would be gold backed and on parity with each other.
Interpol told Cottrell that when they came to have him sign the release of the reset codes, it would be within two hours before or after Mass Arrests began on the Big Rats.

The biggest problem I had with this post was that throughout it, Mr. Giles quoted material as coming from me when in fact those references were clearly documented and linked in my Restored Republic via a GCR: Update as of Oct. 20, 2019 as being from a Phillip Tilton Conference Call published on Facebook.
I am sure Mr. Giles’ error was not deliberate and only a simple oversight, though in criticizing anybody it would be extremely important to get the source of your material correct so as not to deceive your audience.
It was interesting to see how Giles’ criticism of others brought out trolls to do the same in follow up posts (they just love to be negative and drag everyone down with them), though about the same time, an email brought things back into perspective:

It's not about so-called perfectly correct information, or even the necessary disinformation. We get it. It's simply "the information" we need. We appreciate it! Discernment kicks in and allows us to get a general overview that:
(A) There is continuing movement!
(B) Something big is happening sooner than later, &
(C) The "Good Guys" are winning against a very sick & dark world.

H. Predicted Global Currency Reset – Restored Republic Events:
Tues. – Wed. Oct. 29-30: The first Q drop on 28 Oct. 2017 indicated that Cabal Head Witch Hillary Clinton would be arrested Oct. 29 or 30 – right before Halloween. This High Holy Satanic Holiday was considered Satan’s Birthday according to the Occult Calendar of Demonic Holidays (pulled together in the late 1980s by a professional organization of therapists of Satanic Ritual Abuse Survivors). This All Hallows Eve was celebrated Oct. 29 to Nov. 1 through kidnapping and the torture of children in Pedophilia Parties that lead to Child Sacrifices.
Thurs. Oct. 31 2019: The Justice Department Inspector General's report on Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Abuses (FISA Abuse) would be released by the end of Red Oct., if not before. The report was said to be as thick as a phone book and contain charges against 80% of Congress. Dramatic changes and reforms within the US government were expected to take place thereafter.
Thurs. Oct. 31 2019 was also the Brexit deadline in the UK. Towards the end of what was referred to as Red October, the IMF was expected to make a Global Gold Treaty announcement that called on all countries including the US, to use the Gold Standard. Currencies of 209 nations of the BRICS Alliance would revalue their currencies and complete the move to a gold-backed Global Monetary System.
Fri. Nov. 1 2019: Q reported big events would be happening, though didn’t reveal what – though it was suspected that Q was referring to the Global Currency Reset and Mass Arrests of prominent members of the Cabal.
Jan. 1 2020: A National Retail Sales Tax Code would become effective, replacing the bankrupt Federal Reserve and IRS tax system. A 17% tax was expected to be levied on new items only, with no tax on earnings, food or medicine. On July 3 2019 President Trump signed an Executive Order, content unknown, covering tax laws until Jan. 1 2020.
March 2020: Arrests of anti-constitution/NWO/Cabal/against President Trump would be expected to wrap up by March 2020.
End of the year 2024: Restoration of the US Republic completion was planned for the end of President Trump’s second term in 2024.
H. On the 800#s:
As of Oct. 9 2019 the 800#s were in place and operational. Each country and region has been assigned certain 800#s. The US Treasury and the banks would be emailing Zim holders an 800#. Call the 800# for your region or bank, tell them the bank you wanted to exchange with (Zim holders would need to redeem with either HSBC or Wells Fargo unless your bank had made special arrangements to redeem Zim. HSBC ran the Exchange Centers and would have representatives there). They would then transfer your call to the proper Exchange Center to talk to a live person and make your appointment.
WARNING: When you call an 800# DO NOT give out the serial numbers of your currency or bonds, nor how much you had. The only things the person or computer on the other end of the line would need to know was the bank and zip code where you wanted to exchange and what you had (Zim, Dinar, Dong, etc.) so you could be directed to a Redemption Center in the proper area to speak to a live person and make your appointment.
Important information on how to exchange and redeem for participants worldwide would be on certain websites authorized to publish the 800#s so you could have a firm grip on appointment strategy prior to going in.
If you obtained your appointment through a 800# you would automatically receive the Contract Rates (with the exception of Zim holders, whose bonds were worth so much that Contract Rates were saved for others).
The 800#s will be out for 8-10 days and you will have 8-10 days to make the appointment. Then you will have 30-45 days to go to the bank appointment.
You don't need a project to redeem Zim. Zim will have a walk away rate (default package).
Seniors over 70 can get all the money up front. If you had currency, there was no reduction in rate. If you had Zim, then you would get a default rate.
