One Word for the Wise: Providence, the care, guardianship and control exercised by God.
Two Words for those in the 13th octave level compassion Earth Game:
Compassion: a deep feeling of pity for the suffering of another and an inclination to give aid or support, or to show mercy.
Pity: sorrow or grief aroused by the misfortune of another, compassion for suffering of another.
Mercy is kind and compassionate treatment of an offender, enemy, prisoner, or other person under one’s power who might deserve harsh treatment; clemency.

Deuteronomy 25:1 – 2 If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked. If the guilty person deserves to be punished (flogged, reprimanded, disciplined), the judge must not impose (a penalty of) more than 40 lashes.
Not more than 40 means 0 to 40, so there is room for fewer or no lashes, for mercy.

Ashoka (the Great)
In India’s history Ashoka was the emperor of the Maurya Dynasty who ruled from circa 268 to 232 BCE. He killed his brothers to take the throne and became a warlord.
After wiping out an entire city a Buddhist man approached Ashoka carrying a dead child:
“Great king who can kill thousands at your command, can you bring life back to this one child?”
This changed Ashoka. He quit his warring ways and is known for spreading Buddhism in Asia.
The Buddha advocates expressing mercy to others, and instead of wishing enemies or wrongdoers ill, wishing them well. The Buddhist meditation of loving-kindness involves one stage in which people meditating wish love onto someone who they dislike.

Enki
Enki chose to continue existing even though he had accumulated a million years of karmic debt. God saw this as, let’s say, non-viable. So God granted Enki mercy, and wiped his slate clean. Enki is now a new soul starting over, the same as any other new soul birthed by Mother and Father.
