A. Wed. 4 Nov. Fleming’s Military Intel Contact:
1. The release process was started at 1 am EST Mon. 2 Nov.
2. High level bond payouts were paid out overnight on Tues. 3 Nov.
3. Higher level tiers are due to be paid out Wed-Thurs. 4-5 Nov.
4. Tier 4B notifications could come out as early as Thurs. 5 Nov.
5. Many government leaders around the globe were told that the RV / GCR would be fully released during the 10 days between Wed. 4 Nov and Sat. 14 Nov.
6. Exchanges would extend through mid-Nov.
7. If there were post-election riots, or election vote disputes, the Department of Justice had already dispatched teams accompanied by DoD and federal law enforcement security teams to key battleground states and key cities to ensure the vote counts were accurate and not fraudulent.
8. It was expected that vote count disputes should be settled earlier than later during the next 10 days.
9. Bankers, attorneys and paymasters were asked by the US Treasury to be in their banking centers for the potential start of the Shotgun Release by Thurs. 5 Nov.
10. Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) was distinct from the public Tier 5. Even if the public Tier 5 start was overlapped with the Tier 4B exchanges, Tier 4B individuals doing exchanges at Redemption Centers (obtaining appointments through calling 800#s via the Safe Link Web Site) would be getting higher rates than the public Tier 5.
11. The Safe Link Web site link would be in notification emails and given to trusted Intel providers to post and pass on to currency holders.
12. The public would NOT be able to redeem ZIM like Tier 4B will be able to do at the higher ZIM rates. Tier 5 general public would only receive a minimal amount (approx. several hundred dollars per 100T of ZIM) if they bring ZIM notes into a bank.

It was believed that Project Hammer was in force. Project Hammer ran an application called Scorecard that could flip the election any way the handlers of it wished. It was an extremely secret signals intelligence program originally developed by CIA/NSA/FBI contractor-turned-whistleblower, Dennis L. When President Trump wins this election and fully restores our lawful government, (the Republic), most of Congress will be arrested and/or forced to retire. Additionally, most Governors and Mayors will also be arrested and sent to Guantanamo Bay for selling out our states and cities to Communist China. The current judicial system, a very wicked institution, will also be dismantled and/or reformed. All lawyers and judges (administrators) will be retrained in Constitutional Law, if they intend to continue to "practice." The entire system must be revamped, because the real Constitution for the United States, Republic, will be reinstated. Soon after the elections, mass arrests and public confessions will be televised so that the masses can witness just how wicked these people had been. Following, will come the announcement that we have returned to the gold standard. Under a gold standard, Fiat currency, or money backed by nothing, will cease to exist. Instead, we will use gold and silver as money, which is lawful money, under our Constitution. Some well-trusted economists assert that we will have a choice between three forms of "money;" gold and silver, asset-backed cryptocurrencies, and our new rainbow dollars, which are backed by gold and silver. All three are constitutional, because all are backed by gold.
A gold standard increases our buying power, such that a house that is now $100,000 under this current monetary system, would cost significantly lower under a gold standard; some say as low as $10,000. Additionally, a gold standard transfers power from governments and banks, and puts it into the hands of people. This announcement will include the NESARA announcement.
NESARA is the National Economic Security and Reformation Act. The Global rendition is the Global Economic Security and Reformation Act. We soon will experience NESARA and a Global Currency Reset, which is not to be confused with the NWO's "Great Reset." A Global Currency Reset (GCR) makes gold the standard currency of the world, whereas a great reset was the NWO's idea of a One World Government. The latter has been cancelled and will not be permitted.

* Serious dramas were taking place across the US, which would escalate over the next weeks and months.
* In cahoots with George S|oros and headed by the Joe B|iden Crime Family, the Chinese Communist Party has been funneling monies into our Universities, Senators, House members, Democratic Party, B|iden campaign, Hollywood and Mass Media in order to blackmail them to support a socialist agenda of the New World Order.
* The Alliance knew who the criminals were and had videos and other evidence of crimes they’ve been involved in. This time the protests won’t be the same as before. In a matter of hours or days those acting as terrorists would be picked up. If you’re an American citizen you would be charged with sedition and be prosecuted for it. If you’re from a foreign country and sent in here for terrorist protests you’ll be living in a FEMA barge at Gitmo.

* A lot of banks were going to collapse. Be prepared with a supply of food and essentials, plus by buying gold and silver. Though, the US Note would be safe as it, along with the currencies of 209 nations in the Global Currency Reset, were already gold and asset-backed.
* Despite it all President Trump was expected to win in a landslide, though it would not be over on Nov. 3 or 4th. The Alliance predicted 40 days and 40 nights of Shock and Awe.
* Under NESARA guidelines a new election for US President of the Restored Republic would have to be held within 120 days of Sun. 25 Oct. (when the Restored Republic was implemented behind the scenes), or by March 2021.
* According to Charlie Ward that election would be done on the new and transparent Quantum Computer Voting System. US citizens would be able to vote on their computer or phone, the ballot would be thoroughly vetted and results would be instantaneously counted and released.
* On Wed. 28 Oct. Hunter B|iden turned himself into the FBI and later signed a written confession about the B|iden Crime Family 30 year Crime Spree while Joe Biden held public office, including his tenure as Vice President of the US.

* The 209,000 sealed indictments filed in federal courts across the nation since Trump took office would be served and major arrests made on global and political elites.
