Judy Note: On Mon. 8 June the fiat US dollar was moved to the new gold/asset-backed US Note as the new rates were locked in, audits passed and closings done. As of that same Mon. 8 June the Adjudicated Settlements (CMKX, F&Ps, Farm Claims, PPs, etc) started delivery.
On Tues. 9 June at 7:30 am Hong Kong time they turned on the RV green light and called it liquidity day for the higher groups in the US. By that early Tues. 9 June the Adjudicated Settlement deliveries had reached 40% processed, allowing the RV teams to move by mid-afternoon EDT to get everything else out the door leading to our Tier 4b notifications any time in the next 24-36 hours.
Wells Fargo would be sending 527,000+ notifications of 800#s for Tier 4b some time Wed. 10 June – at which time Redemption/ exchange appointments would begin with the funding liquid.
Contract Rates would be available until Sun. 14 June, unless decisions have been made which we have yet to be informed. The next day of Mon. 15 June currency exchanges at the new International Rates would be available to the general public, although Bruce claimed the general public would start on Tues. 16 June.

3. Monday’s 8 June closing activity was focused entirely on moving the USD to USN not only for the exchanges but for everything to the public in Tier 5.

The Q breadcrumbs which we read are dropped by someone who is only speaking for “The Q-Circle” The person dropping the breadcrumbs goes by the name Q Anon signifying Q anonymously. Whereas President Trump goes by Q+.
Everyone capable, wanting to join in this battle as a patriot or Anon in assisting President Trump is welcomed. The inner circle-patriots and the Q-movement is involved in the battle for the liberation of the planet from the Deep State globalists. The more participants the sooner we will be liberated.

Wells Fargo would send out 527,000 + emails to currency and Zim holders containing a coded 800 number to call for appointments and a Secure Website to obtain redemption/exchange information.
The code was an individualized ID number connected to your Social Security number for you to take through the redemption process. Take that ID number to your appointment. Do not give out the coded 800# to anyone else as it was connected to your Social Security number and personal banking account and could only be used once.
If you did not receive an email, then you could find a general 800# and the Secure Website on websites as below. Clicking on that Secured Website or calling that 800# would give you your personalized coded 800# ID number for the redemption process.
They wanted as many Zim holders as possible to redeem their Zim in the first four days after the 800#s and email notifications went out. When you called the 800# let them know if you had Zim as it could change where you did your redemption. Any currencies you had would be exchanged at the same time as your Zim Bonds.

We would have only six days to exchange/ redeem, so it was advised that you quickly make your appointment. We now had a total of five days to exchange/redeem at the Contract Rates, or by Sun. night 14 June.
In your exchange it was advised to be transparent, cooperative and answer questions honestly so that you wouldn’t be suspect of gaining exchange proceeds for criminal or terrorist purposes.
At your first appointment (15-30 min), if you want more than the default rate package on your currencies and ZIM, you could ask for the higher Contract Rates – in which case they would extend the first appointment to 90 minutes. H. Satanic Ritual Abuse of Children Happens Across the Globe, and Right Next Door, Judy Byington
They were cousins, mothers, carried multiple personalities and were determined to obtain evidence on their childhoods filled with rape and being forced to participate in child sacrifices. The human sacrifices were done by their own fathers, always preceded by pedophile parties and strictly scheduled according to an Occult Calendar of Satanic Holidays.
As a retired therapist they asked me to help. One of their fathers (I’ll call him The Leader because it was believed that he ruled over Satanic covens throughout the Intermountain West) was under arrest and awaiting trial by the Utah Attorney General’s Satanic Ritual Abuse investigators – for molesting one daughter.
The SRA investigators wouldn’t even listen to testimonies of the sibling’s and their cousin’s rapes – many of them, too, were suspected to have multiple personalities and there was prejudice that what they said wouldn’t hold up in court. The real problem was that everyone was multiple because of The Leader and His Brother’s torture throughout their childhoods. The atrocious and extended abuse had split their innocent minds into multiple personalities. It’s called Mind Control and has been the staple of modern Satanic Worship since the CIA perfected the techniques coming out of Hitler’s Germany during World War II.
There’s no treatment available for a multiple at the local mental health and at that time the American Psychiatric Association wouldn’t even place a diagnosis on Satanic Ritual Abuse. The CIA has seen to that. Victims were drugged and put away in mental hospitals rather than treated for their Dissociate Identity Disorder – a much more serious form of the adult onset Post Traumatic Stress. To develop treatment modules an independent group of therapists recently formed the International Society for Study of Trauma and Dissociation. After over ten years of putting pressure on the American Psychiatric Association, the ISSTD had finally been able to gain acceptance of the DID diagnosis for publish in the DSM (psychiatric diagnostic manual).
Almost a year was spent with the cousins probing different Satanic sites across the state. After begging a County Attorney friend, I gained an interview with the SRA Special Investigators. The cousins and I had found locations of their childhood torture that could harbor evidence – including an alter covered in what was believed to be the blood of sacrificed children. On two separate occasions the cousins had jointly viewed two blue-eyed blonds killed on that alter.
The investigators took a quick glance into the situation and decided not to file additional charges against The Leader. Their prosecutor didn’t believe in multiple personalities and wouldn’t bring Satanic Ritual Abuse charges into the court room – even though that was the reason the Special SRA investigators were hired in the first place.
The SRA investigators had been funded by the state legislature after year-long studies by both the State of Utah and Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The two independent studies exposed names of the same perpetrators. The extensive studies of SRA Survivors, therapists and police detectives found testimonies that regular Satanic practices including child sacrifices, were being performed throughout the state, and nation for that matter – on a regular basis.
The Leader, who had been the SRA investigator’s first arrest, got off on a quirk of the law. He immediatly took a hiatus with His Brother to fellow Satan worshippers up in Coeur d’Alene Idaho. A year later during the Elizabeth Smart kidnapping investigation, The Leader and His Brother came back just in time to dedicate a newly-built $36 million dollar mansion. The mansion was in the center of a complex of properties owned by one of their coven members and was where The Leader once lived. The extensive edifice was found built with five theatre rooms (to accommodate the showing of Snuff films during multiple pedophile parties?), and was complete with several strategically placed underground tunnels going in.
Strangely, during that Elizabeth Smart kidnapping, The Leader’s file disappeared from the AG Office’s locked store room. That’s a whole other story, though later I was to find out why. Satanic followers were embedded in the legal system from the Attorney General’s office, to local police, to lawyers protecting them in court and on up throughout Hollywood, to Royalty, the Vatican and an extensive list of global and political elite.
Although the cousins were discouraged after The Leader was set free and disappeared from my life, I spent years following activities of the brothers and their Satanic coven members. In addition to the Elizabeth Smart kidnapping I linked the gang to five cold case child disappearances. All the while I and friends were being chased off Satanic sites across the state during Satanic Child Sacrifice Holiday Seasons. I’d run our information to the Attorney General’s Office of Special Investigations, local police, county sheriffs, political officials and the FBI – to little avail.
Even though Special Investigations opened a case, charges were never filed. Three year-old blue-eyed blonde Rachel Runyan had been kidnapped from a park bordering her home’s back yard. After a month or so of high profile publicity on the case, her body was found terribly mangled with organs removed in a canyon creek. The case was closed when the investigator retired. I couldn’t get anyone else to even look at my information, let alone investigate it.
So, to interest the public in what was going on with the rape, torture and killing of children that appeared rampant throughout the globe, I wrote the biography of multiple personality Jenny Hill “Twenty Two Faces.” We were on the Dr. Phil Show – who tried to convince his audience that Jenny wasn’t multiple, I was a manipulating therapist and ritual abuse didn’t happen. I later realized why. I found connections to Phil and none other than Jeffrey Epstein, the core of an international child kidnapping ring.
Then I introduced myself to Kevin Annette and his pursuit of the Pope, Queen of England and other global elites who did awful things to children in their ongoing worship of Satan. In the 30 years since The Leader and His Brother escaped the law, I’ve seen signs that they were very faithfully continuing their worship of Satan. Being addicted to kidnapping, raping and killing children, they must not know anything else to do with their pathetic lives. They had practiced the evil art their whole over seventy years of life and very skilled in their dark trade. They were free to practice it because they functioned under a legal system that wouldn’t investigate them, lived in a community wrapped in denial that this could happen to innocent children and knew that no one would believe their innocent mind controlled victims even if they were caught.
Then the Pentagon Pedophile Task Force came along, and ordered the Military to perform miracles by rescuing thousands of children from the Satanic Ritual Abuse the little ones were undergoing in underground tunnels across the nation. Which, our Special Ops troops bravely did. And, were still doing to this day.
I knew all about those underground tunnels way back then. Several Satanic Ritual Abuse Survivors contacted me after the Dr. Phil Show. They reported being taken as children to the underground tunnels where hundreds of little ones were locked in cages being electro shocked. Like so many SRA survivors, they, too, had no faith that it would do any good to risk their lives and those of their family members by approaching law enforcement officials with their unbelievable stories of childhood rape, torture and witnessing child sacrifices.
I hear that the Pentagon’s Special Operation Troops were still in the process of finding more children in those underground tunnels bored throughout the US and Canada. The great network of tunnels was financed through US taxpayer monies. Imagine that, but more important, imagine why?
You see, Satanists were all around us. They held positions of authority and political seats in almost all communities, practicing their evil skills right next door and across the globe.
I’m hoping some day the Task Force would find the time to take a serious look at The Leader and His Brother who after thirty years, were still running free doing their rape, torture and Snuff film thing on kidnapped children. Or, at times they produced their own. To date with the exception of one dedicated person at the AG office, nobody else had opened a case on them, and even sadder, no one would even try.
