Judy Note: Today Thurs. 11 June there was release of three large tranches of monies from the Collateral Accounts (Rodriquez Trust) that were dedicated to the RV. Bankers were told that the start was imminent, liquidity and funds were expected to be released, and notifications and PP deliveries were expected to start overnight Thurs. 11 June.
The Chinese had given an ultimatum that Trump had until midnight Fri. 12 June to get this going, or there would be consequences, plus the Chinese would sell off it’s US bonds. At 11:11 am EDT Thurs. 11 June a soft announcement to the financial community was made of our gold-backed USN, which, along with arrests of 3,000 high profile Cabal members, was believed to have satisfied the Chinese mandate. Also on Thurs, the Chinese started selling off the US Bonds, which was believed the reason for the Market Crash on Thurs. – a step to rid the world of the fiat US dollar.
Trump had until Mon. evening 15 June to release the 800#s for Tier 4b before the Chinese took over to release the 800#s on Tues. 16 June. There would be a second round of Stimulus monies of $1,200 checks that would also come out Tues, plus on that same Tues. NESARA/GESARA would start.
A. Thurs. June 11 2020 5:00 pm EDT Fleming Military Intel Contact:
1. This past week things have been moving behind the scenes. Adjudicated settlement deliveries reached a 40% milestone on Tues. 9 June, allowing for the rest of the RV releases to happen.
2. Fleming’s, Bruce’s and other Intel provider sources know people who received CMKX and F&P settlement deliveries Mon. – Tues. 8, 9 June.
3. On Tues. 9 June at 6 am EDT the Trump team was told they had 48 hours to get Tier 4b 800#s out. That time was up at 6 am EDT this morning Thurs. 11 June. At that 6 am EDT an ultimatum was given.
4. Over the past 24 hours there had been extra audits for security risks (Antifa potentially attacking Redemption Centers. They seized a 7-block area of Seattle under a Democrat Deep State mayor Durkin and Governor Insley, who were told by Deep State puppet masters to let it happen) and countermeasures had to be put in place.
5. Redemption Centers were staffed and on call Thurs. 11 June, waiting for us to be started.
6. Bankers were being told that the start was imminent, liquidity and funds were expected to be released, notifications and PP deliveries were expected to start today-tonight-overnight Thurs. 11 June pending Trump's decision in Dallas this afternoon.
7. The Chinese ultimatum was that Trump had until midnight Fri. 12 June to get Tier 4b out the door. If not, there would be consequences for the US, plus the Chinese would sell off it’s US bonds. (In fact, the Chinese did start selling off the US Bonds on Thurs. 11 June, and that was the reason for the Market Crash that day.)
8. However, the China-US written deadline was still Mon. midnight 15 June for Trump and the RV teams to release the RV liquidity, T4B notifications to start exchanges, and PP deliveries, or the Chinese would release RV liquidity Tues. 16 June.
9. Trump was not going to follow some cabinet member suggestions to delay the final release two more weeks, strongly opposed by the Chinese (who started selling US Treasury bond debt yesterday Wed. 10 June, which crashed the Stock Market today Thurs. 11 June.
10. Certain advisors were telling Trump to delay the release for two more weeks in order for the US Treasury to send out debit cards with stimulus funds which these advisors are saying would help keep RV and Stimulus Bill funds from being moved into Deep State cabal accounts.
11. Other advisors to Trump were telling him in Dallas right now Thurs. 11 June that NSA tracking, not debit card tracking, was the way to ensure funds do not go to Deep State accounts and activities and to release everything now.
12.Trump was leaning toward releasing now and not following those saying wait two weeks for debit card testing. We sincerely pray that Trump realizes the Chinese would not allow a two week delay and that it was in Trump’s best interest to get the RV out now, not in two weeks.
13. Wells Fargo would be sending 527,000+ notifications of 800#s for Tier 4b and Redemption/ exchange appointments would begin with the funding liquid.

Wells Fargo would send out 527,000 + emails to currency and Zim holders containing a coded 800 number to call for appointments and a Secure Website to obtain redemption/exchange information.
The code was an individualized ID number connected to your Social Security number for you to take through the redemption process. Take that ID number to your appointment. Do not give out the coded 800# to anyone else as it was connected to your Social Security number and personal banking account and could only be used once.
If you did not receive an email, then you could find a general 800# and the Secure Website on websites as below. Clicking on that Secured Website or calling that 800# would give you your personalized coded 800# ID number for the redemption process.
They wanted as many Zim holders as possible to redeem their Zim in the first four days after the 800#s and email notifications went out. When you called the 800# let them know if you had Zim as it could change where you did your redemption. Any currencies you had would be exchanged at the same time as your Zim Bonds.

We would have only six days to exchange/ redeem, so it was advised that you quickly make your appointment. We now had a total of five days to exchange/redeem at the Contract Rates, or by Sun. night 14 June.
In your exchange it was advised to be transparent, cooperative and answer questions honestly so that you wouldn’t be suspect of gaining exchange proceeds for criminal or terrorist purposes.
At your first appointment (15-30 min), if you want more than the default rate package on your currencies and ZIM, you could ask for the higher Contract Rates – in which case they would extend the first appointment to 90 minutes. Then be prepared to present your project(s) outline to the exchange bankers and/or choose among the list 250 sanctioned projects that they would present you in order to receive the higher rates (you can choose one or more of the 250 projects alongside or instead of your projects for higher rates).

E. Satanic Covens are Raping, Torturing and Murdering Children Across the Globe, and Right Next Door, Judy Byington
They were cousins, mothers, carried multiple personalities and determined to obtain evidence on their childhoods filled with rape and being forced to participate in child sacrifices. The killing of children, sometimes their own friends, was done by their fathers and always preceded by pedophile parties under a strict schedule according to Satanic Holidays on an Occult Calendar.
As a retired therapist they asked me to help. One of their fathers (I’ll call him The Leader because it was believed that he ruled over Satanic covens throughout the Intermountain West) was under arrest and awaiting trial by the Utah Attorney General’s Satanic Ritual Abuse investigators – for molesting one daughter.
The SRA investigators wouldn’t even listen to their own and sibling’s testimonies of gang rapes by their father’s coven. Many of their sisters, too, were suspected to have multiple personalities. There was prejudice that what they said wouldn’t hold up in court.
The real problem was that all of the girls were multiple because of The Leader and His Brother’s torture of their own children throughout their childhood. The atrocious and extended abuse had split innocent minds into multiple personalities. It’s called Mind Control and has been the staple of modern Satanic Worship since the CIA perfected those sophisticated child abuse techniques coming out of Hitler’s Germany during World War II.
Repressed memories of their childhood abuse had fast returned since The Leader was arrested by the Utah AG Satanic Ritual Abuse Investigators. There’s no treatment available for a multiple at the local mental health. At that time the American Psychiatric Association wouldn’t recognize, much less place a diagnosis on Satanic Ritual Abuse. The CIA had seen to that.
Actually the cousins were afraid to seek treatment at the local mental health facility. Victims were drugged and put away in mental hospitals rather than treated for their Dissociate Identity Disorder – a much more serious form of the adult onset Post Traumatic Stress. To develop treatment modules an independent group of therapists had recently formed the International Society for Study of Trauma and Dissociation. The ISSTD would spend a good ten years putting pressure on the American Psychiatric Association before they could gain acceptance of the DID diagnosis and have it published in the DSM (psychiatric diagnostic manual).
Almost a year was spent waiting for The Leader’s trial while I and the cousins probed different sites across the state where their childhood Satanic rites took place. We found locations of their torture that could harbor evidence – including a basement alter covered in blood. The cousins gave detailed and exact accounts of jointly viewing blue-eyed blonds killed on that alter in two separate years.
After begging a County Attorney friend, I finally gained an interview with the SRA Special Investigators. They took a quick glance into the situation and decided not to file additional charges against The Leader. Their prosecutor didn’t believe in multiple personalities and wouldn’t bring Satanic Ritual Abuse charges into the court room – even though that was the very reason they were hired in the first place.
The SRA investigators were employed through special funding by the state legislature after year-long studies by both the State of Utah and Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The two independent year-long probes interviewing hundreds of SRA Survivors, therapists and police detectives across the state and nation had exposed some names of the same perpetrators – The Leader was at the top of the list. The extensive studies also found possible evidence that Satanic rites including child sacrifices, were being performed throughout the state, and nation for that matter – on a regular basis. The 1990 LDS Satanic Ritual Abuse Report alone stated, “45 members witnessed human sacrifice.”
The Leader, who according to his daughter and niece had performed many a child sacrifice, was the SRA investigator’s first arrest. Though, he got off on a quirk of the law and immediately took a hiatus with His Brother to be with fellow Satan worshippers up in Coeur d’Alene Idaho.
A year later during the Elizabeth Smart kidnapping investigation, The Leader and His Brother came back just in time to dedicate to Satan a newly-built $34 million dollar mansion. The edifice was in an exclusive area and surrounded by a complex of properties, all owned by coven members – a neighborhood where The Leader once lived. I had word that the extensive mansion contained five theatre rooms (to accommodate the showing of The Leader’s Snuff films for pedophile parties?), and was complete with strategically placed underground tunnels going in.
Strangely, during that Elizabeth Smart kidnapping investigation, The Leader’s file disappeared from the AG Office’s locked store room. That’s a whole other story, though later I was to find out why. Satanic followers were embedded in the legal system from the Attorney General’s office, to local police, to lawyers protecting them in court and then on up throughout Hollywood, to European Royalty, the Vatican and an extensive list of global and political elite.
Although the cousins were discouraged after The Leader was set free and disappeared from my life, I spent years following activities of the brothers and their Satanic coven members. In addition to the Elizabeth Smart kidnapping I linked the evil gang to five cold case child disappearances. All the while I and friends were being chased off Satanic sites across the state during Satanic Child Sacrifice Holiday Seasons. I’d run our information to the Attorney General’s Office of Special Investigations, local police, county sheriffs, political officials and the FBI – to little avail.
Even though Special Investigations opened a case, charges were never filed. Three year-old blue-eyed blonde Rachel Runyan had been kidnapped from a park bordering her home’s back yard. After a month or so of high profile publicity on the case, her terribly mangled body was found with organs removed in a canyon creek. Around the time of the kidnapping a member of The Leader’s family had seen a child Rachel’s age in their home in the coven neighborhood, while later, the cousin had smelled decomposing flesh beneath The Brother’s trailer. The case was closed when the investigator retired. I couldn’t get anyone else to even look at my information, let alone investigate it.
So, to interest the public in what was going on with the rape, torture and killing of children that appeared rampant not only in Utah, but throughout the nation and globe, I wrote the biography of multiple personality Jenny Hill “Twenty Two Faces.” We were on the Dr. Phil Show – who tried to convince his audience that Jenny wasn’t multiple, I was a manipulating therapist and ritual abuse didn’t happen. I later realized why. I found connections to Phil and none other than Jeffrey Epstein, the core of an international child kidnapping ring.
Then I introduced myself to Kevin Annette and his pursuit of the Pope, Queen of England and other global elites who were adept at Satanic worship and did awful things, especially to native children of Canada, hiding the bodies in mass graves at over 80 Catholic residential schools – that they refused excavation and kept from the news, even after three years of trial.
