Judy Note: Q declared today Fri. 31 as Freedom Day, when at midnight the US Inc.’s fiat US Dollar officially bankrupted (although some said that deadline was extended into mid Feb.); Britain’s BREXIT would make way for Europe’s participation in the Global Currency Reset and Congress voted on President Trump’s acquittal – that opened the door for release of the Durham Report – which exposed Cabal political elites under indictment.
Global Currency Reset: Many sources believed that Tier4b (the Internet Group) would receive notification to make exchange appointments by at least Tues. 4 Feb. – around the same time as President Trump’s State of the Union Address before Congress, where he was expected to announce the US return to gold/asset-backed currency, along with a Global Currency Reset.
Though, in Nov. Trump handed the reset decision date over to the Military, who were executing arrests of Political Elites. According to Military Intel, as Tier 3 & Tier 4 liquidity was released, many more World Court ordered/GESARA-required arrests would take place. Certain criminal Political Elites had to be indicted in order for the US to be GESARA compliant, just as BREXIT had to happen in order for Britain to be GESARA compliant and participate in the GCR.
MarkZ: They have started priming the Quantum Financial System for digital currency, while contacts believed we would see something early next week.

BREXIT happened on Fri. 31 Jan, which was one stage for release of the GCR. Another stage would be a financial crash in the Markets that would eliminate the fiat petrodollar so it could be replaced with a gold bullion-backed system. Without that replacement a crash in the markets could cause a worldwide depression with The People having to refinance the system over a 100 year period. The declaration of a Debt Jubilee (NESARA/GESARA implimentation) would eliminate the Cabal’s derivatives, end their fractional banking and any ability to use their debt to gain more monies.
The Gold Treaty demanded elimination of bank corruption and theft of various countries’ currencies by zeroing out debt. Each country would have control over their individual treasuries. The Quantum Financial System would not control the financial systems of each country, but was an oversight that looked over every transaction in order to end corruption in the system.

The Cabal’s Plan: The Cabal’s Plan appeared to be the creation of a virus outbreak so serious that it could affect the Markets. They would then manipulate the Markets for a Black Swan event that would trigger collapse of the Markets and Global Financial System. Thereafter the Cabal believed they could “save” the world’s economics and their own skin through a forced use of their Bitcoin Crypto Currency. The recent virus outbreak in China has, in fact, caused China to shut down their Stock Market until Mon. 3 Feb. – which was bound to affect Global Markets. Not so coincidentally, the Genesis upgrade on Bitcoin was scheduled for 4 Feb. – which was 11 years, 1 month and 1 day after the original release.

In 2013 they signed the Gold Treaty.
In 2011 900 trillion dollars were brought over from the Bush account – that disappeared with 9/11.
BREXIT would happen in a few hours, which was a stage for release of the GCR
The Bush Cabal did not want the reset to occur because it eliminated their money supply.

B. Jan. 31 2020 Intel Alert: Operation Disclosure Intel Alert (1-31-20): "Tug of War" (Disclaimer: The following is an overview of the current situation of the world based on intelligence received from several sources which may or may not be accurate or truthful.)
1. The tug of war between the Alliance and Cabal was visible on multiple fronts.
2. In the US Rudy Giuliani was leading the charge into exposing Democrat corruption in the Ukraine, which was expected to lead to several indictments being unsealed. The Democrats were desperately pushing for impeachment before they were exposed. Reports on FISA court abuse are expected to be released in March.
3. In Europe, the UK officially leaves the EU today Fri. 31 Jan, making Brexit official and marking the beginning of the end for the EU.
4. Globally, the Cabal was attempting to delay the transition after fabricating an outbreak of Coronavirus. A "Black Swan Event" was on the horizon after China shut down its Stock Exchange due to the Coronavirus epidemic. The Financial System was expected to undergo a Global Reset once it collapsed.
5. Precursors for the Global Financial Reset have already been put in place in advance.

6. The Cabal was attempting to use the epidemic to implement their own "reset" via a Cryptocurrency system.
7. The epidemic marked the beginning of global financial change as both the Alliance and Cabal attempted to take control of the Financial System.
8. The United States Space Force recently released their official logo which resembled the Starfleet Command logo for the United Federation of Planets from Star Trek. The use of this logo was intentional as the US Space Force was expected to merge with the Secret Space Program and disclose all hidden technologies.
9. Once this occurred, the Restoration of the Republic would be completed and Common Law would return. All countries would then undergo GESARA agenda reforms. The US Space Force would become Earth's leading space program and oversee human expansion into the universe, hence the Star Trek logo.
C. Jan. 31 2020 Impeachment Hearings, White House Release:
"Democrats broke every standard of due process, transparency and fairness in their House investigation, making a mockery of their constitutional duty."
"They hid the identity of the original accuser, denying Republicans and the country the ability to judge his motives."
"They held secret depositions, barring more than three-quarters of House members, as well as the press and the American public."
"They called 18 witnesses, but blocked the president from calling any in his defense."
"The White House legal team was excluded from the proceedings—prohibited from cross-examining witnesses, denied the ability to introduce any evidence that spoke to the central question of the president's focus on Ukrainian corruption."
The kicker: In the end, "Democrats approved two articles of impeachment that failed to identify a crime."

By Dec. 2019 of 144,844 indictments filed, 16,818 had been unsealed (meaning indictments were served, arrests made), with 1,843 served during just these past holidays. F. Currency Exchange and Bond Redemption:
Each country had their own 800# or website code for use of currency exchangers/ bond redeemers that would be sent out by email, or found on certain websites. Clicking on that web link on your computer or phone, would create your own unique signature to receive an exchange/ redemption appointment, along with exchange/ redemption information.
We were told that Mike Cottrell’s signature was on the Gold Treaty, he would push the liquidity button and just an hour or so prior to liquidity release, Wells Fargo and HSBC Banks would be sending out over 400,000 emails to currency and bond holders, along with instructions on how to exchange and redeem. That information would also be available on websites as below.
Redemption Center Staff were told that upon liquidity release, they would be working 7 am to 11 pm for about 10-12 days. The Tier4b Internet Group (us) would have those 10-12 days to exchange at the higher Contract Rates, after which (predicted by mid-Feb.) the General Public could exchange at regular banks, receiving the new, but lower, International Rates of exchange.
At your exchange you would watch a 15 min. CD that would explain the exchange/redemption process before you began. If you held Zim expect to sign a 4 ½ page Non Disclosure Agreement. If you held both currencies and Zim expect that NDA to be 5 ½ pages. If you held currencies and no Zim, that NDA was expected to be around 1 ½ pages.

H. Judy Note on Zim Bonds: It was my understanding that if you had Zim Bonds and a humanitarian project, your Zim rate would be determined from the costs of your project. It would be wise to type up a short outline of that project including your goals. Have an estimate of monies needed to accomplish those goals, the years you wished in your long term payout and your interim financial needs until your first quarterly payout was received.
If you did not have a specific humanitarian project you would be given a certain set rate on your Zim and opportunities to invest redemption monies in international humanitarian projects. Either way you could determine the amount of years you wished for your long term payout and be paid interest on your monies left at the bank during that payout.
