According to this report, in yet another example of how far separated from truth and reality the leftist American mainstream propaganda media dementedly persecuting President Trump has become, this past week saw Russia itself being bombarded by these leftist lunatics with headlines like “Putin Speeds Up Efforts To Expand His Russian Rule”—“Putin's Changes To Russia's Constitution Seen By Many As Grand Power-Grab”—and “Putin Fast-Tracks Effort To Extend His Rule In Russia”—all of which, and the hundreds more like them, are outright lies as the constitutional changes proposed by President Putin seeks nothing more than to align Russian laws with those in the United States—such as limiting presidential terms, giving the legislature power over presidential appointments, giving Russian laws supremacy over international laws, giving senators the power to dismiss dishonorable judges, assuring that legislators are Russian citizens, as well as setting a minimum wage at or above the poverty line and adjusting pensions to inflation every year—and exactly as Putin stated he wanted these constitutional changes to be, which are:
Limit the presidency to two terms, regardless of whether they were served back-to-back. (US has two term presidential limit)
Tighten restrictions on presidential candidates, including banning them from holding second citizenship or permanent residency abroad and requiring them to have lived in Russia for 25 years. (US presidents must be born American citizens and at least 35 years old)
Prioritize the Russian Constitution over international treaties and other acts. (US Constitution is highest law in America)
Make the State Council an official governing body. (Comparable to permanent US National Security Council)
Ban lawmakers, cabinet ministers, judges and other federal-level officials from holding second citizenship or permanent residency abroad. (US Constitution requires that Members of the House be at least 25 years old, have been a US citizen for at least seven years, and live in the State they represent)
Grant Russia’s lower house of parliament the authority to appoint the prime minister, their deputies and cabinet ministers. Bar the president from rejecting these nominations. (Similar to United Kingdom parliamentary system)
Grant senators the authority to consult the president on appointing the heads of all security agencies. (US Senate consults and confirms on all intelligence agency director appointments by president)
Grant senators the power to dismiss “dishonorable” Constitutional and Supreme Court judges based on the president’s proposal. (US Senate has power to remove from office all federal judges)
Grant Constitutional Court judges the authority to review draft laws at the president’s request before the head of state signs them. (Judicial review is the power of the US Supreme Court to decide whether a law or decision by the legislative or executive branches of federal government, or any court or agency of the state governments is constitutional)
Set Russia’s minimum wage at or above the poverty line and adjust pensions to inflation every year. (US has divided federal, State and local minimum wage laws—and Social Security pensions are adjusted for inflation every year)

At sunset, everyone wondered why the shepherd boy hadn't returned to the village with their sheep. They went up the hill to find the boy. They found him weeping.
