If you are one those who cannot accept the ugly truth, this is for you.
The real question is "are they really using HAARP to harmful ends?" If for decades the Global Cartel has been creating wars, then...we need to be diligent in our attention to the truth.
Truly, FAAAAAAAR more dangerous than hurricanes, wars and global disasters is "closed mindedness". All of these disasters are allowed to persist and continue indefinitely because the majority of people in general do not open up to the UGLY truths that at high levels, harm to societies are INTENTIONAL, PLANNED AND CALCULATED. In my opinion, such closed-minded persons become accomplice and co-conspirators national and global disasters, treason, wars, genocide and other calamities by DEFAULT.
