I have to agree with others that this was a last ditch Cabal Op trying to set off WWIII which I see leading to this:

The epicenter of the July 4 California earthquake was said to be China Lake, the Naval Air Weapons Station that has been used for Cabal CIA Mind Control and weapons research. It’s also a rumored HAARP control center.
