1871 is when the corporation of the USA was born.
In essence, this Act formed the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Note the capitalization, because it is important. This corporation, owned by foreign interests, moved right in and shoved the original "organic" version of the Constitution into a dusty corner. With the "Act of 1871," our Constitution was defaced in the sense that the title was block-capitalized and the word "for" was changed to the word "of" in the title.
The original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers, was written in this manner: "The Constitution for the united states of America". Note “for”
The altered version reads: "THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". It is the corporate constitution. Note “of”
It is NOT the same document you might think it is. The corporate constitution operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it is the same parchment that governs the Republic. It absolutely is not.
Capitalization — an insignificant change? Not when one is referring to the context of a legal document, it isn't. Such minor alterations have had major impacts on each subsequent generation born in this country. What the Congress did with the passage of the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia. The kind of government THEY created was a corporation. The new, altered Constitution serves as the constitution of the corporation, and not that of America. Think about that for a moment.
Incidentally, this corporate constitution does not benefit the Republic. It serves only to benefit the corporation. It does nothing good for you or me — and it operates outside of the original Constitution. Instead of absolute rights guaranteed under the"organic" Constitution, we now have "relative" rights or privileges. One example of this is the Sovereign's right to travel, which has been transformed under corporate government policy into a "privilege" which we must be licensed to engage in. This operates outside of the original Constitution.
So, Congress committed TREASON against the People, who were considered Sovereign under the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution. When we consider the word "Sovereign," we must think about what the word means.

(15) "United States" means —

(B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or
(C) an instrumentality of the United States.
The Fourteenth Amendment has had precisely the effect that its nineteenth-century Republican party supporters intended it to have: it has greatly centralized power in Washington, D.C., and has subjected Americans to the kind of judicial tyranny that Thomas Jefferson warned about when he described federal judges as those who would be "constantly working underground to undermine the foundations of our confederated fabric." It's time for all Americans to reexamine the official history of the "Civil War" and its aftermath as taught by paid government propagandists in the "public" schools for the past 135 years.

THAT IS WHAT ESTABLISHED THE 10 MILE SQUARE AREA OF WASHINGTON, DC A COUNTRY WITHIN A COUNTRY THE SAME AS THE CITY OF LONDON AND THE VATICAN CITY A TOTALLY SEPARATE ENTITY. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TOTALLY CONTAINED WITHIN THE 10 MILE SQUARE AREA BUT IT SPREAD OUT OVER THE WHOLE COUNTRY. IT HAS ITS OWN FLAG WITH THREE STARS. BECAUSE KING JOHN IN 1215 SIGNED ENGLAND OVER TO THE POPE THEIR 67% WAS FORWARDED ON TO THE VATICAN WHO THEN TRANSFERRED MONEY TO THE IMF, BIS, AND WORLD BANK FROM WHICH WE AND OTHER COUNTRIES BORROWED OR OWN MONEY BACK TO RUN THE COUNTRY.
IN 1953 THE BUREAU OF REVENUE BECAME THE IRS AND MOVED TO PUERTO RICO
In 1933 the United States declared bankruptcy to make all citizens subject to the repayment of the national debt. The bankers chartered the Delaware Corporation known as the Bureau of Internal Revenue. But this corporation was illegally masquerading as part of the government placing them under constant threat of lawsuit. To escape this litigation they moved their jurisdiction outside of the United States in Puerto Rico in 1953. The Bureau of Revenue moved to Puerto Rico in 1953 and changed to IRS and are part of the Department of the Treasury of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Revenue Agent: any duly authorized commonwealth internal revenue agent of the Department of the Treasury of Puerto Rico 27 CFR 26.11. The US Code lists the IRS as Trust Fund #62 Puerto Rico special fund (Internal Revenue), Section 31 U.S.C. 1321 (1) (62). This was done to divert all income tax payments to the International Monetary Fund. On Oct. 28, 1977, the United States as a “Corporation” and “State” declared insolvency. State banks and most other banks were put under control of the “Governor” of the “Fund” (I.M.F.). 26 IRC 165 (g)(1); U.C.C. 1-201 (23), C.R.S. 39-22-103.5.
