It has been reported that secret Federal Court litigation on over 90,000 sealed indictments and Military Tribunals including one at GITMO on 9/11, have been ongoing since Jan. 2. Mass arrests of elites named in the sealed indictments would continue through the Global Currency Reset, which was due to complete on Fri. May 3.
GESARA and a new Flat Tax system would be implemented following the RV/GCR, expected to happen after Sun. May 5. It appeared that the Republic would be restored by Sun. 1. Our folks were told last night in Reno about 10 pm that there was a hang up in England so nothing would be happening until Thurs. May 2 sometime after lunch (3pm EST). They were told that today Thurs. May 2 was migration day.
2. People in Iraq say that everything –all paperwork – was given to the IMF, and it's all in their hands. They are expecting today Thurs. May 2 was the day.
3. Still expecting 800 numbers on Fri. May 3.
4. My concern was that we won't be banking until Mon. May 6.
5. The redemption centers would be told whether or not to go anywhere over weekend, and if they were on call or not.
6. Exchange centers could exchange but no one would have access to their funds until they have finished their jobs in exchanging all of us first.

C. May 2 2019 Martha’s Take on the RV/GCR:
It was Martha’s opinion that:
1. The Chinese Elders have signed off and loaded the codes.
2. Potus was on his way to London to take down the bank and Rothschilds.
3. Potus needed to be out of country to start the RV, but I believe once the bank and family were secured, he would release the RV and GCR, perhaps by Sun. May 5.
4. This was definitely a military operation lead by Gen Dunford and the White Hats to protect us, esp ZIM holders and the borders.
5. I believe the Zim would be handled on a military instillation. You would be tracked by GPS.
6. Trump has closed the borders. No currency or bonds could leave the country.
7. I believe that Mnuchin was sent away (to China) on purpose. The Trade Agreement (with China) was done and not being released until Friday May 10.
8. I also believe that several Gurus were given disinformation from the UST in DC, which was no longer the UST. The "Treasurer" Mnuchin has been under arrest since the Saudi Arabia Fiasco this past summer.
9. There was a question of being liquid and no payment till Tues. May 7, but we were 100% liquid, thus immediate funds would be available – but were digital.
10. The QFS was quite functional and would prevent transactions of those people who were questionable, including the bankers.
11. Only HSBC, working with the AIIB Bank, could redeem the Zim.
12. Zimbabwe was still under sanctions and thus no banks chartered in North, South America, Europe and esp. the British Isles could redeem.

It was my opinion that if you didn’t ask for a Contract or Negotiated Rate, you would be given an International Rate on your currencies. Because of their high worth you would not be offered Contract Rates on your currencies if you held Zim Bonds. Also if you held Zim Bonds you would need to have a figure in mind of how much you wanted for your humanitarian project. Because the Zim was on a long term payout you should also have figures in mind of how much you needed for yourself and humanitarian project for the first 30 and 90 days between your redemption and your first full quarterly payout. There was no cap on exchanges/ redemptions, although there would be a limit on the Zim as to how much could be accessed per year.
It was also my belief that:
Your Zim payout would be placed on a long term contract, with your choice of the number of years for that contract.
The amount of interest paid on your Zim monies left at the bank would be based on how much Zim you had and the number of years you agreed to for your payout period.
Zim Bond monies must be used for humanitarian purposes, while earned interest (that could possibly be taxed) on monies left at the bank during your contract period would be yours to use as you wished. Upon request, that interest could be paid out on a quarterly or yearly basis.
You would also be offered the opportunity to use your Zim Bond payout monies for Zimbabwe Humanitarian programs that would pay you 7% tax free interest on those monies during your Zimbabwe Humanitarian contract period. That earned interest could also be used as you wished.

It was Martha’s opinion that:
1. The Chinese Elders have signed off and loaded the codes.
2. Potus was on his way to London to take down the bank and Rothschilds.
3. Potus needed to be out of country to start the RV, but I believe once the bank and family were secured, he would release the RV and GCR, perhaps by Sun. May 5.
4. This was definitely a military operation lead by Gen Dunford and the White Hats to protect us, esp ZIM holders and the borders.
5. I believe the Zim would be handled on a military instillation. You would be tracked by GPS.
6. Trump has closed the borders. No currency or bonds could leave the country.
7. I believe that Mnuchin was sent away (to China) on purpose. The Trade Agreement (with China) was done and not being released until Friday May 10.
8. I also believe that several Gurus were given disinformation from the UST in DC, which was no longer the UST. The "Treasurer" Mnuchin has been under arrest since the Saudi Arabia Fiasco this past summer.

According to this report, anyone attempting to understand what the Russiagate coup plot against President Trump is really all about, must first travel back to the NATO London Summit of 1990 that was called "A Turning Point In East-West Relations"—that saw then President George H.W. Bush attempting to disengage the United States from its total war footing against the soon-to-collapse Soviet Union in order to steer his nation's economy more towards domestic issues.

It was my opinion that if you didn’t ask for a Contract or Negotiated Rate, you would be given an International Rate on your currencies. Because of their high worth you would not be offered Contract Rates on your currencies if you held Zim Bonds. Also if you held Zim Bonds you would need to have a figure in mind of how much you wanted for your humanitarian project. Because the Zim was on a long term payout you should also have figures in mind of how much you needed for yourself and humanitarian project for the first 30 and 90 days between your redemption and your first full quarterly payout. There was no cap on exchanges/ redemptions, although there would be a limit on the Zim as to how much could be accessed per year.
It was also my belief that:
Your Zim payout would be placed on a long term contract, with your choice of the number of years for that contract.
The amount of interest paid on your Zim monies left at the bank would be based on how much Zim you had and the number of years you agreed to for your payout period.
Zim Bond monies must be used for humanitarian purposes, while earned interest (that could possibly be taxed) on monies left at the bank during your contract period would be yours to use as you wished. Upon request, that interest could be paid out on a quarterly or yearly basis.
You would also be offered the opportunity to use your Zim Bond payout monies for Zimbabwe Humanitarian programs that would pay you 7% tax free interest on those monies during your Zimbabwe Humanitarian contract period. That earned interest could also be used as you wished.
