Judy Note: Evidently the RV process started on Good Friday April 19, can't be stopped, was spreading East to West as financial institutions opened in different time zones, the USN was valid, new rates were locked onto bank screens as of Sun. night April 21, the new Quantum Financial System was ready and Prosperity, Fines, Penalties and Omega Packages were in the process of being delivered.
My prediction though I’m often wrong, was that we would all go at once some time on Wed. April 23 as the new currency rates went live on bank screens, SKRs become liquid and 800#s went out.
Tier 1 and 2 banks had their own 800#s for notification, or you could obtain appointments through email or Dinar-related website publication of 800 numbers to call.
It was my understanding that only HSBC could redeem Zim Bonds and they would individually notify redeemers through text. Zim redeemers had 30 days to redeem Zim Bonds before they were retired. If you wanted to qualify for the Zim Back Screen Rate of $.21 and had a specific "Multi-Generational Program to support International Humanitarian Projects" your Zim must be redeemed within five days of notification. After that the Back Screen Rates would be gone. If you didn’t pass a pre-exchange interview to receive the Back Screen Zim Rate you would have three days to appeal the decision. Otherwise, there was a lower, though very profitable, Zim Street Rate that you would be given (which I am assuming from the intel, and again I’m often wrong, was the EQIVALENT of 6 zeros taken off and timed by $.21, or a 100 trillion Zim note would be worth $21 million).
It was advised to keep phones and computers charged and make double sure the number you called for an appointment came from a valid source.

Judy Note: This morning April 23 I received the below from a valid and verified source. My take on the information was that we would very soon receive notification to redeem and exchange. You could exchange your currencies at your Zim appointment. If you wanted to qualify for the Zim Back Screen Rate of $.21 and had a specific "Multi-Generational Program to support International Humanitarian Projects" your Zim must be redeemed within five days of notification. If you didn’t pass a pre-exchange interview to receive the Back Screen Zim Rate you would have three days to appeal the decision. Otherwise, there was a lower, though very profitable, Zim Street Rate that you would be given (which I assumed from the intel, was the EQIVALENT of 6 zeros taken off and timed by $.21, or a 100 trillion Zim note would redeem at $21 million dollars).
