Judy Note: Our Military Intel Contact said that as of Tues. evening 15 Dec. all concerned with the RV liquidity rollout were placed on alert. For security reasons sources must be vague as to the actual start for Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) so that [D]eep State bad guys were kept wondering.
Liquidity down-streaming would only start when Tier 4B 800# notification emails were released. Redemption Center staff were told they would begin working from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm (in some regions from 6 am to 11 pm once exchanges started) some time from now through next week mid-week. Multiple global govt, banking and paymaster sources were being told by the US Treasury that the RV/GCR start of Tier 4B notification was any time between now and next Tues. 22 Dec.
Many have been told that 800#s and notifications could come as early as Wed 16 Dec. Others were informed the start of liquidity and exchanges would be toward the end of this week. Still others said the start was next Mon-Tues. 21-22 Dec forward.
Information from Tier 4A,B bond holders indicated that the start could be later this week. A Banker source said that they were being told by the US Treasury to fully expect the RV Shotgun Liquidity release to start toward the end of the week. Our guy said this was true providing it was not pushed into the first part of next week.
The Department of Defense and the US Treasury determined that up to 90% of Tier 4B currency holders could get in and out of exchanges in 48 hours and by 23-24 Dec Wed-Thurs. next week. Trump wanted Tier 4B RV exchanges completed, not started before Christmas Thurs. – Fri. 24-25 Dec.
The General Public would begin exchanging at the new International Rates on the first banking business day after the Christmas Holiday.
According to Charlie Ward who had direct contact with the Alliance and President Trump, we began the Ten Days of Darkness on Tues. 15 Dec. Those ten days would finish on 24 Dec. Christmas Eve as the US received an announcement about implementation of NESARA Law and the Global Currency Reset.
All countries and territories of the world would be functioning together in the Global Currency Reset, all having committed to be under GESARA Law as of 1 Jan. 2021.
NESARA/GESARA worked under the principles of Common Law, where there were only six rules: “I don’t hurt you, you don’t hurt me. I don’t steal from you, you don’t steal from me. I don’t kill you, you don’t kill me.”
Judy Note: It was my understanding that implementation of NESARA Law meant that this last fraudulent vote-riddled election for president of US Inc. was null and void and we would need to have a new election of government officials for the restored Republic. Those new electors would be required to function under guidelines of the original Constitution.
How that would be set up and function would be explained to the General Public through a new communication system that included President Trump’s Emergency Broadcast System.
A. Wed. 16 Dec. 2020 11:27 am EST Fleming’s Military Intel Contact:
1. Everything was still on track for RV liquidity to roll out. All have been placed on alert as of Tues. evening 15 Dec.
2.The Department of Defense and the US Treasury determined that up to 90% of Tier 4B currency holders could get in and out of exchanges in 48 hours and by 23-24 Dec Wed-Thurs. next week.

12. One contact was told they would be paid out on their bonds two weeks ago. Their paymaster was in Miami Wells Fargo waiting for the start. The current word was the payout would happen toward the latter half of this week (however he said note that other bond holders were being told any time from this weekend through Tues. 22 Dec, intentional timing vagueness for security purposes.
13. Certain govt contacts of these bond-holders were also under gag orders and NDAs and so were silent on the matter.
14. Tier 4B RV exchanges were to be COMPLETED (not started) BEFORE CHRISTMAS Thurs. – Fri. 24-25 Dec.
15. 17. Our Military Intel Contact said not to worry about the Electoral College votes being “given” to [B]iden on Mon. 14 Dec. That was only Dem [D]eep State governors giving their states’ Electoral votes to [B]iden based on TOTALLY AND PROVABLY FRAUDULENT VOTES in their states.
18. The Antrim county MI forensic vote switching court case evidence was absolutely clear. It involved the digital QR-like code digital “fingerprints” that proved Dominion Vote Systems [Smartmatic] vote switching in counties across the country, not just MI. That alone would send many to prison for a very long time.
19. Our Military Intel Contact said that the 6 Jan. 2021 House of Representatives vote count would stop the fraud vote madness of the [D]eep State Democrats and Republicans.

24. The Dominion Voting System and Smartmatic vote switching fraud has been on a MASSIVE scale in the key swing states of GA, PA, MI, WI, AZ, NV. Seven states submitted alternate electors friendly to Trump: Penn, Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, Michigan, Arizona and Wisconsin.
Michigan locked out the Republican electors – but they went ahead anyway.
If election was in dispute the decision on US President would go to the House, where each state gets one vote according to the Constitution. More Republicans were in the House, so Trump would be the winner.
Courts could decide that any one state held fraudulent elections and thus invalidate the election.
All assets could be seized of anyone complicit in voter fraud.
Trump received over 270 electoral votes.
Trump could invoke the Insurrection Act to stop the voter fraud and use Martial Law to seize the ballots.
The crime of Election Fraud was completed on Mon. 14 Dec, so anyone participating in it could be arrested for Voter Fraud.
Trump Tweet: Any state that certified their election could be charged with Voter Fraud.
Military action could be taken soon.
