On Tues. 1 Dec. at 7am EST Bond liquidity people (final end buyers) in Hong Kong received the green light to start the process of releasing liquidity for bond exchange closings.
The exact timing of RV liquidity release was not known, except to the POTUS & decision-makers, though if all went to plan, we in Tier 4B could be started in the next 24 hours.
POTUS and the RV teams confirmed their goal of finishing exchanges within the 24 days before Christmas.
A Redemption Center 12 hour a day schedule to do appointments at special rates was set up to go through 14 Dec, at which time the general public could begin exchanging at the International Rates.
POTUS has until Mon 21 Dec. to finish executing the new restored Republic both legally and organizationally. He and his teams started the process two months ago.
Our Military Intel Contact said that the higher level arrests were being executed right now. Mass Arrests were continuing both in the US and abroad under direction of General Michael Flynn.
A. Wed. 2 Dec. Fleming’s Military Intel Contact:
1. On Mon 30 Nov. the green light was given to push out the RV this week.
2. Bond liquidity people (final end buyers) in Hong Kong received the green light on Tues. 1 Dec. at 10am PST (1am Wed. 2 Hong Kong time) to start the process that leads to releasing the significant tranches of liquidity in bond exchange closings.
3. The UST and POTUS were waiting for bond liquidity to be released in Hong Kong in order to start Tier 4B exchanges. It was a process of steps underway right now of releasing the bond liquidity to be down-streamed down to Tier 3-4A Paymasters and groups and then at approx the same time, allowing Tier 4B exchanges to be started.
4. On Tues. 1 Dec. the security teams put together security protocols to make sure liquidity was secure and did not end up in [D]eep State (CIA or other rogue corporate) accounts.
5. The exact timing was technically not known except to the POTUS & decision-makers, though if all went to plan, we in Tier 4B could be started in the next 48 hours (from Tues.)
6. The US Treasury reviewed the process on Tues. 1 Dec. at 11 am and 11pm, where POTUS and the RV teams confirmed their goal of starting and finishing exchanges within the 24 days before Christmas.
7. POTUS has till Mon 21 Dec. to finish executing the new restored Republic legally and organizationally. He and his teams started the process two months ago.
8. The gold-backed USN would be the currency in which our redemptions would be paid out for us in Tier 4B and the Tier 3-4A groups.
9. POTUS was making decisions based on the GESARA / NESARA progress in establishing the restored Republic and ONLY PARTLY based on election-related logistics.
10. POTUS election-related decisions were not expected to delay the RV release.
11. It was known, despite the Fake Stream News claiming otherwise, that Trump won the election in each of the battleground states (GA, PA, MI, WI, AZ, NV) but fraudulent vote switching artificially and fraudulently increasing [B]iden’s votes in those states. Multiple forms of vote fraud have been testified to by thousands of whistleblowers in 1000s of sworn affidavits, people who saw the fraud with their own eyes. This fact was still being hidden by most of the media.
12. The stop-gap measures of SCOTUS ruling against states certifying fraudulent vote counts and the 6 Jan 2021 House of Representatives vote (according to the Constitution Article 2 and the 12th Amendment) would ensure that Trump would be re-elected (as he was on Election Day Tue eve 3 Nov before the fraudulent vote switching happened overnight that night).
13. Therefore Trump would be able to see through the post-RV, post-exchanges requirements to make sure our RV exchange proceeds were not taxed at 50%-70%, which was what [B]iden has already publicly declared his and [H]arris’s tax plan would include.
14. The Chinese and Iraq have said that they would very soon and before Christmas, release RV liquidity for exchanges to start in their countries without the US. This would pull POTUS & the USA along and they would have to release it in this country too.
15. The “conspiracy stuff” was part of the war that has held back the RV, so it was difficult to separate out RV facts from the war going on the ground. The ground-level warfare with the [D]eep State has been the primary CAUSE of DELAYS in trying to get the RV out.
16. Try not to create an artificial boundary between RV/GCR news and the ground war because they were tied at the hip.
17. One needed only look at election events, legal battles and informational warfare going on before our eyes, etc, and one could get an idea of the war in which the [D]eep State has continued to try to delay the RV.
