We also got confirmation from MI6 that plans for the vaccine leaked from Canada were genuine. Here, according to MI6, is what Jesuit agent Justin Castro has planned for Canada:
“The government will get try to get all Canadians on universal basic income by mid-2021. Huge supply chain breakdowns and economic instability will be carried out before that to force Canadians to accept basic income. The Canadian military will be deployed in all cities to set up checkpoints and restrict movement by the second half of 2021. Then, once Canadians are miserable and impoverished, they will be offered “total debt forgiveness.” In exchange, they will have to take the C_o_v_id (Certificate Of Vaccin_ nation ID) vacci_nation. Those who accept will be given a photo identification to be called “Canada’s Health Pass” and offered basic income and freedom of travel. Those who refuse will be put into concentration camps.”
Response
North Bay has a population of over 50,000. It has a fairly new hospital that serves a large area of northern Ontario and it is only about 7 km to the hospital from Canadian Forces Base (CFB) North Bay. There are medical clinics about 4 km distance.
I live about 3 km from CFB North Bay. Until 1981 I grew up with the pleasant knowledge that if the commies dropped just 2 nukes on North America, well, they’d hit Colorado and my hometown. Deep inside the rock escarpment that overlooks Trout Lake was the North American Air Defense Command (NORAD) underground complex, for the early warning of Soviet jet arrivals.

Concerns / Questions
Timing: Architectural designs are submitted and approved in a process which normally takes several months or even a year, so what are the dates (May 2020 or earlier) of this caption and of approval?
Why do the people in the caption appear to be wearing masks?
Does this look like any health care centre or hospital you have ever seen?
Presumably the entrance door is at the front right where inside there are two inner doors, but why are there no exits or entrances, no outside doors visible?
Is this building with a lockdown like look a model for the future?
‘The medical clinic will include a command and administrative area, primary care services, care delivery and treatment area, mental health services, immunization, preventive medicine, and training services. The dental clinic will include dental and x-ray rooms, and hygienist services.’
Is there a new two tiered health care system, one for the military, one for the public?
To me this Trudeau approved building looks like a containment centre.
Yet, with a few friendly changes, like ripping out the new obsolete equipment and installing med-beds, hey, who knows?
Effective safe medical treatments and procedures and good health for all is attainable.
