Guideline to achieve national prosperity for all nations, in a manner that will endure permanently.
The governing members of all nations, states, provinces and territories must
1 -- be keenly conscious of virtues, spiritual principles and divine laws as the foundation and core of their minds and hearts, and,
2 -- consider their responsibilities as sacred obligation,
3 -- aligne their decisions and conduct with the Will of the Creator/God, which are:
2 -- have perfect justice and impartiality (which manifests by having),4 -- consider him/herself as one of the people who never attempts to be singled out from others,
3 -- no regard for one's own personal benefits and selfish advantages,
5 -- to consider the welfare of the community as one's own,
6 -- regard humanity as a single individual,
7 -- to know of a certainty that if pain or injury afflicts any member of that body, it must inevitably result in suffering for all the rest,
8 -- to carry their responsibilities with complete sincerity and purity of purpose,
9 -- conduct their affairs with a humble and prayerful heart toward God and his children (the People), and
10 -- understand that love of god may be measured by one's service and sacrifice for humanity.
