Indeed, if you played a drinking game by taking a sip every time the word war was mentioned in one of 'her' reports you would run the probable risk of finding yourself in a seriously happy condition by the end of it.
There is always a barely disguised alarmism or inflammatoryness present
Having read a few reports, and they are very supportive of the President, you are left with the impression that side by side with this balanced support is a maniac that keeps shouting 'Shoot em! ... Shoot em!' and on enquiring who, declaims, 'I don't know! Just shoot anybody!'
The latest report is worth a visit for that great full quote from the President's Lawyer L. Lin Wood's recent interview

It's possible the author is doing nothing more than pandering to what 'she' perceives as her audience's love for drama in order to gain a greater circulation.
