On Mon. 13 July Intel and Special Op Teams resolved the problem by “eliminating” the Cabal Operatives, “so head of the RV Team Judy Shelton was no longer holding it up.”
The Department of Defense gave a release to proceed on Mon. 13 July at 5:40 pm EDT and again at 6:45 pm EDT.
That meant it was still a go for the international Internet Group’s receipt of a Secured Website and 800#s to make exchange/ redemption appointments on Tues. 14 July.

This week we were looking for Blackout Week to start, along with an announcement on death of the IRS and Federal Reserve, while the fiat dollar would be replaced by a gold/ asset-backed system out of the new US Treasury in Reno. New gold-backed US dollars and newly minted coins were sitting at banks ready to circulate.
Mon.13 July: Closings and the finance ministers from Iraq, Vietnam and Zimbabwe would meet with President Trump at the White House.
Tues. 14 July: Liquidity release, notifications, Tier 4b exchanges/ redemption start, Iraq would announce their sovereignty
Fri. 17 July: Since the Zim Bonds were backing the entire Global Currency Reset, they hoped to get Zim holders in within the first four days after the Secured Website/800#s release.

All was still on track behind the scenes, with closings targeted to happen Mon. 13 July and liquidity release and notifications targeted to follow on Tues. 14 July.
This timing was a scheduled goal, not a prediction, in case there were any unforeseen disruptions from Deep State governors, spikes in Cabal account hacking attempts, or any further Trump-Chinese friction pushing it to the last minute from Tues. 14 July forward this week.
Everything was and continued to be released.
On Sun. 12 July at 9:30 pm EDT (9:30 am Mon. 13 July Hong Kong time) there were orders from the US Treasury, Department of Defense and HSBC to move forward with the release schedule.
That would give Tier 4b approximately 14+ days until the last week of July to finish 800# exchanges / redemptions, with the public Tier 5 starting in August.
Exchanges and liquidity release have continued happening outside the USA. This was good news as it has put additional pressure on the USA RV teams and Trump to remove any more interference and get the RV release started now inside the country.
Article 8 that restricted Iraq from international trade, was formally lifted completely on Sat. 11 July.
Iraq would be announcing their sovereignty this coming week.

800 # Notification: Several Tier 1 banks would send out 527,000 + emails to currency and Zim holders containing a Secure Website link and coded 800 number to call for appointments and obtain redemption/exchange information.
The code was an individualized ID number connected to your Social Security number for you to take through the redemption process. Take that ID number to your appointment. Do not give out the coded 800# to anyone as it was connected to your Social Security number and personal banking account and could only be used once for your personal appointment.
If you did not receive an email, then you could find the Secure Website on the websites as below. That Secured Website would have instructions on how to obtain your personalized coded 800# ID number for the redemption process.
