Without Law America is a Democracy (Majority Rule / Mob Rule / Police State).

There is no Amendment granting powers to Fictional entities like Corporations, Departments, Burrows, or Agencies over We the People.
There is no Amendment granting power, deception, and ignorants to Government employees who disregard the Law.

Persons, Drivers, Travelers, Police, Judges, Doctors, and Attorneys are not new forms of Mammal (human being) with Rights; they are an artificial or fictional Actor in law (color of law). The Codes, Acts, and Statutes are written to restrict these fictional persons (actors) in color of law. We the People (men and woman) are not subordinate to our public servants. We are all subordinate to the Law (Constitution). Unless and until we violate the Law (Violate another’s Rights), we are free from Government Authority. Failing to comply with Codes, Acts or Statutes, does not grant Police the authority to FORCE compliance. They must be able to prove a violation of Law (human Rights).

Police, Attorneys, Judges, and Law Makers get paid, and immunity whether or not they try Guilty or Innocent people. Is crime rising or are more Innocent people being convicted?
