Judy Note: What we think we know as of 12:01 am EST the morning of Mon. March 15:
Mon. 16 March would be the Perfect Storm that covered the world. It was rumored that Mass Arrests would begin in earnest, while on Sunday the Quantum Financial System had been fully installed in China and European Banks and was headed for US banks – with 800#s expected to soon follow. Also on Sunday evening Dow Futures closed in the red, again, 23,185 points, and imploding so fast that there was talk that the Market would not open on Monday – though what might open on Monday was the only event that could save the world’s monetary system: a Global Currency Reset.
Because of their failing economy caused by the Coronavirus Pandemic the Chinese filed a lawsuit in the World Court against President Trump for not releasing the RV. The Court then ordered the RV get started by Sun. 15 March. Trump was one step ahead. It was rumored that on Fri. 13 March as Trump declared that the USA was in a State of Emergency, he had met conditions of that lawsuit and the green light was flipped on for the RV.
That same Fri. 13 March State of Emergency Declaration was also a soft way of saying that the US was in Medical Martial Law. They’ve been planning on this for a long time and apparently were now using that Corona Virus Pandemic to cover security for the RV and Mass Arrests.
All this was going on while in reality, the Mass Arrests had already begun. On Sun. 15 March Daniel Robert Dowell reported on Facebook: “Tom Hanks was arrested 48 hours ago (Fri. 13 March) for pedophilia. He was being kept in a hotel room in Australia, refusing to fly back to the USA. This morning Sun. 15 March at 4:30 am Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was served a criminal indictment by the US for corporate and financial cries. Media owners were instructed to brainwash everyone that Trudeau and his wife have the Corona Virus and that they won’t be leaving their house for a while. The next celebrity arrests will be Celine Dion, Madonna, Charles Barkley and Kevin Spacey. All will claim Corona Virus infections. Italy’s airports have been completely shut down as over 80 Vatican and financial officials have been served indictments for financial crime, pedophilia, child trafficking and sex abuse. United Arab Emirates have completed Mass Arrests of their own Royal Family and affiliates.”

On that same Fri. 13 March State of Emergency, the US Borders were sealed and a Flight Ban became effective. The Cabal had to be arrested for the GCR to take place. The next day of Sat. 14 March began the Congressional break, opening the way for a Perfect Storm of arrests connected to the unsealing of high level indictments over FISA Abuse. Those Mass Arrests were expected to continue over the next two weeks.
Amid that Coronavirus outbreak the Fed launched a massive monetary stimulus campaign to calm the failing Markets by injecting $1.5 trillion into the money supply and slashing rates– that evidently didn’t work as it only weakened the dollar. We would have until Tues. 31 March to exchange at the Contract Rates and redeem Zim, after which the bonds could no longer be redeemed unless you had made special arrangements prior.
The next day on Wed. 1 April the general public would be able to exchange foreign currencies at banks at the new international rates as shown on the Forex. It was also rumored that on or right after April 10 something big was going to happen. It was advised to have a couple of weeks’ supply of food on hand just in case.

The stock market needs to adjust down in order to do a complete reset and move us to a gold backed currency and get rid of the Fed. The stock market has been falsely inflated for a while.
The CV is the perfect “crisis” to make a lot of it work. Travel will likely shut down for a brief period and maybe all schools and universities will be shut down so kids are home safe with their parents when the arrests occur. We could even have a period of Marital Law to suppress opportunities for looting and riots. Keeping people away from large crowds minimizes false flags, mass shootings, or other catastrophic events – can’t have a school shooting if the kids aren't in school.
Having the CV crisis allows POTUS to shut down our borders so Homeland Security and our military can focus on keeping peace. AF1 can fly continuously (if needed) because it can be refueled in the air. President Trump is taking his present and future cabinet members with him in AF1 to keep them out of harm’s way (it won’t alert anyone that he is taking them all with him).
GITMO has had a multi-million dollar upgrade that is completed. A new head Judge has been sent to GITMO. There was a large amount of our troops sent to GITMO for a 2 year assignment last Summer. There were millions spent just upgrading the Justice buildings and Lawyer offices at GITMO and another military base in the US.
It is believed Trump, Gen Kelly and Gen Mattis are not on bad terms. It may all be an act to take them out of DC and allow them to fly under the radar so they could be at GITMO and the other bases to get everything set up for the military tribunals.
Trump has replaced many of the Obama judges and others who would not do the right thing when the mass arrests occur. That took a long time to get them confirmed and placed strategically where they will be needed. He has the majority of the SCOTUS.
There has been a lot of National Guard and military equipment movement under the guise of a State of Emergency for the CV. They are getting into place to help deal with any civil unrest that might occur over the arrests of groups (like ANTIFA).
The internet (at least all social media) will likely go dark. (so don’t panic) It won’t be forever. They tested taking down specific platforms and cell service a couple of times. The CIA’s satellites have been shut down, so they have been blinded.

E. Judy Note on Currency Exchange/Bond Redemption: Treat the below as my guess. Official instructions would be available upon RV liquidity release through an instruction video.
An hour or so prior to liquidity release, Wells Fargo and HSBC Banks would send out over 400,000 emails to currency and bond holders, along with instructions on how to exchange and redeem. That information would also be available on certain websites as below:

Each country had their own 800# or website code for use of currency exchangers/bond redeemers that would be sent out by email, or found on those websites. Clicking on that link on your computer or phone, would create your own unique signature to receive an exchange/ redemption appointment, along with exchange/ redemption information.
The Tier4b Internet Group has the opportunity to exchange foreign currencies/ redeem Zim Bonds at higher Contract Rates prior to release to the public by Tues. 31 March. On Wed. 1 April currencies would exchange at international rates as shown on the Forex and Zim Bonds could no longer be redeemed unless prior arrangements had been made.
Special Redemption Centers have been set up across the globe to exchange at Contract Rates from 7am to 11pm. At your twenty minute exchange appointment you would watch an instruction video while they did a background check to flag felons convicted of serious crimes such as drugs and trafficking in order to screen out Cabal criminals from exchanging.
If you don’t have a Trust Account for your exchange/redemption, a Treasury Direct Account would be set up at your exchange for your funds. You would have 90 days to set up and transfer those monies into your own Trust Account. Abbot Downing Wealth Managers would be represented at each Redemption Center, though you could choose another Wealth Management company if you wished.
The Zim was a bond, not a currency, and redemption monies from that bond were designated for humanitarian needs. Zim Bond rates were from $.11 to $1.00 with no zeros taken off. 80% of your Zim redemption monies would go to international humanitarian projects, 20% to you and your humanitarian project.
They would present you with currency rates, which were said to be very generous. If you did not agree those should be your rates you could negotiate more at your second appointment that would be set for within 24-48 hours.
Whether you held currencies or Zim in order to receive the higher Contract Rates you were encouraged to have a specific humanitarian project typed up in a summary of 1-2 pages that showed approximate costs, time frame of your project (5-10-20 years) how many people you could employ and your background as to what qualified you to do the project.
It was my understanding that if you partnered with other humanitarian projects including CARTS, that connection would not necessarily qualify you for the higher rates unless you had your own humanitarian project to present at your redemption/ exchange appointment.
Seniors age 60 and above had their choice of being paid out or not being paid out their Zim redemption monies in a Structured Annuity Investment Payout. All other Zim redeemers would be paid in your choice of quarterly or annually, in a Structured Annuity Investment Payout, with your choice of 5, 10, 15, 20, or if you asked, 50 or 100 years.
During your Structured Annuity Investment Payout you would be paid interest on monies left at the bank during your payout period (of your 20% if you had a humanitarian project). The interest paid was said to be dependent upon on how much you had and length of your payout period. The longer the payout period, the higher the interest rate likely received. For US citizens: under present US Tax law you would be taxed on your interest earned.
Currency and Zim holders would be offered opportunities to invest in international humanitarian projects. The Chinese-Zimbabwe Humanitarian Project Contracts paid interest on monies invested, and then returned the monies after the term of your contract ended so it could be reinvested in other international humanitarian projects. It was rumored that particular contract was limited in the amount of Zim they could take in so if interested, it would be wise to obtain your exchange/ redemption appointment early.
All exchangers and redeemers would be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement.
You would be scheduled a second appointment with your Wealth Manager within 24-48 hours. If you did not agree with your rates you could request higher rates at that appointment. They were working for you, would not be telling you what to do with your monies, though would help you comply with your Non Disclosure Agreement and banking regulations. They would treat you with respect as a high level client. It would wise to treat them the same and not demand anything, or you would be escorted out the door and not allowed to exchange.
After your appointment you would be closely monitored by the NSA – through your phone, computer, Internet. If you broke your NDA and talked about your exchange, you would automatically lose your monies.
