Firstly, I agree with Phoenix and several of his commenters that there must be a connection between the Coronavirus and the implementation of the new global financial system. Like Phoenix, I don't know HOW they are connected but I sense that they are in some way.
In a previous video, Phoenix talks about the great movie 'Close Encounters of The Third Kind'. In that movie, the Alliance created a fake virus to evacuate people from the area around the mother ship landing site on Devils Tower in Wyoming.
There are eerie similarities to the current situation. It seems that President Trump is deploying troops around US in preparation for something - martial law, under the guise of containing the virus when it is actually something else, eg RV/GCR? I emphasize that this is purely speculation on my part.
Phoenix says that the International Monetary Fund is holding a crucial meeting about Zimbabwe currency in Washington DC on Monday 24th February. The meeting is considered pivotal, according to the Business Digest. As Phoenix says, the timing is interesting - it is the day after the New Moon on the 23rd and comes at the end of the G20 meeting.
Phoenix also points out that the Trade Bank of Iraq reports a 68% jump in net profit. Could it be part of their RV?
I received another amazing visit from our Galactic friends. Two star ships circled above me, sending brilliant flashes of light. It was the first time EVER that two ships put on a display at the same time. It was a highly emotional experience for me.
I can't help thinking that our Galactic friends upping the ante is linked to big events about to manifest on the Earth plane. Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it!
