A distressing new Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) report circulating in the Kremlin today noting that foreign and defense ministers from Russia and Italy have agreed to meet in Rome on 18 February, states this meeting has now been placed into the crisis category due to issues surrounding former Italian Interior Minister Matteo Salvini—who last June-2019, was given broad powers to confront the African migrant catastrophe overwhelming Italy—but who yesterday was stripped of his immunity by a leftist controlled Italian senate that ordered Salvini to stand trial for doing exactly what he was authorized to do—a trial Salvini is relishing because he wants “to tell the world” that his migration policies “saved tens of thousands of lives”, and sees him declaring: “I am absolutely calm and proud of what I have done…And I'll do it again as soon as I get back into government”—while Salvini, also, is comparing himself to President Donald Trump (who was impeached in December and accused opponents of undermining his electoral success through the courts) with his Tweet saying: “I, like Trump? He has a few more billions and a few more years, but it's a bad little habit of the left, going around in the world, to try to win by judicial means”—all of whose chaos, though, is coming against the backdrop of Italy and all of Europe about to face the greatest African migrant catastrophe ever seen in human history—a catastrophe being caused by “ancient civilizations most feared enemy” known as the desert locust that’s systematically wiping out all of crops needed to feed the over 530 million peoples living in East Africa—an actual “apocalyptic plague” that’s now escaped from East Africa as it sweeps into Uganda and Tanzania, has moved within 50 kilometers (31 miles) of South Sudan. Djibouti and Eritrea, and has blown across the Arabian peninsula into Oman, Saudi Arabia, Sudan and Yemen—thus causing the United Nations to warn that India and Pakistan should brace for a “TWIN INVASION” of locust hoards from East Africa and Iran—but was a warning coming too late for Pakistan, who had to declare a national emergency after attacking swarms of desert locusts destroyed crops on a large scale in Punjab after wiping out the same in Sindh. According to this report, last year, in April-2019, alarm bells began ringing when large swarms of desert locusts migrated across the Persian Gulf from Saudi Arabia into Iran in a search for more crops to decimate—a never in modern history recorded event Russian doctor-scientists attributed to the shocking amount of rainfall Saudi Arabia was hit with last year—most critical to note because this massive rain disrupted what is known as the quiet periods (known as recessions) of desert locusts who are usually restricted to the semi-arid and arid deserts of Africa, the Near East and South-West Asia that receive less than 200 millimeters (7.8 inches) of rain annually—an area of about 16 million square kilometers (nearly 10 million square miles), consisting of about 30 countries.
Upon emerging from their “recessions” when abundant rainfall awakens them, this report details, adult locust swarms can fly up to 150 kilometers (93 miles) a day with the wind—female locusts can lay 300 eggs within their lifetime while an adult insect can consume roughly its own weight in fresh food per day - about two grams every day—and a very small swarm eats the same amount of food in one day as about 35,000 people—which is, most certainly, not what the world is facing now, as just one unimaginable desert locust swarm sighted in northern Kenya was reportedly 2,400 square kilometers (1,491 square miles), that’s more than twice the size of Paris or New York—and within just one square kilometer of this massive swarm, sees it containing 40 to 80 million locust adults—and whose mass of hungry insects can cross continents and seas in search of food.

Belatedly awakening to this grave apocalyptic global threat, this report continues, is the American mainstream media—best exampled by the conservative New York Post putting out their headline “UN Warns Of ‘Major Shock’ As Africa Locust Outbreak Spreads”, wherein they state: “A medium-size swarm of locusts can eat the same amount of food as the entire population of Kenya, and in one day can eat the same amount of food as everybody here in the tri-state area, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York”—and the leftist Washington Post putting out their headline “Hundreds Of Billions Of Locusts — Fueled By Conflict And Climate Change — Are Swarming East Africa”, wherein they describe what is now occurring with the words: “From a distance, it looks like billowing smoke…But as it nears, the swarm of locusts known and feared by the world’s most ancient civilizations, comes into focus: billions upon billions of them, thick as a blizzard, uncountable as raindrops, a jaw-dropping procession of the ravenous creatures of biblical infamy, flailing and flapping in the air, blocking out the sun like a bad omen”—but whose grimmest reality about remains the fact that the window to contain this crisis is closing fast—as the world has only until the beginning of March to bring this infestation under control as that is when the rain and planting season begins—as these massive swarms are highly mobile; the terrain often difficult; the logistical challenges immense—but if left unchecked—and with expected additional rains—these already historic locust swarm numbers could increase another 500 times by June.
With this desert locust apocalyptic plague sweeping the globe being recognized as such a dire threat to humanity even hair-trigger nuclear armed foes India and Pakistan set aside their differences to confront it head on, this report concludes, no stirrings are coming from the United States that it’s preparing to do the same—most critical to note as desert locusts are cold-blooded and have little energy before the day warms up before they ride up on thermals as high as 3,000 feet—thus meaning that humanity’s only defense against this apocalypse is the mass poisoning by deadly insecticides of these desert locusts in the night and/or earliest morning hours—and is why, in 1951, the Americans sent crop duster aircraft to Iran to confront a desert locust outbreak before it got any worse—but today sees these Americans shamefully not being able to overcome their petty differences so they can begin flooding the world with their over 5,000 crop duster aircraft to end this apocalypse before it wipes out the crops feeding the billions of human beings readying themselves to storm Europe and America before they starve—but will, one surely knows, give the deranged leftists opposing President Trump one more thing to blame him for that he didn’t cause, and they won’t let him fix.
