Hi Drake,
During our phone conversation you mention the “Statute of Limitations”. Unless the “Right to Redress of Grievance” has been suspended from the Constitution there is no “Statute of Limitations”.
The thing you have failed to recognize is there are Three Distinct Domains of “Law” and the last domain is not Law, it is Fiction, Fraud, Deception.
1. God / Creator’s Law; Gravity, Electromagnetism, Life / Death, Male / Female, dog, cat, etc.
2. Common Law; “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Do No Harm (Natural human relations)
3. Colorable “Law”; Decrees, Codes, Acts, and Statutes are not Law, they are Fiction, by Fiction, for Fiction (Let me explain)
“Law” (In quotes) = Decrees, Codes, Acts, Statutes (Not Law)
As you know there have been many “Dinks” (Dictators) in history who thought of themselves as “god”. Emperor, Pope, Pharaoh, Caesar, King all think of themselves as “gods”. Here is a clue; they are not and never were “god”, but that did not stop them from making “Laws”, called Decrees, Codes, Acts, and Statutes.
If you think anyone other than Creator makes Law, you have been drinking the Kool-Aid! (You are deceived.) Man makes the Rules of the games called “Law” and Government.
Govern-ment = Govern-mentis (Latin) = Govern-(mind, thought, thinking, belief) = Mind-control (deception)
Remember “God / Creator” (above) never made Emperors, Popes, Pharaohs, Kings, or Caesars they are all FICTIONAL (man made). All there Colorable “Laws” apply to Colorable Persons (Drivers, Doctors, Police, Mayors, Attorneys, Judges, etc) they are not creations of God / Creator. A Corporation is a Legal Person (Fictional Person / not to be confused with man). Man is REAL. Doctors, Judges, Attorneys are pretend (Actors / Fiction)!
A “Person” is a character in a literary work. What literary work? (Birth Certificate, Drivers License, Passport, SS Card, etc.)
Are you a character in a literary work? (No?) The way you know it is FICTION is because your name is all UPPER CASE Are you dead (Capitis Diminutio Maxima)? (When you are dead, you are a character in History! / Slavery is a fraudulent scheme!) No one can be made a Slave unless they are willing or deceived.
Can you show me the word “Procedure” in the Declaration of Independence, Federalist Papers, Constitution, Bill of Rights? (NO?) That is because “following Procedure” is a deception to get Police, Judges, Attorneys, and We the People to obey fraudulent practices called “Procedures”! Any Order or Procedure which violates the Law is Illegal! No one need obey it.
Capitalism is for Capitalists (Elite Bankers), not We the People
We the People want Free Trade not a Rigged Game (Capitalism)

I would like you to use your celebrity (viewers) to “Get-R-Done” peacefully by teaching how to take government employees to task, not Court. I think a Lien is the best way to peacefully “arrest” employees abusing the power We the People gave them. Are you interested?
