Bruce: Word out of Singapore was that the 800#s were still coming out this week. They were in the process of finishing audits and email checks for Tier 4 and those audits would be completed tonight, or in the morning Fri. Oct. 18. Multiple sources have said we would get notified with the 800#s tonight or tomorrow Fri. Oct. 18. Many thousands of bank accounts have been being frozen across the globe as they caught the Bad Guys. That should be completed by 5:00 or 6:00pm EDT today Thurs. Oct. 17. Zim was now live and being transacted in Hong Kong, Zurich and Europe. Banks and the US Treasury would send out emails to Zim holders that contained the 800#s. The new Tier 5 public start was Nov. 12.
Fulford: A CIA source said, “We are in the end game NOW. I was told by someone who is in the know, at the top of the pyramid and who is one of Us, that the global banking reset is weeks away, not months away. It is most likely tied in with Brexit and the crisis in Hong Kong. If correct, there will be a MAJOR event taking place in Hong Kong on the same day. Take note that Nov. 1 is a Friday. It’s a perfect timeline to close down the online banking system over the weekend.”

1. On Tues. Oct. 15 the President signed an Executive Order to make sure we wouldn’t have taxation on our exchanges.
2. There was reason to believe that things were moving throughout the night tonight Thurs. Oct. 17.
3. Bruce was told that they were in the process of finishing audits and email checks for Tier 4 and those audits would be completed tonight or in the morning Fri. Oct. 18.
4. Multiple sources have said we would get notified tonight or tomorrow Fri. Oct. 18 on the reset.
5. This was supposed to be a daytime event.

14. Tier 4s would go together – the cores and groups out West should get notification the same time that the 800#s came out.

1. Multiple signs indicated that some sort of high-level deal has been reached between Russia, China, and the U.S. for a new system of global stewardship.
2. The U.S. military sent us this photograph with the caption, “To welcome the new fiscal year, Trump summoned military brass for a White House meeting and dinner on Oct. 7 with [top General Mark] Milley and other Army generals wearing World War 2 uniforms and declaring war on Zionists and the Deep State.” IMAGE
3. Pentagon sources say, “The hunt for Red October is on as the Hunter (Biden and other traitors) becomes the hunted, and General Joseph Dunford oversees military tribunals.”
4. Russian sources tell us that former President Barack Hussein Obama has already been executed by a firing squad. The Pentagon sources did not confirm this, but did say, “Civil war is raging with Gitmo [Guantanamo Bay] executions, declassification, mobilized troops and feds, and potential takeover of California.”
5. In the U.S., the Midwestern Corn Belt was hit by “unprecedented” snowstorms. While normally 75% of the harvest would have been taken in by now, “unprecedented” spring flooding had delayed planting, meaning that only 22% of the harvest had been taken in before the snow hit.
6. California was hit with arson, deliberate shutdowns of the power grid, and other chaos. That’s why the U.S. military is planning to take temporary control of that rogue state. Invading California also would let them nationalize the subversive Cabal tech companies like Google, PayPal and Facebook.
7. A CIA source about the financial system reset just as this report was about to go live:

8. The U.S. military has started releasing previously hidden high tech to the public. For example, it has released “UFO-like technology” that would completely revolutionize air and space travel. It is also releasing patents for compact fusion reactors that would completely transform the world economy. 9. There are also signs the UN may finally move out of New York. Secretary General António Guterres said on Mon. Oct. 7 that it may run out of money by the end of October. This is happening mainly because the U.S. and 64 other countries have stopped paying their UN dues. It means China could get its wish to have it moved to Laos or somewhere else in Asia if they would be willing pay the bills.

E. Predicted Global Currency Reset – Restored Republic Events:
During October the Military would be on High Alert with expected major political and economic changes, disclosures, Mass Arrests, trials and tribunals of major figures worldwide. Mass Arrests would continue through Dec. 2019, while completion of the Restoration of the US Republic was planned for the end of President Trump’s second term in 2024.
Thurs. Oct. 17 2019: As ruled by the UN World Court, the final drop dead deadline for US Inc./Federal Reserve/Central Bank Cabal to come up with Quadrillions in gold for debt repayment to keep their fiat Global Monetary System afloat, or they would complete their loss of control of the US and Global Monetary Systems. Thurs. Oct. 17 was also the date that the Federal Reserve and IRS were expected to close their doors. On Thurs. Oct. 17 at his Dallas Rally, President Trump was expected to announce his new running mate, JFK Jr.
Sat. Oct. 19 2019: Activation of Mass Arrests. “Something big would happen around Sat. Oct. 19” – believed to be the Mass Arrests in full swing with possible chaos breaking out. Since Trump took office over 125,000 sealed indictments had been filed in federal courts across the nation, including those against 443 of the total 535 US Congress people soon to be arrested for Treason, Pedophilia, or both. Thousands of elite US Marine troops were ordered to be activated on 19 October for a “National Emergency”
Thurs. Oct. 24 2019: Intel from two unrelated, though very respected sources was that the RV would go after Mass Arrests began, perhaps by Thurs. Oct. 24.
Fri. Oct. 25 2019: According to Q, big events would be exposed, and then Q added to his tweet pictures of pizza and popcorn – thought to mean the exposure of Pizzagate perpetrators: Clinton and the Cabal’s worship of Satan through Pedophilia, Child Sacrifice, Sex Trafficking and Exploitation that went all the way from US Inc, through the Queen of England to the Vatican, and then out to Central Bankers across the globe.
Tues. – Wed. Oct. 29-30: The first Q drop on 28 Oct. 2017 indicated that Cabal Head Witch Hillary Clinton would be arrested Oct. 29 or 30 – right before Halloween. This High Holy Satanic Holiday was considered Satan’s Birthday according to the Occult Calendar of Demonic Holidays (pulled together in the late 1980s by therapists of Satanic Ritual Abuse Survivors). This All Hallows Eve was celebrated Oct. 29 to Nov. 1 through kidnapping and the torture of children in Pedophilia Parties that lead to Child Sacrifices.
Thurs. Oct. 31 2019: The Justice Department Inspector General's report on Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Abuses (FISA Abuse) would be released by the end of Oct. The report was said to contain charges against 80% of Congress and said to be as thick as a phone book. Dramatic changes and reforms within the US government were expected to take place thereafter.
Thurs. Oct. 31 2019 was also the Brexit deadline in the UK. At the end of what was referred to as Red October, the IMF was expected to make a Global Gold Treaty announcement that called on all countries including the US, to use the Gold Standard. Currencies of 209 nations of the BRICS Alliance would eventually revalue their currencies and complete the move to a gold-backed Global Monetary System.
Fri. Nov. 1 2019: Q reported big events happening, although didn’t reveal what.
Sun. Nov. 3 2019: When the reset happened (expected around Thurs. Oct. 24), we would have 10 days to make Zim appointments, or by around Sun. Nov. 3.
Tues. Nov. 12: New date for Tier 5, or the general public, to begin exchanges.
Mon. Dec. 9 2019: When the reset happened (expected around Thurs. Oct. 24), we would have 45 days to exchange, or until around Mon. Dec. 9.
Jan. 1 2020: A National Retail Sales Tax Code would become effective, replacing the bankrupt Federal Reserve and IRS tax system. A 17% tax was expected to be levied on new items only, with no tax on earnings, food or medicine. On July 3 2019 President Trump signed an Executive Order, content unknown, covering tax laws until Jan. 1 2020.
March 2020: Arrests of anti-constitution/NWO/Cabal/against President Trump would be expected to wrap up by March 2020, while also in March 2020 the Second Basket of currencies would likely revalue.
Mon. April 6 2020 – 180 days after the reset – activation of GESARA/NESARA (Some believed April 6 was Jesus Christ’s Birthday).
End of the year 2024: Restoration of the US Republic completion was planned for the end of President Trump’s second term in 2024.
F. On the 800#s:
As of Oct. 9 2019 the 800#s were in place and operational. Each country and region has been assigned certain 800#s. The US Treasury and the banks would be emailing Zim holders an 800#. Call the 800# for your region or bank, tell them the bank you wanted to exchange with (Zim holders would need to redeem with either HSBC or Wells Fargo unless your bank had made special arrangements to redeem Zim. HSBC ran the Exchange Centers and would have representatives there). They would then transfer your call to the proper Exchange Center to talk to a live person and make your appointment.
WARNING: When you call an 800# DO NOT give out the serial numbers of your currency or bonds, nor how much you had. The only things the person or computer on the other end of the line would need to know was the bank and zip code where you wanted to exchange and what you had (Zim, Dinar, Dong, etc.) so you could be directed to a Redemption Center in the proper area to speak to a live person and make your appointment.
Important information on how to exchange and redeem for participants worldwide would be on certain websites authorized to publish the 800#s so you could have a firm grip on appointment strategy prior to going in.
If you obtained your appointment through an 800# you would automatically receive the Contract Rates (with the exception of Zim holders, whose bonds were worth so much that Contract Rates were saved for others).
The 800# appointments for Zim redemption and special Contract Rates would only be available for a short period of time – said to be a deadline of around Nov. 15. After that you would need to exchange at a regular bank at a rate appearing on the Forex at the time, plus make special arrangements to redeem your Zim.
