I am sending this report the day following the unfolding of COMPLETE. This is a massive change in all dimensions, all planets, all souls, everywhere, beyond time, before the beginning of time, in fact it required a dissolving of the old timeline and the creation of a new timeline. This event(s) has required many hands of many LIGHTWORKERS who were guided and they themselves guided the triggers and energies to make this happen.
I include for you today a partial summary in the first few lines, then I give you the step by step unfolding of COMPLETE.
The import will reveal itself as you read the report.

A summary
1) I was told to bring Light to the Dome of the Rock: consequence a) Israel ( & The River of Life) is now COMPLETE. Sept. 1, 2018
2) finish bringing light / COMPLETE to ALL
3) met new client, who had a dream for me, a snake, named "SHINE", who does NOT have a soul, but is called TIMEKEEPER. I needed to know the name of the timekeeper so I could go forward on this project. March, 2019
4) I am to go before the beginning of all time in order to get COMPLETE going. This required me to DISSOLVE the timeline, so the new timeline could begin with COMPLETE. Aug. 2018
5) Saturday, with EVE, initiated the DISSOLVING OF THE TIMELINE and the beginning of the new timeline. How long would it require? 30 tears. I had to tear 30 tears, then the old timeline would be dissolved. Aug. 2018
6) Sat. Aug. 31, 2019 Persephone is given her next name, MOTHER EARTH OF THE RIVER OF LIFE, she is giving COMPLETE birth.

It all makes sense now.
(2 months ago, this had already been happening. it is finished now. and I feel a lot better.)
I requested that when the 30th tear arrives, she (STAM/EVE) compose/create something/ see something. Plz report to me.
I heard the phrase, "ALL HELL BREAK LOOSE."
Not sure precisely what it means, except, it is in a positive sense.

Why the transforming? Something is beyond COMPLETE? YES IT IS CALLED NEW "U"

the New U includes Universes, dimensions and Satan and demons too
so, this is not 'small' but massive

Does the New U include a new heaven? Y
a new earth? Y
VIA COMPLETE (more than a noun, it is a verb too)
This is a new job for SUNSHINE and M.Gaia, to give birth to souls, from now on via COMPLETE.
I tried to use the word "All" in the above sentence, but could not, for Satan creates souls to follow him too.
So, the two of them will be creating (all) souls except those created by Satan.
how many of the souls being birthed will be felt? 3.02%
In my mind this is wayyyyy too many
this would be overwhelming to my way of thinking
Then, God said, "I will provide", "Be at peace." "You will do well" "I'll be with you always"
After I do the vial portion of the session, I heard the phrase...
"UPON THE FACE OF THE EARTH."
Not sure what that was about.
Then I discerned that it was spoken by THENEXTONE
[this refers to ONE, who has been COMPLETED, no longer in variance / opposition to God.]
Q: Is this an effort to restrict? NO
Q: Is this a celebration phrase? YES
Then, I have to ask...
Q: The stairs, What are they for? THE SOULS. YES
The tatoo I see in my l. eye has to do with these stairs? YES
"BRIGHTNESS" is the name of the stairs.
The tatoo does not have a name... oops... it does. SUNSHINE heard = FRENZ (sounds like Frenzy)

During the session with Harper, I heard, "HEAR ME." said THENEXTONE, whose little toe on the r. foot needed to be NC'd, they are not incarnated, but it has to do with phantom pain from a previous life.
I told THENEXTONE to not interrupt my work, "Do you understand me?" YES was the reply by THENEXTONE.

This is a DIRECTIVE for COMFORT to fulfill.
"I INITIATE THE DIRECTIVE COMPLETE. POUR FORTH UPON ALL SOULS THE NEW U, WHEREBY COMPLETE IS FULFILLED, ENLIVED AND SUSTAINED FOREVER."

I felt a smack of energy movement across me (I thought it was my chest, but energetically that is not the precise location of the sensation I felt.)
Then, I heard...
"GOOD JOB" said God.
"IT IS DONE" said God.

"Claim Me." said THENEXTONE
"CLAIM IT YOURSELF THENEXTONE." said Justice to THENEXTONE

I heard a busy / noisy crowd of voices, accolades being spoken. I could not separate them all , just picked out a few remarks, as listed above.
Then, I had to confirm with questions, the bigger / biggest issue...

Q: Has Satan been neutralized? YES
Q: Does Satan have the same authority? NO
Q: Does Satan have the same power? NO
Q: Satan is losing his power and authority? YES
Q: Is THEDARK in existence? NO
