In Judy Byington's "Restored Republic" this morning item #9 stated - "The Cabal/Deep State would do everything within their power to cause delay"

The following video shows that the hurricane named Dorian is possibly a (DEW) Directed Energy Weapon aimed at the Port St. Lucie Nuclear Power station.
The actual wind speed is actually nowhere near what is being given on the MSM (Main Stream Media) this is shown in the video around the 41 minute mark but the gentleman (Mike Morales) narrating this makes an error in not showing what he is referring to so skip to the 45 minute mark where he picks up from what he left off. Watch as the storm reaches the Key West area you will see a dark blue band shoot out from the west into the storm.
