According to Nflemingjr on the MarkZ call Aug. 26, Tier4b has not yet gone because the US was trying to undercut the Chinese on contracts that the Chinese had with Zimbabwe. He said that Tier4b had Zim, so the US was using those redeemers as hostage. Some concessions were lost and then the US was given until midnight Hong Kong time (12 noon EDT Mon. Aug. 26) to complete the reset.
We might have reached that deadline because it was rumored that Historic Bonds would be funded on Wed. Aug. 28, while Super Pachelli Bonds funding was set for Thurs. morning Zurich time Aug. 29, (which was actually Wed. evening EDT), while some Whales were also told they would be swimming by Wed.
At present no Whale was liquid according to a well-connected contact. They were awaiting issuance of currency receipts which would make initial transactions for their USN’s live. About two weeks ago the Whales were contacted and told to be ready. Wed. Sept. 11 2019: The general public could begin exchanges. All larger notes of revamping currencies were due off the street. Market participants were betting on a huge, seismic shock to the financial system during Sept.
Sun. Sept. 15 – Thurs. Sept. 19 2019: As private exchanges completed, a possible deadline to announce the Restored Republic.

Tues. Oct. 1 2019: General Dunford would step down after the Army Generals had secured the Republic. Restoration of the Republic was expected to be completed before General Dunford stepped down. Zim payouts would begin.
Jan. 1 2020: VAT Flat Tax Code effective. On July 3 President Trump signed an Executive Order, content unknown, covering tax laws until Jan. 1 2020. Jan. 1 2020 was also the date for a reset of a Second Basket of foreign currencies.
K. WARNING on 800#s: When you call an 800# DO NOT give out the serial numbers of your currency or bonds, nor how much you had. The only thing the person or computer on the other end of the line would need to know was your zip code and what you had (Zim, Dinar, Dong, etc.) so you could be directed to a Redemption Center in your area.
L. Release of 800#s: So we could have a firm grip on our appointment strategy prior to going in, important information on how to exchange and redeem for participants worldwide would be made available on certain websites authorized to publish the 800#s.
If you obtained your appointment through a 800# to exchange at a certified Redemption Center you would automatically receive the Contract Rates (with the exception of Zim holders, whose bonds were worth so much that Contract Rates were saved for others).
The 800# appointments for special Contract Rates would only be available for a short period of time. After that you would need to exchange at a regular bank at a rate appearing on the Forex at the time.
Zim redemption would only be available until Sat. Aug. 31. After that the gold backed Zim Bond would still be as valuable, though you would need to make arrangements to redeem it.
