Release Ascension Symptoms
What's the deal with ascension symptoms? Yes, we believe we’re experiencing difficult, painful and sometimes horrific symptoms. It seems that so many are just trying to “hold-on” until ascension happens TO them, or the RV happens FOR them, or the Galactics land and fix everything FOR us, or NESARA is announced, or a jubilee happens, or ______ etc. (all external influences). This is self-disempowerment. We can evaluate everything simply by weighing it on the scale of empowerment. Does this empower me or disempower me?
The work is not over yet. Not even close! We make it happen for ourselves by doing the work, the hardest yet most essential work in the world – taking continual control of our thinking as evidenced by our emotions. Yes, the real work is continuous mental discipline. We can do this via the top-down approach or the bottom-up approach - eradicate or transcend. Either way, it requires mental discipline, or focus. Too many self-proclaimed "lightworkers" are simply kidding themselves. it's light-WORKER, not light-polarized sitting back and hoping for external circumstances to change, that's a "light-lazier".
Metaphysical mind treatment includes affirmation and denial, not just affirmation. Are you DOING rigorous daily clearing, cleaning, and protection? Without daily mental-floss, your consciousness will rot. We are surrounded by mental pollution, much of it extremely sophisticated like the mass subliminal advertising that we see/hear 15,000 times daily! The core message of most advertising is: "You suck! You're not good enough! You need this _____ product/service and then you'll be good enough!" Ponder this, please. So, over 15,000 times/day, your subconscious mind (where the creation of your entire life-experience happens) is being programmed with "you suck!"
Do you really think that a few minutes of positive affirmations here or there can over-ride 15,000 sophisticated, subliminal, hypnotic programs each day? Let's get real!
That's why most people are walking zombies feeling fundamentally unworthy and disconnected with the Divine Source. That's our collective core wounding. THAT must be healed! How? By reclaiming your visceral connection with the Divine. This can only happen via your Higher Self. Call it in. You'll know it when you truly feel it - when you truly KNOW in your core that you live in a safe and supportive and completely loving Universe. Only YOU can do this for you. All you need is within you right now and always. You don't need to be fixed, merely to remind yourself. Do the work.
Apparently, we still believe we’re living in 3D where all “problems” are based on lack – lack of money, health or love. Lack only exists in 3D. To ascend, we must shift our focus and take much stronger (masterful) control over our thinking/perceiving. You can start by practicing holding 15 seconds of no-thought. That is a brain reboot. Practice it many times through your days. Ascension won’t happen TO us. We ascend ourselves by raising the quality of our dominant thought-patterns.
3D is not REALITY. The absolute Truth is that we are spiritual beings at One with All-That-Is. We are only hallucinating our separateness (duality), our physicality and therefore our lack. We must work to “see the real beyond the apparent” (my definition of metaphysics). As we do so more successfully, all symptoms will melt into their native nothingness just as darkness is obviated with light. Darkness is not a thing - it is merely the perceived absence of light (a thing). You can't turn on a dark switch, but you can turn on a light switch. Lack is not a thing - it is merely the perceived absence of an abundance of all good (absolute reality). You can't turn on a lack switch, but you can turn on an abundance switch (remember the TRUTH).
When we do the work daily and thoroughly (not half-assed), all money problems (perceived lack), health problems (perceived lack), and relationship problems (perceived lack) will melt away automatically since they are simply symptoms of our limited perceptions, beliefs and continual thought-structures. Right here, right now!
Let’s consider ascension as a verb rather than a noun. It is active. It is enlightenment. It requires participation. It is inevitable because the motivation comes either through long, drawn-out pain (another 26,000 year cycle) or by us summoning up our own motivation and courage. The timing is optional. The time is ripe now. All advantages & supportive energies are here now. But we have to step-up big-time, not just for ourselves, but for everyone - since we are all part of the ONE, just like the billions of waves on the ocean are one with the ocean. Be proactive in your metaphysical work (thought-control) so you can surf the wave and not be swamped by it.
FYI: This can be wholly fun and invigorating if you choose to see it that way! So, my friends and fellow surfers, embrace all of life with gusto!
