All indications were that the 800#s to set appointments could be released at any time, perhaps Tues. night July 2, or early morning Wed. July 3.
Redemption Centers were scheduled to be open on July 4 – when it was believed the RV and all RV accounts worldwide would go liquid.
President Trump was expected to announce our Restored Republic and new gold asset-backed US Treasury Note during that July 4 Independence Day Celebration.
Redemption Center and certain Bank staffs have been on High Alert and lockdown since Sun. June 30. On that same Sun. June 30 some banks were authorized to redeem Zim.
People have been called in to redeem and exchange, but have not yet been made liquid as RV accounts across the globe would be made liquid all at the same time.
Zim redemption was hoped to be completed within the first three days of 800# release.
Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) could obtain the higher rates until the general public began exchanges, which was expected to happen sometime on or before Sept. 1.
On the currencies: There were bank front screen rates and higher bank back screen rates, plus even higher Contract Rates. You had to ask for whatever rate you wished in order to get them. Otherwise they would give you the lower front screen rate.
On Zim Bonds: Because of the high value of the Zim Bond those who held Zim would not be offered Contract Rates on their currencies.
There was a set Zim rate for those who did not have a specific humanitarian project.
There was a higher Zim rate for those who wished to participate in licensed international humanitarian projects (which they would explain during your appointment).
There was a Zim rate that was based on the specific needs of your humanitarian project.
All currency and Zim holders would be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement that contracted you not to expose the specifics of your exchange and redemption. The Agreement would be valid for the next ninety days. Those with large amounts to redeem or exchange would have more complicated NDAs with a longer expiration date.
