Over last weekend the Chinese Elders took over Deutsche Bank and would eventually, all Central Banks – meaning the world was now functioning on the Gold Standard. The deadline for the German Deutsche Bank and all Central Banks, to implode under their fiat system unless they were put under a Gold Standard was Mon. July 15.
It was believed that the transition happened because of the following events that began Fri. July 12: The person designated to put in the release codes, Mike Cottrell, talked on the phone to those in a meeting in Cleveland Ohio: the Chinese Elders, President Trump, two Army generals, US Treasury officials and a fake Mike Cottrell. In that meeting the fake Mike Cottrell was given a Gold Certificate said to be worth 4.5 trillion $.
The fake Cottrell and US Treasury officials then signed and released the codes. Though, the correct codes were not submitted, only fiat money was released and the transition was stopped by Sun. night July 14, along with arrests of people involved in the plot to take $4.5 million of taxpayer monies – the exact amount Leo Wanta was promised when the release took place. The Chinese Elders were not happy this fraud had been committed. Some in the US Treasury had created the fraud, with the corruption said to go all the way to US Treasury Secretary Mnuchin.
Over that same weekend the Chinese Elders took over Deutsche Bank to save the world monetary system. The Federal Reserve had run on a fiat US dollar since 2008 and would be out of business by Mon. July 15. The Cabal had devised the scheme to take the 4.5 trillion to keep them funded until after the 2020 elections when they hoped to have Trump kicked out of office.
Last week I was told by a valid source in the US Treasury that Mike Cottrell had released the codes with a request I publish it in my Update. I did, only to find the next day that it wasn’t true. The false narrative had come from someone close to the very top of the US Treasury. I now believe it was done to help catch the Cabal in this scheme. I greatly appreciate those unnamed honest sources in the US Treasury who defied their bosses and the system by bravely working for the betterment of us all. We remain very grateful to you.

1. Three different banks said today Wed. July 17 that the RV had been set in motion.
2. The Banks were still processing things and getting ready for our exchanges today Wed. July 17.
3. All three Banks told their SKR people that they should be liquid by Friday July 19.
4. Tony was told that we would have access to our entire account within 24 hours after we exchanged.

Cottrell:
1. Judy Byington put in her update that I had released the codes. I had not.
2.Last Fri. July 12 was a meeting in Cleveland Ohio with the Chinese Elders, President Trump, two Army generals, US Treasury officials and a fake Mike Cottrell, who was given a Gold Certificate said to be worth 4.5 trillion $.
3. Interpol started checking into all this and they found out Friday afternoon that I was still at home talking on the MarkZ call when all this was happening. Interpol was the international agency. They monitor all my calls and realized what was happening and that the correct codes had not been entered for the reset.
4. The fake Cottrell and US Treasury signed and released the codes. Though, the correct codes were not submitted, only fiat money was released, the total transition had been stopped by Sun. night July 14 and the people involved were arrested. The Chinese Elders were not happy this fraud had been committed.
5. Interpol told them that this other guy is a fake
6. With the QFS the transaction was stopped on Sunday night and arrest warrants were issued to gather up all these people.
7. IMO The deal was put together for the US treasury and others to get lots of money for the current US corporation to stay in business until after the 2020 Presidential election
8. We do not know as of yet….but I am happy to say as the result of this fraud scenario the Golden dragon has issued new gold certificates that are in the states to deliver to me personally

Tues. July 16 2019: A very valid source said there was a phone conference with major world players Tues. evening July 16. World leaders were called into a closed door meeting to be briefed on the final roll out of the transition. Due to the shenanigans at the new US Treasury in Reno they had to issue new Gold Certificates that arrived in the US early Tues. July 16 and Wed. July 17.
Wed. July 17 2019: A preponderance of intel sources indicated that the release could happen after President Trump made a US currency return to the Gold Standard Announcement after Markets closed Wed. afternoon July 17.
Thurs. Aug 1 2019: Deadline for transition to a Quantum Financial System (QFS), plus for currency exchanges to negotiate for higher rates before the reset went public. Aug. 1 was also the deadline to release the new Zimbabwe currency, plus an announcement of the US Income Tax Code value-added flat tax (VAT).
Mid August 2019: The RV would happen before the new Quantum Financial System (QFS) implementation by mid-August.
Sun. Sept. 1 2019: Restoration of the Republic (for the United States of America) was expected to be completed, though wouldn’t be announced until Sun. Sept. 15.

J. WARNING: Be careful with whom you deal in exchanging your currencies or redeeming Zim Bonds. Unauthorized people have posed as representatives of Wells Fargo and other banks while trying to convince people to exchange their currencies with them.
