Dominic Raab was withdrawn from the Tory leadership for Brexit.
The truth is this was agreed beforehand with Boris Johnson.
Raab is one of the top chiefs in the Earth Alliance brass.
Raab chaired a meeting with other Earth Alliance brass on June 16th and all agreed Raab had his hands full dealing with other Earth Alliance issues, and to deal with Brexit as well was too much.
Raab has enough on his hands dealing with a possible Mirader alien invasion of the Earth as well as organizing the upcoming mass Cabal arrests and their detention at GITMO.
It was agreed that Johnson should usher in a no-deal Brexit as Tory leader to free up Dominic Raab.
The Earth Alliance rely very heavily on Raab's organization skills.
When the Earth Alliance were neutralizing Cabal bases in Ireland, it was Dominic Raab's precision tactics, and leadership that ensured all Cabal bases were shut down without any injured to Earth Alliance personnel or the local communities.
Raab will have a meeting with the Galactic Federation on the 21st of June along with other Earth Alliance brass.
Topics for discussion will be the Mirader empire, humanitarian projects related to the RV, and the possibility of more amnesties for Cabal informants.
