I do believe I have decoded the deception of the capitalized name (JOHN DOE).
John Doe and JOHN DOE are two separate things. The first is the name of a Sovereign man in Common Law (John Doe); the second is a Fiction in Colorable Law (JOHN DOE).
The all caps name is used to symbolize many states of being to include:
1. Corpse (a dead body / Grave Markers are capitalized)
2. Convicted Criminal
3. Prisoner of War (POW)
4. Slave (involuntary servitude)
5. Armed Forces (Military / Police)
6. Public Servant (Government Employee)
7. Corporation (a fictional person in colorable law)
8. Colorable Person (A person in legal fiction / colorable law)
9. Commercial License (Voluntary Surrendering Sovereignty for License)
10. Corporate Employee (Voluntary Surrendering Sovereignty for Paycheck)
I have identified only three forms of Involuntary Servitude that are Legal:
Government documents capitalize your name without a meeting of the minds (fraudulent contract). Government has no mind; all employees are in service to the CEO. Government employees have surrendered their Sovereignty for a paycheck and job security. No one seeking a Birth Certificate, SS Card, Drivers License, or Passport with the knowledge they are surrendering their freedom / Unalienable Rights. Furthermore these documents are only in effect while engaging in the specific activity. (A Policeman is not a murderer because he carries a gun. He is a murderer when he uses a weapon unlawfully; to kill rather than to protect.) Use your documents wisely.
Man is endowed by his Creator with unalienable rights. Civil Courts have jurisdiction over Colorable Law and Colorable Persons, not real Law or Sovran people. People are tried by their pears (Jury / We the People). We loose our Sovereignty when we pledge Fealty to anything other than the Creator; including “gods”, Satan, Pope, “Jesus”. Jesus (Yahshua) was/is your Teacher and Messiah (deliverer), not “god”. (Don’t assume Religion wants you to be Sovran / free. Religion = Ra Legion)
Bare in mind that ignorance of the law is not a defense (or so the BAR says). While ignorance is not a defense, this does not prevent Government Employees from exploiting ignorance to obtain a conviction. (It seams to me that Common Law would find that ignorance of a fraudulent schema as a defense. After all doesn’t all fraud rely on ignorance to achieve a crime?)
What is the BAR (British Accreditation Registry):
All Attorneys, Judges, and Law Makers are members of the Law Society (BAR). This has created a Monopoly of Legal Fiction (Colorable Law) and circumvented Common Law. This Monopoly has violated the Public Trust; the BAR has become a Mafia (BAR Mafia). The BAR Mafia has it’s headquarters in the Temple BAR, located in the City of London. The City of London is a separate CityState (like the Vatican) and is completely separate from the United Kingdom. The City of London is most famous for being the Banking Capitol of the World. Therefore the BAR and Bankers have colluded to Bankrupt every nation. The objective being Globalism for the purpose of ruling the World. – It’s just a conspiracy (no theory). ;-)
Truth be known; we are all victims of Identity Theft. Our birth certificates were sold to the State by the Hospital, and then sold to Wall Street Bankers by the State to be used in a fraudulent scheme (Research; Treasury Direct Account (TDA) Trust). Your TDA Trust has your name in all caps (JOHN DOE). Corporations do not do business with men or woman, because that relationship is unlawful. Real (Sovereign) men and women have authority over fictional corporations. So the Bankers colluded with the BAR Mafia making men and women colorable persons (Fiction). This scheme makes corporations and persons “equal” (fictionally speaking / legally speaking).

In ancient times Noblemen would pledge Fealty to their Lord, King, or Sovran. In doing so they surrendered their freewill to their Master. The Noblemen were no longer free to exercise their Mind, Freedom, or Sovereignty. The Nobleman was in voluntary servitude to their Master. By all rights their names would be capitalized. This Feudal System of Pledging was supposedly abolished by the Magna Charta and replaced with Common Law. This does not prevent hypocrites form perverting the Common Law to make Feudal slaves of us all.
Have you pledged your allegiance to the flag of THE UNITED STATES OF AMEERICA? Or did you pledge your allegiance to the flag of the united states for America? Does it make any difference which one? (I do not know. Only a Court of Common Law can make a formal ruling on that one, because no Court of Legal Fiction (Civil Law) ever will.)

Govern-ment = Govern-mentis (Latin) = Govern-(mind, thought, thinking, belief) = Mind-Control
When any one surrenders their Declaration of Independence “Sovereignty”; by pledging allegiance to a FICTION like King, Emperor, GOD (Not to be confused with Creator), Corporation, Pope, etc. You are likely to be treated like a Slave, Citizen, Person, Thing, Asset, Property, Useless Eater, etc.
Be Aware that in the event you renounce your Pledge of Fealty to your master you may be viewed as an Enemy Combatant (Like William Wallace in Braveheart). One man’s patriot is another man’s enemy.
California Vehicle Code:
“The law must be obeyed, even if chaos ensues.” – Lord Chief Justice Denman
When the Courts abandon the Law to avoid chaos, the Court has instituted chaos.
All DMV Codes apply to Drivers or Persons, and Drivers are defined as Persons.
VEH § 470
“Person” includes a natural person, firm, copartnership, association, limited liability company, or corporation.
It says “natural person”. Not “live person” or live natural person”. A corpse is a “natural person” and meats the standards of the other persons in this definition.
None of the types of persons referenced in VEH § 470 will:
SEC 6. Slavery is prohibited. Involuntary servitude is prohibited except to punish crime.

4. “Person” means any individual or association, or any business entity, including, but not limited to, a partnership, corporation, or limited liability company.
Black’s Law says an “individual” is a “person” (Circular Logic).
A “natural person” (corpse) are rottenly bought and sold legally by Universities for use as cadavers for training Doctors.
As for using the word “person” to define “person”; one internet source states; “It’s a bad definition”.
Clearly there are only three ways a live man can be a “person” without consent:
(a) A “commercial vehicle” is a motor vehicle of a type required to be registered under this code used or maintained for the transportation of persons for hire, compensation, or profit or designed, used, or maintained primarily for the transportation of property.
(b) Passenger vehicles and house cars that are not used for the transportation of persons for hire, compensation, or profit are not commercial vehicles. This subdivision shall not apply to Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 6700 ) of Division 3.
(c) Any vanpool vehicle is not a commercial vehicle.
(d) The definition of a commercial vehicle in this section does not apply to Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 15200 ) of Division 6.
A “commercial vehicle” is the only type required to be registered. Check your registration. If it says “Automobile” it is NOT required to be registered. If your plates have 3 letters in a row or “vanity” it is an “Automobile” and the 3 letters are telling the police your Automobile is NOT “commercial”. The role of the DMV and police is to regulate commerce / transportation, NOT Travel.
Your Right to travel is well established in Common Law and by the U.S. Supreme Court.
