Judy Note: I received this information in an email today and cannot verify it’s origin, nor authenticity. Please treat as a rumor.
1. The RV is rolling out right now.
2. The 800 numbers are expected to be available Mon. April 22, with exchanges for Tier 4B by Tues. April 23, or Wed. April 24.
3. There is a 'mad dash' to get things ready for St. Germaine Trust, an ancient trust designed to benefit the common man (not currency holders). This trust will be open until Christmas time. It was due for release last Sunday April 21.
4. A large block of Tier 2 banks have been added to the banks who will be redeeming Zim. The exchange rate might be less due to the fact that the banks must sell the Zim to HSBC or Wells Fargo Banks.
5. The Zim international rate in Europe, in countries which are allowed to exchange Zim, is in the range of 0.20 with no zeros lopped. This has been verified by several agencies. This is notable because the last rate we had for the USA street rates was 0.33 with six zeros lopped. This could be changed when we get the final rates.
6. All Zim holders should go to HSBC private bank and familiarize yourself with these procedures.
7. It would also be good to check out Abbott-Downing's website for ultra-affluent people. They have six major fields of service.
8. With the rebirth of the Republic of the United States, Common Law procedures are being recreated. Lawyers are being styled as Counselors at Law instead of Attorneys at Law.

1. Tony was told not to do a call today Mon. April 22 and if he did, he was not to give specifics on rates, places or times.
2. The banks met over last weekend and the rates were locked in.
3. Action was expected this week.
4. The rates went live on bank screens across the globe last Sat. April 20.
5. Two banks reported to Tony that they had live rates on their screens as of today April 22. One bank had higher rates than the other one.
6. We were waiting for the US Treasury to do something and when they did, we could begin our exchanges/ redemptions.
7. They do have a window as to when this would happen, but Tony was not allowed to say what it was. He did expect it to happen sometime today Mon. April 22, tomorrow Tues. April 23, or Wed. April 24.
8. Last Fri. April 19 Tony reported that some Iraqi contractors were paid under the new Dinar rate, the lower denoms were out in Iraq and Iraqi retailers were using the lower denoms with their customers.

1. The Deep State's attempt to interfere in the 2016 election is backfiring on them.
2. Trump will be able to take down the Deep State with a single declassification event.
3. The attacks in Sri-Lanka was the Cabal retaliating out of desperation. The hotels that were attacked were assets owned by families connected to the Alliance.
4. The final phase to begin the transition was in motion. Sources believed the RV was to be expected at any time.
5. Once a transition to a GESARA compliant world was accomplished, universal income would be established worldwide in all countries.
6. The funds used for universal income would be sourced from multiple global trusts set up by the Alliance.
7. This Dark Age was almost over. Humanity was about to enter a new Golden Age.

1. The final phase of the slow final roll out of the RV has begun, and should be done on Mon. April 22 or Tues. April 23.

3. Rates were locked in and the Bank of International Settlements would release them by Mon. April 22.
4. Cabal response to the RV was to try to block it by bringing out huge amounts of counterfeit currency, but that was not expected to stop the RV / GCR.

A very intriguing new Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) report circulating in the Kremlin noted President Putin's "regret that documents of such poor quality have a direct impact on Russian-US relations" in regards to the release this past week of the Mueller Report. Putin asked, "what has US taxpayers' money been spent on?"
2. The American peoples' verdict about this sordid and deceiving document prepared by Special Counsel Robert Mueller has been shown by their massive 250% increase in donations to President Donald Trump's campaign war chest and matched by their equally massive donations to Trump's Republican National Committee.
3. Trump was the first President in US history to survive a "Deep State" coup – one of whose main leaders of, ex-CIA Director John Brennan, was now loudly "beating the impeachment drum" against a vengeful crusading knight Trump vowing to make sure that what was done to him, never happens again.
4. According to this report, and as MoFA analysts have exhaustively detailed the history of over the past month, the greatest power struggle in United States history since the American Civil War is playing out in the open before its nation's citizens—but nearly all of whom have been indoctrinated into ignorance rendering them unable to understand what they're actually seeing.

This titanic existential power struggle sees the Executive Branch attempting to restore the rightful power given to it by the United States Constitution—a power the Legislative Branch has unconstitutionally taken major parts of for itself, with their being supported in the past in this power grab by a corrupted Judicial Branch—but today now sees President Trump not only in control of the Executive Branch, but his, also, having firmly behind him a Judicial Branch ready to support his retaking of power.

The main supporter and benefiter of this Legislative Branch power grab against the Executive Branch, this report notes was commonly known as the "Deep State", whose members of are US government employees (mainly in the military and intelligence ranks) forced upon the Executive Branch by the Legislative Branch—and whose inverse would be if President Trump began ordering the US Congress as to whom they can or cannot employ.
7. Attorney General William Barr’s legal memorandum on Executive Branch power obliterated the entire made up Russia Gate investigation.
8. Mueller issued his Russia Gate investigative Mueller Report with an appended 200-page anti-Trump Volume 2 of which US Constitutional attorney Mark Levin correctly noted "doesn't have a syllable of legal significance. The Deep State made up a crime against President Trump called Russia Gate not for the purpose of Trump ever being actually criminally charged for such nonsense, but for the intention of surrounding him with "liars and leakers" intended to ensnare him in a web of obstruction charges as he used his Executive Power to defend himself.
G. April 22 2019 German 4th Reich Collapses, Benjamin Fulford: China poised to seize Daimler Benz, Deutsche Bank as German 4th Reich collapses
1. Germany and its EU 4th Reich regime are under siege and facing collapse due to a massive debt load and popular resistance in occupied states like France and Italy. As a result, Germany may be forced to sell its crown jewels—the Daimler Benz Corporation and Deutsche Bank—to the Chinese, according to Japanese military intelligence and other sources.
2. The sacrificial burning of Notre Dame Cathedral to Molech (Ba'al, Set, Satan) was a desperate attempt by superstitious EU Khazarian Satanists to somehow reverse their fortunes, P2 Freemason sources say.
3. The hope in sacrificing Notre Dame was to unify European and world sentiment around German Rothschild-slave President Emmanuel Macron, just like Americans rallied around George Bush Jr. after 9/11, the sources say. Instead, according to multiple sources in the French Yellow Vest resistance, the burning of the Cathedral is being blamed on Macron and his German puppet masters.
4. "The desecrations of European Catholic churches and the Notre Dame arson in France may have a silver lining and lead to the firing of Pope Francis and the defrocking of French Cardinal Philippe Barbarin," was how Pentagon sources saw the situation. "The Satanic global Jewish mafia may have signed their own death warrant with anti-Christian terrorisms in France, the Easter massacre in Sri Lanka (in which no Israelis were killed), and elsewhere," the sources added.
5. Certainly a critical mass of aware people, especially in the world's military and intelligence agencies, know that the "Islamic State" really refers to the Satanic State, i.e. Israel. So when the "Islamic State" takes credit for the massacre of Christians in Sri Lanka and elsewhere, the real culprit, Israel, is pinpointed.

7. The Muslims are fully aware that an attempt to burn the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem at the same time as Notre Dame was burned was the work of Khazarian satanists, not Christians.
8. The North Koreans helped with Fukushima in exchange for promises from the Satanic Khazarian Rothschild family (Rothschild means "red shield," a symbol of Satan). The Rothschilds said they would move 40 million Japanese from Tokyo to North Korea and make North Korea the Rothschilds' Asian headquarters, according to a member of the Rothschild family. Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan has publicly confirmed he was pressured to evacuate 40 million people from greater Tokyo after the Fukushima attack.

Control of Indonesia is a matter of life and death for the Western powers, because control of the gold and treasure located there will be hugely important when the inevitable reset of the global financial system takes place. We say it's inevitable because unless the West resets the system, it will become a one-China world. The U.S. has a cumulative trade deficit of around $15 trillion. This means foreigners, mainly Chinese and Japanese, control an amount of U.S. dollars that is almost equal to the U.S. GDP.
10. This is why China can woo the world with its trillion-dollar Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and the West cannot afford to offer anything remotely similar in scale. The only reason the U.S. has not been formally bankrupted is because it would cause World War III. However, under the current financial system, the more time that passes, the weaker the U.S. international position becomes.
